I booked an appointment after purchasing a discounted pass on Groupon, but the experience was disappointing from the start. When someone finally answered my call, there were several seconds of silence--I had to confirm if I had even reached the right place. The woman on the phone sounded annoyed, impatient, and made no effort to be welcoming or helpful. Her tone and lack of basic customer service left a negative impression before I even had the chance to book. On the day of the appointment, it was extremely disappointing as I drove all the way to Vietnam town on a Sunday where there's already a bit of traffic in the plaza. The business name was different from what was listed on Groupon, the door was locked, and when I called, the owner claimed she had no record of my booking, despite it being the same person I had spoken to earlier in the week and I even confirmed with her my appointment time before ending the call. If you're considering booking here, I'd recommend looking elsewhere like TD Beauty Spa (they were able to book me for an hour later of my scheduled appointment with touchbeauty off groupon). There are plenty of places in the same price range that offer far better service and a more professional experience. I wish I had known before booking through Groupon. read more

Very accommodating! We called last minute (4:40pm ... last appt at 5pm) and the owner was able to get us in for 5:30 (SJ traffic hour sucks!) She was so attentive & even guided the other lady who seemed a bit new. They took their time and we were even offered Korean skincare products at the end while our hair was being dried. For $199 the 2 hours signature therapy is pretty worth it imo. If you go now, they're offering a BOGO 50% off. Bring a friend... or save it for next time ;) read more

I confirm on the phone the $39 is for both. When its time for the appt and I've moved around my schedule, they said spring break is over (even though the exact ad is still running on their website and is the same month, June) AND the 50% off is for a second client which it doesn't state anywhere on the ad. read more

Spontaneous spa Sunday Was eating at moc delights when me and my friends ordered food but couldn't find available seating. Tracy noticed us and offered to move over to make room. We sat down and Tracy was helping us with our order/ issues as we don't speak vietnamese, which was really nice of her. She then starts showing us pictures of her spa and invites us over to get our facial and hair washed. We were feeling spontaneous and so we followed her after our meal. She called an assistant to come so that she wouldn't be the only one trying to manage all 3 of us. The spa was nice and clean. We had a long hair wash, facial steaming, facial vacuum (complimentary service for a few suctions per Tracy), a short massage, and afterwards was provided with a dry bar with skincare and makeup if you wished to partake. Tracy accommodated my friends requests as some of us had sensitive skin and fragrance allergies and catered each treatment and excluded certain oils/massage depending on our conditions. I personally wished that a scalp analysis has been done as it was advertised as a head spa, but that's asking a lot seeing as how we got into this situation. Additionally as I have thick hair, they were unable to utilize the scalp massager machine on me, As well as not really get to my scalp to deep clean My hair and face felt washed thoroughly , however I wish there was more pressure and cleaning of my scalp. I asked my friend who has thinner hair and she said they really got into her scalp to scrape things off, therefore it may have just been my anatomy issue rather than a service issue. Overall Tracy and her staff were nice and not chismosas like my nail salon aunties, and the services provided were nice and quoted prices are reasonable. My friend said she'd come again and bring her daughters (young adults) here. I would give ZERO IF I COULD!! Purchased a Groupon and when I tried to call no answer but in the details it said I was required to schedule using their website appointment scheduler online. The appointment scheduler allowed me to schedule for 9 AM.. when I got to the business it was closed. The sign on the door said they did not open until 9:30 AM. After waiting about 15 minutes, I contacted the Phone Number posted on the door and the lady that answered the phone said that they didn't open until 10:15 and I would have to reschedule my appointment for 10:15. The name of the spa is not TOUCH BEAUTY it's something else. The lady that answered my phone call LIED and said she called and texted me which was false. I'm always on my phone and would have seen it. SCAMMED. I honestly never do things like this for myself so I was really looking forward to it. I canceled my Groupon and scheduled with LANA HAIR SPA in Saratoga. They immediately sent me a confirmation text and directions and were very professional and had wonderful communication skills. Don't mess with this place it schedules appointments for times they aren't even open then lie and say they called and texted. I was lucky to get a treatment last weekend and got the package that includes hair wash with water treatment and a facial with all kind of wonderful face treatment. The whole experience was amazing and relaxing. I loved how my head and scalp was getting massaged. The package also included neck, shoulder, and arm massages. She used a device that literally sucked the dead skin off my face and it was so gentle. Then I wanted more treatments so I did the hair treatment and it was WONDERFUL!!!! One of the most relaxing massages and hair shampoos I've ever had. You lie down on a table and your head is supported by a pillow and they gently wash and massage your head.
