It went well until I felt like when she went to remove I've of the eyelid covers, she must've got glue on my lid or lashes somehow and ripped when she went to take it off. I should've known that point this was going to not be good. My other eye she kept poking me with tweezers or something (my eye was closed) but I kept feeling little stinging pains and showing her it was hurting me. Then she finished (about 2 hours later around 5) and I immediately couldn't open my eye. Something kept feeling like it was stabbing my eye. I kept trying to tell her I couldn't drive home like this because my eye was watering like crazy because of whatever the lash was doing. She kept trying to fix it but we spent a good 10 mins just trying to get my eye to feel like it could open again. I eventually left when my watering eye came under control. But the rest of the night my eye was red, tearing up like CRAZY, and hurting. I thought with time it would get better but by the next morning my eye was swollen and VERY irritated. I had to remove the lashes less than 24 hours later in the morning by my mom's lash girl who fit me in for emergency lash removal. When I went to get them taken out, she told me there were hardly any lashes and that usually the amount she took off both eyes was the amount on both my eyes. So basically there were hardly any lashes on. She said they were placed improperly, which is why my one eye swelled up. Looking back, when I left Nita offered me a "free follow up appointment" but I wonder now if it was because she wasn't sure about her work. Needless to say I won't be coming back for that. EDIT: Green Skincare saw my review and apologized to me and gave me my money back for this. I appreciate it, and wanted to add that to the review that some action was taken to remedy this. So I can go from 1 to 3 stars because of the apology and refund.

Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. I scheduled an appointment (yes, it's appointment only - no walk-ins) with Phuong via text so it was effortless and painless. Her studio is set up in the My Salon suites which offers multiple beauty services via different licensed specialists in separate rooms. When you arrive to the building, you can either text her and ping her on the call box and she will buzz you in. Upon arrival, you're met with an incredibly thoughtful interior design that just makes the suite aesthetically pleasing. It sets the tone for a relaxing spa environment -- she even has the lights and music to set the tone. Once you change and get situated on to the treatment bed, she assesses your skin to provide the best recommendation for a facial treatment. What this means is that she customizes every facial to the uniqueness and needs of each of her clientele's skin type. I love this approach because facials should not be a 'one size fits all' deal. Based on her assessment of my skin's condition, she got right to work. Every step in the process of the facial was explained -- she told me what she was doing and why she was doing it. Education is key so she kept me informed the entire time. It helps me understand what I need to do for at-home care also. From the cleansing, to the extractions, to the serums and creams, the mask, and even down to the neck and shoulder massage -- everything exceeded my expectations. Not only was she very thorough in her craft, but she was also very gentle which created a true spa like experience. I left her studio with clean and dewy skin. Excellent work all around! Phuong is very passionate about skincare, beauty, and helping others feel optimal about themselves -- and that's very clear in the delivery into her practice.
