Instead of even attempting to help, they refused to do anything without a physical receipt. No effort to look up the order, no accountability, no customer care. Just excuses. Expecting someone to drive 30 minutes back with uneaten food just to prove a mistake is ridiculous. I ended up having to go to Wendy's just to eat dinner after spending money here--that alone says everything. Mistakes happen, but the way a business handles them is what matters. This place clearly doesn't care once they have your money. This wasn't my first issue here, but it will definitely be my last. They also have a small pho area at the front with tables and seats, which is nice if you want to grab something to eat while you are there. Its not 5star restaurant service but they are nice. That being said, if you are used to the larger Asian markets in bigger cities, this one may feel a little limited. The quality can also be hit or miss, especially with holiday items. Their Lunar New Year section is pretty small, and I wish they had more mooncakes during the Mid Autumn Festival. But for Charleston, this is still the best option we have, and I am glad it is here!

They also sell restaurant supplies and have a dining area inside of lunch or dinner - they have great pho and springrolls ! I've been back and continue to buy my urad dal (whole and split), naan, alma pickle, gooseberry, basmati rice (in the huge burlap sack) mango pickle and more. That future visit was today. We came for Sunday lunch and we're greeted by one of the two proprietors of the grocery/ Restaurant. He explained every dish to us since we were not familiar with Filipino food. Everything looked and smelled delicious. We got small samples of every item on the menu. Everything was delicious and I am assuming authentic but I have never been to the Philippines. The pork sisig was a little salty. Water and sweet tea are included in the price of the buffet. Drinks from the refrigerator which are bottled or canned or extra. Pleasant little dining room. Everything was very clean and organized. Several dessert items were included but we were really full from the entrees. We had some cantaloupe that was really good and fresh and flavorful. My only complaint would be the food could have been warmer.
