Nice selection. Happy to have found more Monsters wine this year to complete our collection! The staff was very patient and helpful when attempting to help us locate these. Make sure to check the expiration date on the cDB shots (though we were told that there isn't actually an expiration date on these....) Huge selection at TW and they keep up with the trends. Staff are very helpful as well read more

Total Wine has almost anything you could want. Beer, cider, wine, mixers, etc, etc, etc, and some more. The staff has been friendly and helpful, it's usually clean and organized. I really appreciate the variety of items and I love that they often do tastings, so you can sample things you wouldn't necessarily try otherwise. read more

Good selection and lots of options. It can be hard to find things if you're looking for something in particular and they don't always have enough staff to help you. Decent prices compared to other stores read more

I went for the wine tasting class. If you've never been it's like 20 bucks on Friday or Saturday. It was amazing. I got to learn about wine pairings with snacks. It was informative and you are able to get 20% off your purchase. I grabbed two bottles of wine I wouldn't have bought before. read more

TW really is a godsend. Sure, you can buy booze at ABC or even Sam's, but TW's selection is HUGE, intuitive, clearly marked, and encourages you to try new beverages. While we're not beer drinkers, we've brought friends in (when visiting) to peruse the bountiful selection. Further, we appreciate TW's commitment to offering specials on specific liquors. A few times, we've walked in just to see what the vodka and wine specials/deals are, tried them, and been pleasantly surprised. Recently, we were pleasantly surprised to hear TW advertising on Stern and earning Baba Booey's shining endorsement for TW's delivery service. The jingle makes sense and we applaud TW's simplicity. Yes, we always love what we find at Total Wine. read more

Great selection (almost too much) so hard to find everything but they have plenty of staff to help. My go to place locally and I search for them in other cities because you know what you are getting in a good liquor store. read more

Great selection, decent pricing, slightly higher. Main problem was the staff, two cashiers were absolutely rude and assuming. Horrible staffing. read more

Great selections, better savings with the app, and always someone around to answer any questions or offer suggestions. I've had better luck asking an employee vs relying on the notecards on the shelves when it came to suggestions. Each time I had a suggestion, the gift or drink itself was well-perceived so I trust the staff's judgment and respect for budget ranges! They also offer wine tastings here so gotta check that out one day! read more

Total Wine & More - One of my most favorite rum distillery tours when I went to Kauai so was ecstatic to see this on the shelf!! Definitely my go-to for rum! - Beer, Wine & Spirits Near Me - Charleston, South Carolina

I really enjoy shopping at Total Wine. They have a great selection of liquor and beer. Their selection of wine is of course by definition main stream. You can find very unusual beers here- including, National, regional, international and local breweries- and they have beers on draft they sell by the growler. My latest appreciation of this place is the special deals and coupons- really worth keeping track! Also the staff there are really knowledgeable and helpful. They have helped me find some main stream wine gems- it's a fun place to shop!! read more

I love this place!! We moved from a state without THC and this store had a ton of them!!

Total Wine is our go to destination for all things alcoholic. Staff is friendly and helpful, always stocked, and even when they're packed, the wait is never too long. Ample parking and long hours make this a great spot to stock up. Remember to bring your own bags these days - the ones they have now don't have handles! read more

If you go to a restaurant or somewhere for a wine tasting, you can pretty much find it at Total Wine. I've been frequenting here for years. It's my go to place if I'm looking for specifics. There wine is sectioned off by place of origin which is extremely helpful. For instance, I love German Riesling so I can just go to the German section and buy all the different brands of Riesling that is offered. I love Spanish Tempranillo and other Spanish red blends. So I just walk on over to the Spanish section and find what I need. I love when I happen to walk in and they are doing a tasting. Is a great way to try new wines. As the name states, it's Total Wine and More, so there is plenty more to purchase. They have a great selection of beer and ciders. They have plenty of novelties and items to go along with your beer or wine purchase. And as you enter the store, if you go to your right there's a liquor section. Any brand of liquor that you are looking for can be found at this location. Total Wine & More is a great place to go gift shopping and a great place overall. Prices are reasonable, the staff is always helpful. The store is always well stopped and well maintained, and they can meet all your needs. read more

Of all ABC stores I've frequented in the last year, Total Wine does the best job of staying safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only are masks required in the store, Total Wine provides hand sanitizer and surgical masks at the entrance in case you forget or need a clean mask. Some parking spaces are also marked for curbside pick up, although I've never used it here. All employees wear masks and stand behind plexiglass barriers. The workers were very nice, greeting me at the door and asking if I needed any assistance. I just wanted to browse, but I appreciated them asking. I try to buy local liquor from distilleries or canned beer directly from breweries, but I'll visit Total Wine for liquor shopping sprees or hard to find products. read more

Very friendly staff who will greet you as you walk in, then ask if they can help you, when you look lost and confused. We were confused as we couldn't find the Medira we fell in love with at a local restaurant. So they asked what we were looking for. It was in the separate spirits section as South Carolina has bizarre laws on when you can buy alcohol of certain strength. We found what we were looking for after their kind help. And we left happy. Great selection as always! read more

Coming from another state, I didn't realize that the liquor portion and the wine portion or separated. The wine portion stays open much later and the liquor portion closes at 7 PM and disclose all day on Sunday. Other than that, they have a large selection of different wines and liquors from all around the world. read more

I stopped in here for the first time to pick up Evan Williams White Bottled In Bond 100 Proof. It was easy to locate. The cashier was nice and quickly checked me out. They have thick white plastic bags that can withstand heavy bottles. Much better than the flimsy black ones you get at the stores near me. I'll definitely stop by in the future since they have good prices and a rewards program (sign up online- they also have an app!). read more

Great website, so you can find pretty much anything in their inventory with price. The store is huge with plenty of parking. I love Sweetwater Creek 420 beer and they had the best price in the area. Total Wine has a massive inventory. Most of the time, customer service is very helpful if you need to find something specific. Their app has recently been accurate, so I have been able to check for items in stock before driving to the store. I recently revisited Total Wine to pick up nonalcoholic wines and spirits, and I was impressed with the variety available. Total Wine also has a fantastic selection of obscure beer that's been hard or impossible to find anywhere else. I've recently picked up much of the Ranch Water brand seltzer from Total Wine. This is the first time i went there since it is close to West Ashley, SC i am not close to that.... this is on Ashley river road - person who picked up was so quick and he told if you need spirits and even though i took pictures People who went out of the way are Ms. Kari is so quick and outstanding - she is highly genuine, caring for new or old customers- she has a knack to tell the truth and walk even though the Spirit section is too far- this is for the Birthday i owe to Caitlin one of the best Bartender at dig in the park, north charleston, SC even though she had gone to Peru and Denver -they say they make more money in tips- Ms. Caitlin is like a firebrand- i used to give others in the town, but never to this person... Other person who helped me out was Amanda otherwise i would not more about the store and what they do - this is so quick and i cannot say they are this and that- very helpful, caring, very enthusiastic and help any total strangers who speak Asian Indian Thick accent. they could understand in one go Thanks again super good - Please ensure to send for Kari and Amanda across the board i am not sure where to else to send thanks again read more

Tricky to come here if you don't know what exactly you're looking for and you'll probably buy more that you anticipated. Not only is their wine selection never ending, but they've also got beer and seltzers and on a completely other side of the store, there's liquer. Did someone say tastings? Yeah, they have those too which can pose for help or hurt. They've got something for everyone who likes to drink! read more

Can't beat Total Wine anywhere. The prices and selections are ridiculous. Everything you could possibly need all under 1 roof. The staff here was really friendly. To bad for us this was South Carolina, and they stop selling spirits after 7:00 P.M. Great Selection of Cigars too! read more

Went in to grab some organic wine. I haven't been in here in awhile. They are rearranging so I circled around a few times and then a very nice and helpful lady made a few great recommendations and helped me fine what I was looking for! My wife is over 25 years sober but she still enjoys a glass of wine or a beer. We solve this with non-alcoholic wines (Fre and Ariel) and non-alcoholic beers (Becks NA or Clausthaler). Those aren't always available in our local supermarket, so we stopped in to Total Wine for our weekend supplies and were amazed. They have a GREAT selection of both non-alcoholic wines and non-alcoholic beers here. Of course, they're dwarfed by their regular stuff but it was great to see three different brands of wine and a dozen different beers. Wow! We picked up a "Nosecco" and a six pack of the new Heineken 0.0. Great stuff in a lovely store. Thanks, Total Wine! [Review 10526 overall, 293 of 2019.] read more

I shopped here quite often. I took my non-drinking neighbor here for her birthday and we noticed some small bottles of non-alcoholic sparkling lemonade for $5.99 on the shelf. As I browsed the coupons on the app, it was $4 off each 700ml bottle. We each decided to try it, so I bought two bottles. I noticed today that my receipt was way off, so I examined it and found that the bottles were $35 each (minus my app rewards and the coupons) and told my neighbor I wanted to take them back. She agreed and I went to customer service, where a bright blonde manager with heavy makeup started to help me. I told her that was not the price I saw on the shelf and wanted a refund. My neighbor had opened her bottle, as the seal was broken and the manager told me. I shrugged and said "isn't there a return for really bad tasting product? It's not like she drank any." She said, "THAT'S NOT WHAT YOU TOLD ME." I reiterated I just can't pay $30 for a bottle of lemonade. I stood there while she tapped on a register and then motioned with her pointer finger for me to come around to that register. She asked me to use my card at the terminal. I did. "IT'S DECLINED! DO YOU HAVE ANOTHER CARD?" That's weird. Is that a trigger for most customers, to be told their card is declined? I think she was pushing buttons. lol I told her I used this very bank-card to buy the bottles yesterday and no, I didn't have another card on me. Can't she just issue a refund using the receipt (like many stores). "Well, try it again." I did, and this time, it asked for my PIN. I shrugged and told her it didn't ask for my PIN the first time. Maybe that's it. "WHENEVER YOU USE YOUR DEBIT CARD TO PAY FOR ANYTHING AND WANT TO RETURN IT, YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR PIN IN!" (That wasn't my point. I just wanted to get away from this "BBBBBB." IYKYK.) I asked to deal with any other manager, as she and I just weren't connecting. "THERE AREN'T ANY MANAGERS HERE. JUST ME." I had just spoken to a couple of men in name tags and dress shirts - they looked like managers. I said I'd go find one of them. Then she said she had called another manager up to the register, unbeknownst to me. The lady that finally helped me processed the refund and apologized. I told her I run a multinational retail company and I have NEVER had an interaction like this and hoped I never had one in the future. How can someone rise to management with that attitude? Yikes. I'll go to CostCo from now on. And Target even has a non-alcoholic section for my friend. This experience, despite many previous trips with the nicest cashiers at Total Wine, was enough to leave this store forever. No one deserves this treatment. read more

Great selection of wines and beers here. Everything from Italian 100-pointers to a selection of NAs. There is a separate section for wine and beer and another for spirits.
