The women did not even dry my hair and i payed 280 for something that looks like a 5 year old did it. i asked for highlights and this women gave me patchy spots on my head. i am genuinely embarrassed of going out. i really hate it so much for how much it cost, i recommend to never get your highlights done here especially if it's with Sasha. please take my word because i have been non stop crying because of how bad it looks. she didn't even give me highlights she dyed my full head. so please take this as a warning to never get your hair done here. read more

I just spent roughly $180 and they treated me like garbage. I had to chase a team member around the store to get someone to unlock something for me. I then waited by the perfume I wanted while a team member stared at me and chatted with her friend. She then asked from across the store if we needed something unlocked and told us she couldn't unlock it. After another minute she finally went up front and then ended up coming back with the keys... They also tried to trick me into signing up for their credit card by only asking me if I wanted 20% off. I've literally never left a yelp review before but that was just truly such an awful experience. I'll be buying from Sephora from now on. read more

Went in for Brow wax and tint at Benefit brow bar. I sat there and waited and no one came. I finally asked someone and they said I had to check in at the salon. In all my years coming to Benefit at Ulta did I have to check in at salon. I go back there and the lady tells me my person was still doing someone's hair and could I wait. After about 20 minutes I was ready to walk out and she came and got me. Sat me on a stool outside the salon and had no supplies. She left twice to go get them. Drew my brows on while measuring with a stick then asked me if that's the shape I want. I knew this wasn't going to be good and my brows look terrible. She needs more training. After I went over to Philosophy to grab a few things-everything out of stock-same for Peter Thomas Roth. This store needs new management and maybe call the home office to get stocked. Don't even bother coming to this location. We came in 2 employees taking in the front didn't welcome us, didn't ask what we were looking for etc. I was looking for bare minerals products and other concealers. Another employer comes to asks what was I looking for, when I told her she looked at me and let me try other powders I nicely said no that I was looking for the medium one that it's equivalent to Pecan. To assist in finding that one and Instead of her helping me look for it because they were all misplaced she said "ok let me know if you need anything else" and walked away. It is obvious they didn't want to work. Horrible!!!!!! They all need training. So I walked out told the lady in the front you are not very welcoming or friendly I will go to the ulta in Collier. I found what I needed, approached the counter, and stood on the spot marked "please wait here". A group approached the counter in a random fashion, and when the clerk (the only one at the register on a Sat. Afternoon), completed the customer she was ringing up, the "group" walked right up and proceeded to get checked out. The staff person was clueless, and there was no other staff around to help. While you can't fix rudeness, maybe you could hire someone who can pay attention to what goes on around them. I went home and ordered my products online from Amazon. read more

Store is beautiful like all locations. Girls by makeup are quick to ask if anyone needs help or offer suggestions and they all seem extremely knowledgeable. The front of the house is a different story. The line started with 3 people and quickly grew to over 8. We waited and waited as people were slowly rung up, asked about signing up, then they had a coupon but it was the wrong one and now they're all looking at her phone....sigh. Finally the woman in front of me asked politely if the cashier could call up some more help. The girl made a face and obliged. It was finally our turn to get rung up and the same cashiers attitude soured more when we said "no" to the credit card offer. She was horrible. This location can do better. read more

Beyond excited to have finally gotten an Ulta store in my area! I first became hooked on Ulta while prepping for my wedding. We needed makeup and Ulta delivered! It's where I go to get my favorite foundation, Urban Decay All-Nighter. :) This Ulta store is a little bit on the smaller side compared to the one in Mercato (thank God I don't have to drive all the way there anymore) but they use their space efficiently enough. The staff there are quite lovely, friendly, honest people. Now that Ulta is within walking distance, I'll definitely be a regular customer! read more

I arrived at the store about four minutes prior to opening. I was the first and only person to walk in when they unlocked the door. While looking for the items I needed not one of the many staff members reached out to me. I walked past a group of three employees that were having a gab session. One of the employees said hi to me then continued their conversation. I was walking through the store trying to find what I needed for half an hour with not one employee reaching out to me. At another point I crossed paths with one staff member walking along with a 2nd staff member following her in another chat session. When I'd decided I couldn't find what I needed myself I opted to notify the manager of my poor experience. She apologized for her staff and offered to assist me however I told her I was going to the other store instead. This is a store that is meant for staff to assist customers to find their best look. What I experienced was simply a gathering of girls that get paid to chat together while many customers wander around trying to find the eyeliner in the haystack. Props to the OTHER location who greeted and assisted me the MOMENT I walked in the door. Mercado Ulta it is! read more

While I had called to have an Urban Decay palette held for me, it didn't work out and by the time I arrived, the manufacture had recalled the promo. They felt so bad, they gifted me an enormous bag of high quality samples. It was very very kind. I believe manager set this up. Then it turned out that my palette was still available online. So it was a win win. Commendations to this store for excellent customer service. In addition, the store is very clean and neat which is so important. My favorite Ulta!!! read more

This Ulta is so much better than the one at Mercato. The staff is actually friendly and wants to help you. I got my makeup done by Maggie and she is absolutely fabulous. She was so helpful and she listened to what I wanted done and was very easy to talk to. I felt like we had been friends forever chatting the whole time. I would highly recommended her and this Ulta in general. I plan on coming back for a facial with Maggie as well. Great experience every time I come here! read more
