I have been with Walgreens for such a long time.. I have had problems with them in the past but nothing to write a review. The customer service there is horrible.. The female pharmacist takes the cake. I needed my pain medication and I wasn't eligible for them reason because I was "too early"i knew they were wrong because not everyone abuses pain meds. After speaking with a tech I thought maybe something was wrong on their part. I asked to speak with the female pharmacist she was super rude and had nerve to ask me math question sarcastically saying I'm "too early" she has a smart mouth and shouldnt be dealing with customers/patients. I have been wanting to go to a new pharmacy for about two years and finally I did. I'm only one customer so it's not affecting them but I hope they move the female pharmacist somewhere else she's rude and others are not as nice as I am. read more

If I can give a zero stars I would. Pharmacy staff are incompetent and rude. I called to check if my prescription is ready and I get tossed between all the staff. One person would pick up just to say " hold" after holding long already. They tell me it would be ready at 6pm! I'm calling at 12pm, it takes 6 hours to process medications that they are suppose to be filling. I do understand if they politely say we are extremely busy and we will try our best to fill it at your desired time but to say it in an arrogant manner "we have over 2,000 prescriptions to fill" is absurd. You ask for a manager and the manager is the same way as the tech. Rude! Tone of voice- full of arrogance. Her name is Valerie. After that, I get a text at around 2 pm that my prescription is ready. Pharmacy: This pharmacy is useless and staffed with people who don't know what they are doing. More than once I have refilled my prescription, gotten a call saying it's ready for pick up, then arrived at Walgreens and the staff doesn't know what I'm talking about. Then I have to refill it again in person and have to come back yet another time. Just recently, I refilled a prescription and came to pick it up a week later because I was out of town. While I was out of town I got about three reminder calls saying to come pickup my prescription. When I got to Walgreens, they said they did not refill it yet and when I showed him the texts from Walgreens saying I needed to come pick up my medication, he said that the text just meant my prescription was ready to be refilled again. No...????? Takes me about two to three tries just to get a simple refill every time .. read more

The pharmacy at this location is consistently disappointing. I have been using Walgreens for my pharmacy for several years and never had an issue until I moved and this became the local and nearest pharmacy. There is always a long and slow line, both in-store and through the drive through. Difficult to get through and speak to someone without being continuously placed on hold for extended periods of time. I have auto-refill on my prescriptions. There have been numerous times where I get the text message saying they are ready, however when I show up I being told they are not in fact ready and will have to come back the next day because they can't refill it the same day. The most recent issue was their insurance billing system was down for 3 days in a row. They kept telling me to come back the next day. After the 3rd day, I called another Walgreens and they were able to pull, fill, and bill my insurance the same day within an hour. After trying to stick with this location and hoping things will get better, it is clear that is unlikely to happen. read more

Slowest drive through I've ever seen. Came for a CoVid test. Waited over 45 minutes. By the time I get my results, CoVid will be eradicated! Absolutely no attempt to "speed up." Walgreens needs to rethink this location if they can't stay somewhat on schedule. read more

This review is for the Pharmacy. If you would like to have your time thoroughly wasted when you are ill and at your most vulnerable, this is the pharmacy for you. I received an automated message from the pharmacy that my prescriptions were ready for pickup. I was sick with a contagious illness and because it was in the middle of the workday, my family wasn't available to pick up my medication. It took me about an hour to get down to the pharmacy, and after standing in line, I was told that my prescriptions were in fact, not ready at all, and she asked if I wanted to wait. I needed this medication so I opted to sit and wait. About 20 minutes goes by and I receive another automated message on my phone stating my prescriptions were ready. At this point there is a new line of customers formed to pick up their medication, but given I already checked in, I figured I could wait at the side counter (far enough away to not invade the medical privacy of the woman at the counter), and hopefully be helped ahead of the next person (silly me!). I'm standing there for maybe 30 seconds when the technician asks me if I have a question. I told her my situation, she asks for my name and then confirms that my medication is ready. I said "Okay, great". She then says without an ounce of feeling, "You can get in line"...!!!!!!!!! Excuse me? I said, "I'm very sick. I recieved a message from this pharmacy over an hour ago that my medicine was ready -- I stood in line, its not ready, I wait, and now that its finally ready I need to get back in line behind all of these people who came after me?" As I am speaking, she is staring at her screen, seeming to ignore me when I then say " Is that how this works here??" She finally looks at me and nods. I switched all of my prescriptions to a non-Walgreens pharmacy and hope for better luck. I am never coming here again, and I would caution anyone I know to avoid this place. One cannot possibly trust a place this disorganized; this unprofessional with their prescription medications. read more

First of all I would like to state that I understand the pharmacy has many many people like need prescriptions but every single time I have to come to pick up a medication whether it's inside or drive thru. Mostly come for the Red Box to rent movies. With your Walgreen card you can get real good deals. Although I must say, I've seen more theft in this store than the one on Harding Way. So I have my wife in the car who just came out of the ER with throat pain and I'm rushing to get the meds she needs!! I come to this Walgreens for my prescriptions, the location is very close to my house. I usually just use the drive thru but sometimes I go inside to pick up my medicine and pick up a few other items. The only downer is the homeless people that hang out around this location. read more

Pharmacy employees are not a help at all. We called on a prescription today for my mother, to be told the doctor okay'd it. However the doctors had written down 90, so Walgreens pharmacy was uncertain whether it was for 90 days, or 90 tablets. In speaking to the girl on the phone, we asked if we can have the 90 tablets now, and pending the doctors clarification, pick up the remainder of the prescription when it was okay'd. She said yes and to give her 30 minutes to pick it up. She apparently thought that was too much work because it wasn't done. We go to the drive thru and Taylor tells us I don't know who you spoke to, but we cannot authorize any of this release until we receive clarification from the doctor. Now this makes no sense to me. WALGREENS WILL LEAVE A PATIENT WITHOUT ANY MEDICATION urgently NEEDED on a Friday afternoon to wait for clarification before dispensing AT LEAST the 90 pills they know for sure has been approved????? The pharmacy department here rates five stars, but the remainder of the store subtracts 2.5 stars. I've repeatedly found expired or near expired product in the dairy case and OTC medication (both involving Walgreen Co. private label). I've spoken to the store manager about this, but it seems that it is a game of blaming the employees rather than providing proper coaching on rotating perishable and OTC stock. read more

Absolutely horrible. The customer service is disgraceful. I scheduled two vaccine appointments for 8am and 8:10am, got there 10 minutes early like they said to, and after they finally showed up. I was told they didn't have the vaccines I requested. So why would I be allowed to make an appointment? And then I was told I had to ask for a stock check. Really? Honestly I love this Walgreens for their consistency and that consistency comes from two employees one name is DAVID and I believe the other name is JARED I'm not 100% sure because I always try to take a quick glimpse at his name tag but I don't want him thinking Im being creepy lol but he always works the door to greet everyone. These two always have positive attitudes like honestly someone get me a number to corporate because I truly hope their managers and higher ups see this........ this store is always so neat and clean, I practically live there lol if I can buy it at Walgreens I'm going there first, regardless of price. I've also had a few positive encounters with supervisors or managers not sure which they were but who ever wear the grey vest, there's a real tall one who's always nice I did a return with him, and there's a younger looking guy who gave me a roll of quarters after one of the cashiers was being a little snobby and difficult. Had forgotten a prescription at home so had it transferred to this pharmacy. They said they would have it filled but when I went to pick it up they said the fax was never received. My pharmacy said it was certainly faxed to them and provided me a fax confirmation. Either way the following day I went to pick it up after work and and again it was never filled. Had to leave town the same day, so never received my medication because of their lack of customer service. Should have used the Target or CVS across the street. read more

I was happy that Walgreens opened another branch by March lane across target. Easy access and convenient for everybody. The staff inside Walgreens are absolutely friendly base on my first visit when they just grand opened. But , the staff in the pharmacy drive thru are horrible and absolutely rude. My sister who came to visit us from SOCAL for new year just happened to feel pain and its her gout. She called her doctor on January 2, 2016 (Saturday) at around 10:00am. She asked if the med can be place for order ASAP address to WALGREENS March lane and it was ASAP. Just right before 12 noon we decided to drive to Walgreens. We went to drive thru since she was in so much pain. An Asian lady who I assumed to be a pharmacy tech. happens to be in charge at the window was on the phone assisting other consumer I assumed. We waited patiently for about 5/6 minutes. Then, she finally finished her telephone call. I then said we are picking up a prescription under .....she's from SOCAL. My sister was sitting next to me at the passenger side. The lady then said she does not see any order under my sister's name or even under her last name. She advice us to call the doctor or check back later since they have voice mail for orders as well. Perhaps, they have not review the voice mail orders yet. So we left since she was very impatient or perhaps late on her lunch already. As soon as we got home a few minutes later my sister reviewed a text and her meds was ready to be pick up. What ? Really ???What a waste of time and gas. We were told that there's no order under her name, advised us to call her doctor , and or check back later because it might be on the order machine. We lived about 8 miles from Walgreens hello????how upsetting is that ! We decided to drive back at 5:40. When we got to the drive thru the window was open. No one was there. So, we waited patiently once again . After a few minutes a tall Asian guy who's on uniform in light blue suddenly came and said in a very rude manner "we are closed ". So, then I was explaining myself and says we were here today and we were told to come back. My sister needed her gout Med so badly. He shrug his shoulder and said I can't help you on that. Call your doctor to process your med to another Walgreens. I then asked if he can help us transfer the medication to another Walgreens and he just said no and he closed his window. He pulled down the blinds and walked away. How rude is that and how helpful is he! Just because we arrived there @ 6:02 in the night that does not mean that we should be serviced like nobody by a person who works at the pharmacy. What if the medication is urgently needed just like my sister's case. Can Walgreens be the right place to call for meds??? A statement for the employee of Walgreens. He should have spare a minute or two of his time to transfer the med to another Walgreens rather than shutting the blinds on a patient who's really in so much pain was still talking. These type of employee has no compassion and care for the locals and for the neighborhood. Walgreen pharmacy management and general manager. Please review your staffs conduct. Value your costumer because without costumers, and consumers you will never thrive.Definitely not going to use Walgreens pharmacy for my families meds in the future. Very bad experience with the pharmacy called in my prescriptions on July 30th 2018, the clerk took down all my information and I told her I needed to have my information transferred from Walmart Davis Street for a pharmacy to this Pharmacy nothing was ever done so I decided to go to Walgreens and gave another girl my information and she's had it transferred when back to in Walgreens that evening with my prescriptions to have them filled and the girl at the counter told me that she would have them filled nothing was ever done today is August 2nd 2018 and I called and the person I spoke to said nothing was done and I just told her if you don't want to fill my prescriptions let me know cuz everytime I called no one has processed anything except the person to have the information transferred which was on Wednesday and I just thought this was really ridiculous for a pharmacy and the clerk's not to do their job I didn't understand why nothing was ever done awful service read more
