There's a western union money order sign in your store and oN google maps Walgreens this location says there is western union. The cashier says there's no money orders. It is not fun to get out of my car with 3 children for something you clearly have but the cashier says other wise. If you no longer have western union remove the damn sign. read more

The urgent care I went to faxed my prescription in to this Walgreens at 7:00 pm on Sunday because the hours are listed as closing at 10:00. Unfortunately, the store is open but the pharmacy closes at 6:00. This is not clear on the web site and I ended up going to a 24-hour Walgreens in Anaheim. Fortunately, someone was still at the urgent care to call it in to the Anaheim one. A lot of hassle could have been avoided if the pharmacy hours were clearly marked on the website. read more

Most pharmacy contacts I've spoken with are extremely rude, and because they I have a prescription for a controlled substance, the tone in their voice changes to a negative one every time I call regarding it as if they treat me as a drug addict. It's difficult to be in the situation I'm in, and when I feel like I'm getting a negative tone every time I call regarding it, it is not helpful. It's rude. read more

I'm from Huntington Beach Ca and recently moved to Anaheim CA . My ID still has my old address and my DR is located in Huntington Beach. I went to the Walgreens next to my DR and they were out of my medication. So I decided to head home and go to the Walgreens next to my new home. The Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription for the fact that my ID had a Huntington Beach address on the ID. I have never heard of such crap In my life. This should be unlawful as I need my medication to live a normal healthy life. The pharmacist did not care and I will refuse to go to any Walgreens every again. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to the staff at the Walgreens in Placentia for their care and concern for my 97 year old mother. Brenda, in particular, went so far out of her way to assist my mom, that I am forever grateful. They waited with my mom while she got her vaccine, helped her use her cell phone, dealt with all of the calls from us because we could not get there to be with my mom, waited outside with her (in the COLD) for an uber and kept in contact with us the entire time. They treated her then, and every time she comes into the store, as if she is their own grandma. Truly over and above. read more

I had to buy formula in a hurry before work so I ran to my local walgreens- to find an empty locked case and no formula. I asked an associate to please look for more in the back. I get my prescriptions here but not a fan of the inside of the store or the employees. I saw a lady steal a bunch of nail polish and walked right out the door past 2 employees and one manager. I said "ummm that lady just stole a bunch of nail polish..." and they looked like deer in headlights and was like "ok thanks for telling us." I thought it was so strange they didn't care. Guess they don't get paid enough to chase someone over nail polish. They have a lack of variety of items. Smaller store compared to others. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars I would, at least for the photo counter. I have placed only TWO photo orders and the wait was HORRIBLE. Apparently they have a lady named V I C T O R I A that works the photo counter and the only two times I've been there not only was she rude she also had the worst customer service. While giving me my photos she had the worst attitude and didn't even say 'thank you or have a nice day'. This is the second and last time I will ever return to this location. read more

I give this store zero stars, but since the computer makes me give them one star in order to count my comment, so be it. The customer service department through their headquarters is ineffective, unprofessional and ridiculous. My daughters gave me a $150.00 Vanilla Gift Card purchased at this store in May. When I tried to use it, I was told it had already been used. My daughter contacted the store and gave them the information as to where, when and how she bought it. She has been given the run around for over 2 months now, and they said they contacted Vanilla Gift Card company but never received a return call, so I am just out $150.00. Other than the fact that this location has the longest lines ever in the drive thru pharmacy, I have no other complaints. I am literally waiting in line as I type this. I have been here 20 minutes and still have not approached the window even though there was only 4-5 cars ahead of me. If they know people pick up meds after work why not hire more people to help?? Was in line from 6:20-6:43 that's 23 minutes I'll never get back. They are lucky I had nothing else to do if not I would've come back another day but then I would be living my life according to their schedule. read more

They have excellent customer service. My friend and I had been to 3 CVS's trying get a prescription filled none of them would call ahead to see if any other CVS's in the area had the prescription. The first Walgreens we went to which was this one did not have the prescription but they did do there job correctly and called ahead so that we wouldn't have to continue our goose chase to find the prescription we needed. I really love everyone that works at this Walgreens. The pharmacists are wonderful, and have great patience with a lot of the rude customers. Cashiers are sweet, ESPECIALLY the young woman that works in the cosmetic section! She helped me pick the right skin tone for my face makeup, and helped me with all the questions I had. My boyfriend was relieved that the normal 30min trip was a quick 10min one, so he loved her too. Just a nice place, hope they keep the employees. read more

I'd give it a five, but It was so much more fun to shop there when they were a 24 hr store, but I guess they couldn't compete with the CVS right across the street. Some of the best times had were late at night just mindlessly cruising the isles and scoring great deals. Still get there every once in a blue moon, but not nearly as much as when they were a 24 store. Very, very friendly and helpful staff. I like the quaint size of it. read more

Just don't waste your time. Sat at the drop off window for like 10 mins, one chick was texting on her phone, another lady was just at the computer but kept walking to the back, and the assistant was actually helping someone over the phone, and NO ONE said "hi we will be right with you" or even looked up to acknowledge me. Finally I just went inside and called them out. Anyways, not only is the service terrible there is also ALWAYS an issue with something and I have never really had any issues before. Any other pharmacy would be better.... I'm giving 2 stars because the tech was really nice and helpful once she was done helping the person on the phone. read more
