If I could put 0 stars I would. I'm a very patient person and understand sometimes there's delays but the guy working Friday 01/24 afternoon around 2pm small short mexican guy at the photos definitely needs a new job. He gave me attitude for coming into the store when my poster wasn't ready but I tried numerous times calling the store and nobody would answer. I wasted my time again going later that night when supposedly it was suppose to be ready and it wasn't. On top of it I wasted able to get it today Monday 11/27 but it's not even the poster paper I wanted. I paid for an adhesive poster and got a regular one. I will never go back, save yourself the trouble and don't come to this Walgreens. For ANYTHING ! From the looks of it nobody likes working here. read more

Don't go to the pharmacy. Staff does not care. Lines are very long and it will take you several trips to catch a short line unless you want to wait an hour to get your medication. Super understaffed and under maintained Walgreens. Store is dirty, staff is not organized. I went here the first time to get a Covid booster and even though I was on time (early even), and I wasn't taken in until an hour after. I went in again to pick up a prescription, and another 30 minute wait, just to pick up prescription that was ready. First of all you should change your hours online at the very least! Closing at 1or 2 am doesn't mean 24hr!!! I've been in the parking lot and from the second they put that closed sign on the door I've seen 25 customers (yes, I counted) being turned away in a matter of 30 min. Horrible service. I was on hold a total of 1 hr and 10 mins, called 4 times with no recourse. In my 4th rendition, I let the pharmacy technician know my concern (albeit I was upset-no cussing, my tone was not happy and I let them know I was upset). The pharmacy technician was very snarky back. She said she would transfer me to the pharmacy, but I explained to her that I was sent there several times just to get hung up on. Still snarky - and she proceeded to put me on hold for an additional 10 mins. I got fed up so I disconnected the call. Worse Walgreens pharmacy I've dealt with - I can't believe I had the patience to deal with it for 4 years. I only dealt with it because it was close. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!! WORST PHARMACY EXPERIENCE EVER!! Spent over 2 hours (on Sun, 3/5/23) at this location while my husband was in the car in terrible pain after breaking his ankle in 3 places. In the drive up lane for almost an hour. When it was our turn, the pharm rep said, "oh they sent your prescription to a different Walgreens... you need to get out of line, call the ER doc and have them transfer the prescription to us." I did that! Got back in the car lane for 15 mins only to see cars in front start to turn around. There was now a sign up "drive up no longer avail, come inside." Raced inside, line already 9 ppl deep! Over an hour later, finally my turn. Pharmacist (will update with name) says, "oh we don't carry the med in your prescription at this location." Are you joking? No she was not. She said, "you need to call ER for another similar prescription." After getting assertive she says, "I can call for you, but not for about 1.5 hours."' It's now almost 10 pm and my poor hubby is still in the car waiting in pain. We had no option but to leave and drive 20 mins home. Pharmacist calls at 11:07 pm to say she was able to get a diff prescription and it's ready now. My dad had to help by picking it up and bringing it to us. When he arrived at Walgreens it was NOT ready as the pharmacist had said. We didn't receive the meds until almost 1 am. NEVER, EVER, EVER using this location again. And then this week Walgreens announced it will stop selling abortion medication to women - that was the absolute end for us!! Just finished switching all our pharmacy accounts to Rite Aid. I have been frustrated beyond belief lately with the Pharmacy Department so much so that I am ready to pull my prescriptions and go elsewhere. I have been a loyal customer and I understand the system is not easy to deal with, but to cancel prescription orders because the "system" just does it and not tell the individual or call the individual is just wrong. Today, I am trying to get another life saving medication to prevent blood clots and they just cancel the order and when I call they tell me that the doctor cancelled the order which is complete bullshit. My online health record has the prescription and if it were cancelled it would be not be in there. Last month, they did the same thing with my diabetes medication. To add to this, they apparently have time to have a technician call me multiple times to get me to enroll in their "Save a trip" program which doesn't work! Why not focus this time on getting better at dealing with core issues and problems. I have cancer and I am sick of spending time figuring out how to get my medications from this place. I will be checking into other pharmacies where they maybe offer more customer service. read more

I was here to pick up photos and (I think his name was) Eric took his time to work with me and help me figure out how to make the picture fit perfectly since I was doing it as a gift! We kept having issues with the format of the photo because of how it was taken, but he was able to make everything work out just perfect and he was such a friendly and nice guy which made the experience super super amazing! if you need photos or anything from the store, I would definitely recommend it since I had such an amazing experience at this location!! Re: Prescription # 4345584-XXXXX and #4352141-XXXXX 4345584-02739 : The doctor prescribed Lactulose 10GM/15ML solution for 30 days on 09/14/2022. The pharmacy at 440 Blossom Hill Road refused to give us the 30 day supply and forced us to buy it in 3 day supplies. 09/27/2022: Visited pharmacy for a refill at 8pm, was told it would be available at 9pm. 09/28/2022: Visited pharmacy at 8pm to pickup the prescription, was told to return at 9pm. Returned at 9 pm, was told that there was no 'promised' time for prescription pickup. 09/28/2022: Initiated transfer to Amazon pharmacy at 10 pm, received a call from 440 Blossom Hill Walgreens asking if I still needed the refill. I told them specifically that I needed a 3 day refill and am transferring the rest of the prescription to Amazon. 09/29/2022 6:30 pm, we were forced to buy the entire 1350ml (30 day supply) from Walgreens for $62.15. The same amount is available at Amazon for $19. The worst service I have encountered at a pharmacy. I want a refund of $40. I had to drive 4 times to the pharmacy for the prescription. I want to be refunded for a gallon of gas as well. read more

I am done taking chances on having my prescription sent to this pharmacy. The drive-up window, late hours, and proximity to my house are useless when the staff and/or management are so abysmally ineffective. Yesterday was my first time trying this location in several years. The last time, they had filled only half of my daughter's antibiotic prescription because they didn't have enough for the whole thing. They told me to return a few days later for the rest of it at 2pm. That was when the first bottle would just be emptied. I showed up promptly at 2pm that day (interrupting work to get there), upon which they told me to come back the next day because they still didn't have it. Hello?? They of all people should know that you're not supposed to skip doses of an antibiotic!! I had to call corporate and wait on hold for close to an hour to talk to someone who finally lit a fire under their rear-ends and got the prescription filled before the next dose was more than a few hours late. They just don't give a flying f about people needing medication. They should have either asked me to use a different pharmacy for the prescription in the first place or ordered some from another Walgreens knowing there was an urgency and an obligation to deliver the rest of the prescription once they took responsibility for it by fulfilling half of it and making it impossible for me to take it to a different pharmacy. Now yesterday, I had an urgent need for medication before a medical procedure and my doctor told them this. They accepted the prescription but then said to me when I arrived that it would take 3 hours to fill it!! Which would be half an hour after my procedure was scheduled to start! I let the pharm asst know that I was supposed to take it in one hour from then, per the doctor. She said they could expedite and to come back in 15 minutes. I came back in 15 minutes and was just told that the pharmacist couldn't do it and wouldn't be ready for another 2.5 hours. That's an insane amount of time to fill a prescription. Every other place takes 10-15 minutes after you drop it off at the window or your doctor calls in. I ended up using an old, expired similar medication that I already had for a sedative so that I could endure the medical procedure on my eye. Luckily it worked well enough. This pharmacy is completely useless. The people who run it are both heartless and brainless. Do not bother with it. They will take years off of your life with needless stress. read more

They made my sick adult daughter get out of the car because they couldn't verify her medical insurance. She gets down and waits inside after 10 mins she ask if there is an update and no one had even called yet. She waited another 15 mins and no one had still called. She then asked for her RX so she can take to another pharmacy and they told her no she has to pay cash. WTF. All in all after 1 hour of waiting they finally verified her medical insurance and she was able to get her medicine. DO NOT go here unless you have to. I've had great experiences with all the other locations throughout the Santa Clara Valley but this pharmacist and crew absolutely takes the cake! They just convinced me after 20 years of being a loyal customer to go across the street to CVS. Even Rite-Aid keeps their marbles straight. Not THIS Walgreens ESPECIALLY the night crew there! This happened to me a second time, ten months later. BUT this time I had waited on hold for 60 minutes before the phone tree disconnected on me!!! Do NOT try to call this store, they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE HERE!!! And I have two messages via the Walgreens Ap to call the STORE!!!! These are about Rx for my elderly parents. - just called and waited over 10 minutes to ask for the General Manager of the Store, who notified me that YES when a person waits on the phone over 60 minutes, the phone system automatically resets and HANGS UP ON YOU!!! Went here at 1am on Saturday to get some medicine . It was the only 24 hour drugstore near me. Was greeted by two ladies rudely telling me they're closed. Went back to my car called the Walgreens number and their automated system did confirm that they are 24 hours. I requested to talk to an associate and when I was patched through they said they are open again at 5am. It's not 24 hours store, I only came here because I thought they were open. I stopped going to my local Walgreens years ago, but tried this store for my Covid booster + flu vaccine. Booked the appointment 3 weeks in advance. After a 15 min drive, found pharmacy in complete disarray -- only 2 frazzled staff members to handle phone, long line of prescription pickups and Minute Clinic patients. They turned me away from my vaccine appointment due to lack of staffing. It's clearly not the store(s)' fault, but a corporate decision to stop resourcing their stores years ago. read more

This location has been nothing but on the ball for me they are open 24 hours and all the pharmacist are available to talk to you whenever you need them and have helped me through four surgeries in the last five years. blossom Hill location and Kooser are The best in the area and they go over and beyond the call of duty to help you even though they've been so busy especially since Covid.This location is one of the biggest and open 24 seven. The people that work at the drive-through are always super nice double check everything and make sure you have an option to talk to the pharmacist. read more

My wife and I made appts. for 12:10 and 12:20 for shingles vaccine at this store. Arrive and were made aware that if any covid vaccinations walked in they would have priority. We agreed with this of course. Then she said we would both have to wait 30 minutes to and hour to log us in. We said we did all this online and it should say it would take this long. So we arrive at 12:10 and it takes an hour to log me in. Then my wife takes an hour. If they don't have two people logging us in, her 12:20 appt couldn't start till 1:10. Shingle appoints were every 10 minutes on the web site. 30 min to hour to log in why are they available every 10 minutes? Manager said that people arrive past 3 pm would take 2 hours to log in. . And they had covid vaccines scheduled at the same time as our vaccine. If you're making appointments why schedule two vaccines at the same time? read more

In the recent years, it's been even easier as we do it all online, there's always a good coupon to apply to the hotel, it's ready to be picked up in hours of placing the order. This pharmacy needs to be closed down. They are doing such a disservice to people who urgently need their medications. I moved all my mom's prescriptions to Safeway on Snell & Branham but unfortunately the urgent care sent my daughter's RX here today. My daughter is extremely sick and needed her medication asap. I kept calling to see if it was ready. After being on hold for an hour, I drove there. Waited in line for 20 mins before the pharmacist came out and said he is closing and will not be helping anyone else. He told everyone to come back tomorrow. I literally drove from Morgan hill to pick up my daughter's prescription. Had they picked up their phone and told me at least I could have called a different pharmacy. I think it was only 4 or 5 ppl in front of me when I came (I should have counted them to have the exact correct number). I guess it's only the 24hr operation that people use this pharmacy otherwise it is crazy wait time. This review is for the pharmacy only, they were super unorganized in getting my medicine. They told me to come back an hour later but that hour became two hours which became three because they apparently did not communicate with each other and missed one of my items as well. (The worker told me the other worker earlier didn't communicate.) Waste of time. I could've just went home and came back but they told me to wait and kept extending the time. It was pain medication too so it got worse because they gave the wrong time and kept messing up. Not surprised this place only has 1 star. read more

Luckily we live down the street and can go in to speak with someone rather than being on hold for hours! Had an experience with Trung and he screwed up my prescription so badly I was not able to get my prescription because his eff up and tried to blame it on my insurance. As far as Walgreens go, I would say this is a pretty standard one. There is plenty of parking available as well as 2 Curbside Parking spots available for those just wanting to pick up and go. The one thing I will say is that on several times there have been homeless men standing right outside of their entrance so the plaza may benefit from some security patrolling the area. I have not seen security in that particular plaza before. The inside of the Walgreens is usually pretty clean and organized. However, (and this is the main reason they don't get 5 stars) I find that they are usually out of stock of certain items and I find that odd, given there's usually at least one or two left of an item but that isn't the case here. Luckily they have alternative solutions available so I usually just go with an off name/Walgreens brand if needed and that usually suffices. read more

Been using This Walgreen pharmacy at Blossom hill and Snell's for years and noticed the recent years customer service went down hell! The staffs attitude is terrible like they either hate their job or they hate peoples almost all of them in there having the same bad attitude. It been a while I noticed that I just keep letting it go hoping just one or two people are like that and hoping it just some having a bad day but it been over a year still the same I wondering what is their management doing?! This time I try to pick up my son's prescriptions from his doctor. I went in the store this time hope wait time will be less than drive through but we waited as always the cashier sent us to other window to pick up got the prescription, step away the counter before hand it to my son I look at the bottle and stockily find out it was expired a year ago. I Return back to cashier and the staff he look and back to me said oh we don't have any are not expired and hand me the refund of was like it that a joke? Without apology or tell me we can order for you or something to help. He sent me to other window again to that pharmacist that gave me pills the first time. finally! She said sorry I didn't notice that was expired still with the long sour face again. I have to ask if they can order it I can pick up later. She impatiently clicking her keyboard say nothing after a minute she goes ok ordered. I ask her when I expecting it so I can come pick up. She goes idk I sent the order it didn't say when will be here. I went back two days later they said they haven't received it yet. Day after I went again still nothing but. finally! This only nice young girl said we will contact you when we got it. 3 days later today I went again cus my son asked me if it arrive I turn to the drive through at the window saw an Guy there on the phone waited over 10 minutes he have no eyes contact at all like we are invisible! I wave at him he didn't even look over he just pointing on his phone. Ridiculous customer service!! and Then he step away, I look in the pharmacy there's no other customer inside and same other staff was free didn't have anything to do looks like. I press the call bottom he came back finally helping me impatiently. After few minutes he said they don't have it yet. Then said they received it today but they haven't fill it in bottle for me not ready for pick up. I told him last time when they have me that expired bottle was seal with exact mouth for 30 days no fill needed. Then that pharmacist that gave expired bottle walked over and their guy asked her and she look at the computer and walk away I thought great she got it. Lol she came back with a over counter bottle and gave it to the guy and tell him to tell me I can buy it. I said no this is doctor prescribed it not those over 150-200pcs bottle I need. My doctor prescribed for only 30 days. WTH with this people seriously?! And then another lady came over and I have a been help I just laughed and said yes then she came back the window and told me they didn't receive the order yet. I explained what that guy told me and she said no we don't have it yet. I just smile and drive away. Wasted my time for this terrible Walgreen.
