Honestly speaking, I've never been to a pharmacy that took such good care of their patients. They really care about the community as a whole ensuring all the patients feel comfortable & right at home. The reason why I love this pharmacy is because if my grandma were to go to a local cvs or Walgreens, she would be lost, since she does not speak a lick of English. Linda pharmacy stands out from other pharmacies because they cater to the older Vietnamese patients whom would struggle getting their meds at any other local pharmacy. I figured I would try Linda's to support a small business AND it's right next door to my primary MD. The first time filling my prescription there, they forgot to include an item and gave me the wrong item. They gave an overview on how to check your blood sugar (my first time) but recommended watching a video online. When watching the video, that's when I noticed they forgot to include the lancet needed. The second part, they asked about insulin. I said, the doctor gave me a pen and I just need the needles for the pen. When I get home, I have a box full of syringes, not needles for my pen. The third part, after a month I needed to refill my prescription. After calling all week and getting a fax machine and "their computer was down" I finally got through and was told, I'm not eligible yet. At this point, I have 3 days of meds that end on Sunday. I called my primary and explained the situation. They were confused because they had authorized 90 days, but the pharmacy only gave me 30 days of pills. I got fed up and finally had my primary move ALL my prescriptions to Walgreens. So much for trying to support small business read more

When the hospital released my mom home for heart failure treatment, the hospital doctor called this pharmacy to insure they have all the medicines needed for the same night. The pharmacy insured the doctor they have all medicines on the list. We can pick up them up before closing time. Good thing we called right away to have the prescription filled as soon they received it. We were told one of the most critical medicine on the list would not be available until the next day. They gave no explanation when confronted. After more than 1 week later they still don't have the medicine which we eventually filled with CVS. My mom has used this pharmacy ever since it opened for proximity and the language barrier. We were told that we don't like their service, go somewhere else. We did! read more

BEWARE! **not sure the kind of stunt that they are pulling at Linda Rx Pharmacy, but I would never come back here, nor recommend this place to anyone! Please beware! and make sure that the elders in your life, aren't being scammed like this!** [VISIT #1] I have been to this pharmacy once with my dad to drop off a prescription for him after visiting his doctor next door. I found the staff to be very stuck up and snobbish; apparently, I didn't get the same service everyone on here gushed about.... We waited for a really long time for them to verify my dad's insurance because they were having a lot of trouble. Eventually, I told them that it is fine, and that we will contact the insurance company and see what is the issue is, and would just come back at a later time. Before we left they offered to sell us the medication at retail value, we politely declined. (there was nothing wrong with the insurance, we've had this insurance and been using it for years elsewhere [in both california and texas!]) [VISIT #2] My dad actually came back again by himself after a doctor's appointment, and apparently they were having some trouble verifying again. Instead of telling him they aren't able to verify his insurance, they told him that his insurance card is ONLY valid at hospitals... for him to get his prescription through insurance he would need to go to a hospital or he can buy it at their pharmacy for retail price.... My dad called me and i told him that was just complete nonsense! [SOLUTION] I took his insurance card & his prescription ACROSS THE STREET from them to Target, 10 minutes later I got the meds and just paid $10... rather than triple the price they were offering. I love Linda's Pharmacy so much so that I am having my prescriptions transferred here from my old pharmacy. What makes this place so wonderful is that it's a small yet very personable pharmacy. Linda herself will give you your prescription and a consult on when to take it and potential side effects. There is practically NO WAIT TIME for getting your prescription filled. My go to Pharmacy place! These guys are actually really good to their patients, even the ones that are difficult. They really try to know their patients and they even remember them! I once came in on my motorcycle and in the next visit, they remembered it and asked if I was still riding it! Very cool and not to mention that the people are really nice. If they don't have the medication, they make a note of it and order it so it comes in the next day. They are very thorough with the prescription which is a good thing considering the wrong medication will kill you. So yeah, all in all I really like this place and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I just stopped by here because my doctor's office was nearby. I see a pharmacy full of young female workers, so I thought it would be fine. I couldn't believe the service I received. The girl who rung me up just gave me my meds and told me to pay. Upon payment with my credit card, it asked me if I wanted consultation for my meds. Before I could say anything, she told me to click decline consultation and just read the paper with the instructions on it. WTF?!?! Isn't it the law for you, a pharmacy, to provide medication consultation for the patient?! Anyone can read a piece of paper. After I asked her I wanted consultation from the pharmacist since it was my first time taking that medication, she hurries me to the next window where the pharmacist, Linda, told me what I needed to do. I think Linda is the owner? I felt like I was rushed with the pharmacist and the pharmacy tech. I will not be coming back again. Service at a pharmacy shouldn't feel like you're at a fast food joint. I will try the other pharmacy shop in that plaza. 2 stars because I was in and out within 20 minutes. read more

Definitely one of the nicest pharmacies I've been to! The staff are friendly, accomodating, and the pharmacy is organized and clean. They know and care about their customers, prices are comparable to other large pharmacies, and the wait time is excellent. I love this pharmacy :) I was recommended from my pcp to get my meds here and I'm glad I did. They seem to give me top customer care every time I pick up my meds. I enjoy this pharmacy so much I also get my son's meds here and recommend it to my father-in-law n he loves them just as much as I do. They will go the extra mile and try their best to get me the medication I need. for instance I'm pregnant and need a specific allergy medication (rhinocort) but my insurance doesn't offer it. Being pregnant it is the safest for me to take. so Linda Pharmacy tries their best and calls the insurance company to get it for me. it was a three hour process but they manage to get it for me. Awesome place to get your medications because they have so many workers here to help you. I have never seen that many pharmacy technicians at one place before and they got me in and out in about 10 minutes. Never had a nicer pharmacist who knew my name and greeted me in person when I walked through the door. She and her staff are accustomed to doing this, and they remember the meds that you are on. Although Linda is still getting the drugstore started, she seems to have a very good supply of regularly available meds. She also will take orders ahead of time and work with you to quickly get specialty orders into the shop in an expedited manner. Her prices are very aggressive, and loyalty pays off in both directions to sustain a winning partnership with her as your primary pharmacist.
