Rude rude rude pharmacy ladies! I called was told I had 1 call ahead of me..waited and waited, then they pick up to say there are 3 calls ahead of me. Waited like 11 minutes and when she picked up, she disconnected me! . So I drive over there and all she can say is "well, we are short handed" in a very rude voice! I can only speak to the pharmacy department, not the store itself. The worst managed and ran pharmacy I have been to. The employees running the pharmacy do not know what they are doing. It doesn't matter if it's running the drive-thru window, properly filling prescription orders, or how to bill an insurance company for a covid PCR test that's covered by insurance. At the request of a surgical facility for a procedure, I had to take a PCR test. Our insurance covers these tests at 100%. Walgreens kept saying, no, your insurance doesn't cover it, and you'll have to pay $128.99 out-of-pocket. I wasn't going to argue, I needed it done in that moment. I contacted the insurance company and sure enough, Walgreens is not supposed to be charging for this test with this insurance. The insurance company even wrote a letter for us to bring in and outlined to the pharmacy that we are to receive a full refund. Well, we go to the pharmacy where we purchased the PCR, and now being redirected to a phone number. We will not be returning to this Walgreens, again. read more

Bring a book! Drive thru pharmacy is always a 20 minute wait. I've had to ask 5 times and they still can't get my prescription correct that I'm allergic to a certain brand. i want to give 0 stars. I placed an order at 3:45 pm and heard nothing. i finally called at 8:00 pm to see if i would be receiving my order tonight and if not i would just like to cancel it. They said I would get it tonight as long as i come before 9:30. One of the items i wanted was out of stock so i asked if it could be substituted. Mind you, they did not substitute the correct item. I go in the store, find my item THAT WASN'T OUT OF STOCK and walk to the counter to tell them i'm doing a pickup and wanted this item instead of the one they added. While I'm speaking to the girl at the front she interrupts me, puts her hand up and says hold on to speak to one of her employees. They ended up saying they had to cancel the whole order and recharge my card. I asked the girl when it would be refunded and she rolled her eyes and said "soon". I have ordered pictures here before and the quality is definitely not great however this store is very convenient to my home. I ordered prints of my class (33 students) first day of school pictures. I used the code SCHOOL which Walgreens had sent me to get a 50% discount and it was not applied. As a teacher I end up spending hundreds of dollars out of my own pocket each year, so saving almost $8 on photos is a big deal. The code was not applied and the assistant manager was extremely rude and would not apply it at checkout. Therefore, I did not buy the pictures. I will reorder from Walmart or Snapfish. Most neighbors were happy when this store was built. I have shopped a number of times to support our local economy. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to ask management (repeatedly) to maintain a proper store front on such a high traffic intersection in a nice area of Roseville, the POOR landscaping conditions on this property continue. These photos were taken yesterday. How can a multi-Billion dollar corporation allow such POOR landscaping conditions to exist on a (unfortunately) consistent basis?! Management needs to scrutinize this place because some of the younger employees have displayed some bad attitude. One of the Management Trainee actually refused to provide me assistance on my problem with Western Union of which Walgreens provides as their side business; but after I insisted, he relented. It reflects on the bad leadership of the manager of that place and in whole of Walgreens as a corporation. However, overall the establishment is clean and my kudos to the older employees who are very customer-service oriented and professional. This is the worst pharmacy. The first visit I came here, the lady was rude and it was just a poor experience because it took forever to get my prescription. Me, being somewhat optimistic thought maybe it was just a one off and gave her and the pharmacy the benefit of the doubt and decided to try it again because it is super convenient to my house. My next visit I saw the same girl and kinda groaned to myself but hoped to have a better experience. I was told, "oh, we just got your prescription sent to us at 4:30, you'll have to wait." That was at 5:30, so I'm wondering why they're an hour behind when I can literally walk in to other pharmacies minutes after visiting the doctor and it's ready. I just got called to be told they only have a partial fill, so I need to come in tomorrow to get the rest. Super inconvenient. I can almost bet they're going to try to charge me twice based on how unorganized and incompetent they seem. I'm still waiting almost 20 minutes later and I still haven't seen my partial prescription come through. I've learned my lesson and will drive past this place to get my next prescriptions. My family and I are new to Roseville and have had the good fortune to find a new pharmacy at this Walgreens. My daughter got sick with pneumonia and I went to two other pharmacies to try to fill her prescription but they were out of the specific antibiotic and wanted me to wait to have the medicine arrive. I was not in a position to have my two year old daughter wait for her medication since she was very ill. Luckily, this pharmacy is also close to our home and had the needed medication. The pharmacists were friendly and efficient as prescriptions took less than 10 minutes to fill. We will continue to come to this pharmacy for all our needs. Thanks again! read more

Pharmacy sucks! I went to pick up a prescription today which have been called in 5 hrs prior and the pharmacy attendant just said that they don't have it and that I have to call my doctor again. I said are you sure and she replied that she is sure coz she can't find it in their system. This is after waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru. So I called the doctor and turned out he left several messages coz no one was answering the phone. So I went back and asked to check their voicemail and lo and behold, it's there. What kind of pharmacy who does not check their voicemail for 5 hrs. And the stupid attendant did not even bother to use her common sense to check their voicemail. Very frustrating service. Everytime I come here the workers treat me like I'm going to steal something. I always go strait for the makeup isle because that's the only thing I get at Walgreens. I start to look, checking out all the new stuff and deciding what I want to buy. With In couple minutes I have a person walk down the isle and pretend to do something and then ask if I have any questions or need help. I say no thank you. And then continue to hover around me. Walking back and forth around the isle watching me. This has now happened 3 times and it make me uncomfortable. This last time was it for me. I had a lady ask if I wanted to put my stuff that was in my hand, at the check out counter while I continue looking...I say no thank you. Then again she proceeds to hover, watch me. And waits at the register. Maybe I'm paranoid myself, but I've never had a store make me that uncomfortable before. Will not be coming back. read more

We transferred to this Walgreens one year ago and have been frustrated ever since by their pharmacy department. Positively, let me commend Kelly, who greets customers by name and is always so pleasant and helpful, and is the one good thing about the Pharmacy Dept. If you have prescription pain meds, don't put them through this pharmacy. They cannot stock them, so you have to call 10 days prior to remind them to order your monthly prescription and then again 3-4 days before pick up to make sure they haven't given them to someone else. They have refused to release my prescription on the day my doctor had ordered it released and did not contact the doctor with any question they might have. I have a condition which has required pain meds and have used the Walgreens on Douglas with no problems - but the Walgreens Blue Oaks gets an F on my report card. read more
