If this were my only Walgreens experience I'd think Walgreens was running a training program on "How to Lose Friends and Alienate Customers." Ana, you're good at your job, but service isn't just doing it, it's how you make people feel while you do it. And right now you're giving "final boss battle" energy at the checkout counter. The employees are friendly and the clothing areas were not a hot mess like some others I've seen. I got everything on my list and more. The self checkout lines are usually long, so I went around the corner and found an empty lane. Score! I was in and out within an hour and I didn't have any issues whatsoever.
