They renovated this place and it is great. Nice and spacious. Their inventory is more like Walmart these days. Clothes, toys, beach chairs, you name it. The older lady who checked us out was a gem. What a sweetie and still a spring chicken. Made us feel so welcomed and wanting to return. Give her a raise would ya? In the shopping plaza where Publix is. Always lots of parking on this end. I have had many experiences with Walgreens in the past, however this one was the most annoying and the pharmacist was very adamant about giving me my prescription that I had filled there once before. Not only did I waste my time, I only get out once a week to get errands run. I am leaving for vacation in less than 24 hours and wanted to get my prescriptions filled so that I would have them while I was out of town. She gave me one, told me that she had to call the doctor tomorrow and find out whether he wanted me to have it or not. I tried explaining to her that I had had it filled there before and she handed me my one prescription then shut the slot. I have never encountered such a pharmacist & If she had questions she should have called before she filled it and before I went up there to pick it up. My encounter with her was very humiliating and upsetting. Hopefully anyone who has a prescription written by a licensed physician Will not have to experience The pharmacist questioning the fact of whether the Doctor wants the patient to have it or not. read more

Made an appointment online, had a confirmation, the people at this store were beyond rude and incompetent. Even after showing the confirmation code and proving them at it was in fact "real", they made us wait over 45 minutes past our appointment and schedule a walk in. At a bare minimum you can be kind. read more

This place doesnt care for married gay men trying to buy cough medicine. My Husband of 16yrs and I tryed to buy cough medicine and the rude kid up front thought it was funny to Not sell Nyquil to us and the manager wasnt any better. This applies only to the Pharmacy. The drive-thru line is horrible, has been for months! You can expect long, long waits every time. Today, my husband and I were on line for twenty minutes. The first car never moved in all that time. We even tried calling to speak to a manager, and they switched us to the Pharmacy, and, of course, they never picked up. Four cars behind us just gave up and left. We eventually did the same. I called the manager again, upon leaving, and advised her that someone should go back there and check on the problem. Got a half-hearted response. Apparently, good customer service is not prescribed by management. read more

Why is it that the pharmacy can't ever get an order right? There's an issue every time! My neighbor even gets other people's prescriptions accidentally. The staff needs to work in their customer service and work ethic. Try going the extra mile to make your customers happy and to ensure they get their prescriptions on time. Needless to say I've had it. I won't be a customer here any longer. read more

Don't go here if you have kids. The employees will be obviously annoyed that your young children are touching things regardless of if you're putting them back and straightening. Instead of offering you help they will just look at you sideways. I choose to bring my kids with me so I can correct them and teach them the appropriate way to behave in different social environments. I have health issues that leave me in a constant state of exhaustion and one child with developmental issues so this doesn't always go smoothly but I do my best. The best part about the whole visit was getting to the register and hearing the customer in front of me commenting negatively about kids and their behavior (a customer that had been looking at us sideways) and the CASHIER agreeing with him and speaking like I was not even there. It was very informative to learn that is why she didn't want kids. If I hadn't already promised my kids certain items I would have just walked out. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, The Assistant Manager was rude! I was asking for a simple transaction and She was yelling at me in my face in front of customers all because I could not find my recipet and she was too lazy to look up my transaction with my card. She slammed the product on the table and told me not to go there ever again she said she did not care about company policy. I was truly embarrassed and hurt how could a manager be so disgusting towards customers??? I always use Walgreens for my parents medications I spend over $2,300 a month there and now I will be taking my family's medications to CVS or Publix I have NEVER returned anything to any store before and to be treated like this was a horrible start to my day. read more
