I arrived at Walgreens 2 hours after my prescriptions were ordered. There was one person running the drive through and the counter. I waited 25 minutes to talk to this person, only to be told that the pharmacist was working on my prescriptions right at that moment. I waited 30 more minutes before they told me my prescriptions were done. Then I waited 10 minutes while the person played around on the computer and tried to tell me I had entered the wrong phone number. I finally left with my prescriptions. It's time to find a new pharmacy and they can put this one on the closure list. read more

The pharmacy here is a joke. Sometimes they are randomly closed (a huge mess to get prescription moved that I urgently needed for my kiddo). Husband had a flu shot appt one day at 5pm, shows up then...basically they let him know they may or may not have time to do it. Waited 45 mins, then left. How is this place still open? I would give less than 1 star if possible. I've never had my prescriptions ready on time, I called earlier about them being behind 3 days, they said 10 minutes and it's been 6 hours. The 4 people in front of me said they have been waiting since this morning. EVERY visit is a nightmare, they are so unorganized and have no since of hurrying. The hours are actually accurate and the sweet sweet woman working at this location deserves SO MUCH. Her name was Leanna I think. I can almost promise you I'm misspelling it, but regardless she has been there the last three times my partner and I have gone in after 9:30pm. To echo everyone else: the pharmacy is an absolute travesty when it comes to fulfilling basic requests. We ordered online, received confirmation the order was filled, and drove to the drive thru. No one was there so we pressed the button for service. Someone muttered some unintelligible words through the speaker, I asked them to please repeat what they said, and didn't head anything back. We waited several minutes. Then a man came to the window, looked at us, muttered some more unintelligible words through the speaker, and then just walked away. Had to go inside and wait. Pharmacy is horrible. Waited in line an hr they didn't have my prescription done. Even though they had it for 3 days already. Told me to come back the next day. Went. They were closed, they didn't have a pharmacist they said. They have said rhis several times in the past too. Called the next day before I went to see if they finally had my prescription. On hold for more than 30 minutes 4 times that day, never rraches anyone. Called again today at 9:05 at 1:15 I finally hung up and called the store manager how proceeded to hang up on me 3 times. Worst Pharmacy ever. And they are extremly rude to their customers. I will move everything and never use walgreens again. The store managers are just as rude as the people in the Pharmacy. I've been going to Walgreens for over 50 years. Stopped at Walgreens to drive thru pick up a prescription for my adult Daughter. Ok. Asked to speak to a pharmacist. Waited 6 minutes. A clerk came and told me the Pharmacist had "stepped away" and could I please move. Came back hours later. Asked if they could supply 5 pills of a heart medication I had run out of during my visit from out of state. They looked up my records and found this one of my ten current prescriptions. It needed a Dr. approval to refill. I have many dozens of the pills at home. "Sorry, we can't help you with an emergency refill. " Not :we'll get right on this and contact your Doctor and get this for you tomorrow . No suggestions. Just sorry we can't help you. I figure when they use the term emergency refill, they don't really mean emergency. If I have to chase my Dr. at his office , get his nurse to reply it will be tomorrow. in WI, and then they have to stock the pill and process the order and contact me. I will be be home from my visit before I could get actual help from this store. read more

I've had pictures developed here multiple times. I've spent hundreds of dollars on photo orders at this specific location through out the years. The last time I had professional photos printed here and something must've been wrong with the machine because they were blurry and had odd color banding all over them as if I had printed them on paper from my desktop computer in 2005. They looked horrible. I was obviously disappointed not having checked them before paying and leaving so I went to see what the return policy was or if I could even do that. Long story short you have 30 days to get your money back if you're unsatisfied with your photos. I went back in with 15 days left on the guarantee and the manager was very rude about me "not coming in sooner" when I explained I live about 45 minutes away and unfortunately haven't had the time. She was completely dismissive, seemed irritated, and was just very rude. I will not be coming back to this location which I know doesn't matter to them but just wanted to remind this person that it's none of your business when people come in to get something taken care of if it's within the companies guaranteed time frame. Like get real. I also was very polite the whole time and felt as though I was being shamed for their issues and not coming in sooner. Never even apologized for the fact that all of my photos looked horrible after I showed her what I was taking about. Tried to get a couple of passport photos here. Was told to come back in a couple hours, which I did. There was no one at the photo counter, so I had to ask the cashier who was too busy on his phone to notice or care that I was standing there at the photo counter, to call help for me. When the photo employee came out he simply stated that I needed to come back in a few more hours. No apology. I told him I'd come back the next day. When I came back today the photos were still not ready. In fact my order wasn't even in the system. The photo employee from yesterday just had me write my name, email and phone number on the back of the receipt, so I'm not surprised it wasn't in the system. I've been waiting an half an hour for the employees to try to get the photo printer to work. They are trying their best but no luck yet. I have to leave to get to work, and was told they will probably be done in a half an hour...we'll see! Ha I did want to update to say that the staff did get my pictures printed as promised and even gave them to me for free, which I really appreciate. Updating my rating from a 1 start to a 3. Thank you! I'll leave it at a 3 since they could be better staffed. read more

I recently had to switch my prescriptions to King Soopers after a long time of only being able to go to Walgreens. I love the people at Walgreens but there was never enough of them and I don't know if they don't pay enough or it's that bad of a place to work but there is never enough people. It wasn't until I moved pharmacies that I realized I didn't want to support a company that wasn't giving their people the appropriate resources and staff. This pharmacy has many issues. First, the staff doesn't appear to be well trained due to what I can only assume is constantly rotating personnel. They don't know how to navigate insurance and won't help you find less expensive options, which is absolutely critical for a trusted provider like a pharmacy. Second, they are ALWAYS short staffed. I have sat in their drive through and at one point had to literally knock on the window after waiting at it for 20 mins. The person who came to help told me that the chime that notifies them that people were there wasn't working, and they forgot to look to see if anyone was at the drive through. Each time i find myself (unfortunately) entering this particular Walgreens, I find myself trying to get of the door as quickly as possible because there is no worse place to be. The long lines, the poor customer service (asking a question, the response is a snappy and patronizing "IM OFF THE CLOCK"), and most importantly, the incapability of the Pharmacy creatures. Never have I been disrespected for asking for something as simple as a medication that allows me to enjoy life. This pharmacy gets no ratings for me. I switched over for six months to King Soopers but somehow my doctors office in advertently sent in a script to this store I went to get it on Saturday only to find out that again the pharmacies closed and will be closed on Sunday too so now I'm three days without my meds. I'm going to try to be over there early like when they open tomorrow so I don't stand in a line of 20 for three hours to get a script which they may or may not have even though they've sent me a message three days ago saying it was ready this store is so incompetent I don't know how it stays open. Walgreens is awful! Don't go here!! They have the worst customer service and they just close down randomly and will not tell you when they will open again! Sign says you can fill your RX at any Walgreens but if they filled them moments before closing you can not. This one is closed again and we were told "for a few days at least" . What the heck? PHARMACY REVIEW: 1 star STORE STAFF: 5 stars This review is for the pharmacy ONLY. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the store staff. But the pharmacy staff has no sense of customer service, especially from a medical professional perspective. They are not helpful with questions, they are slow to find prescriptions, and simply not friendly. It is uncomfortable and you feel like a bother when you show up at the counter. A small amount of customer service effort or training (welcoming tone, a smile, just basic manners...) could go a very long way to make patients feel welcomed and not like they have to do all the work just to have a prescription found. read more

These guys are doing SUCH a good job in the pharmacy these last crazy months. They are understaffed, but they work their butts off and keep a smile the whole time. The are getting inundated with vaccine patients and drive through meds, yet the keep it rolling. This place is incredibly short staffed and therefore constantly has all sorts of problems. I don't know who's managing it, but they are not doing a good job. There are so many other Walgreens, I would recommend venturing elsewhere and saving yourself the trouble. I do feel sorry for the staff as they are trying their best. read more

Updating this review from 2 stars to 1 star. I think it's because of staffing issues, but the last several months getting medication from the pharmacy here has proved nearly impossible. The drive through is never open anymore and when you go inside the wait is often 30-60 min. or more. There is consistently no pharmacist on duty so you can't pick up meds at all. Then they put your meds back because it took you too long to pick them up, (even though you've tried multiple times) & you have to start the process all over again. My doctor recently called in a prescription they said would take 2 days to fill b/c it had to be ordered. Annoying, but fine. Called the automated line & kept saying it wasn't ready, so tried to talk to someone to find out when it would be ready. Was hung up on 3 times before I was finally able to talk to someone, then they said it would be another 4 days! While I was asking a question (politely, wasn't being rude at all), I was hung up on AGAIN. No call back even though they had my info right in front of them. If you are considering this pharmacy, do yourself a HUGE favor & go somewhere else. read more

I wish I could give a zero rating. I filled a prescription and the pharmacy (and its manager, also a store assistant manager) refused to honor the Walgreens Good Rx coupon I had in hand. I've lived in this immediate area for 44 years and this Walgreens is the closest pharmacy to me. I WILL NEVER, EVER AGAIN PATRONIZE THIS STORE/PHARMACY FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. There is good reason why this store has such poor ratings. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I plan on celebrating the day this Walgreens permanently closes its doors. This is an everyday thing there's signs up in the Drive-Thru saying that they don't have a drive-thru go and then you go inside and there's five people working behind the counter at the pharmacy why can't they work their drive-thru? After having a horrible experience with another Walgreens pharmacy a couple days prior I decided to try this pharmacy to drop a prescription for a sick kiddo. We walked in at 8pm as pharmacy was closing. I told them I would just drop it and come back in the am. The tech and pharmacist on staff were amazing and said they would fill it right then if I could just wait a few minutes. They went above and beyond even though it seemed like they were having an otherwise difficult Monday. Not sure names, but it was 8pm on Monday 10/11/21. This store used to have it going on but perhaps the management has changed? They've lost our prescriptions 3 or 4 time. The staff in the pharmacy comes across as calloused and uncaring. This pharmacy is the absolute worst. They have brought me back three times with wrong estimates on when my prescription would be ready. Totally inaccurate information and they hadn't even added both of my prescriptions when I got here long after my doctor appointment. Horribly organized, very poorly run. Will never go here again. UPDATE SEVERAL HOURS LATER: And now if I could, I'd give them 0 stars instead of 1....because I just learned the hard way that the pharmacist who handed me the prescription failed to warn me of the very specific way this medication is supposed to be taken! I know people usually come on here to tell you how terrible a place was because they are upset. Some rants don't equal the issue. Unfortunately, this is the worst experience at a drugstore, of all places. There is an unfortunate young lady working in the photo department that needs so much attention she needs to hold YOUR photos hostage. It is very sad to experience such a nasty young 20-something year old. While I appreciate her sticking to the "federal photo laws" (yep, careful, read up on those before you try to print your photos there), she can do it with a little more tact and kindness. I know 10 months at Walgreens means years of experience, but it obviously does not gain any wisdom with customer service. I would avoid their photo department. read more

PHARMACY ONLY: If you want uncaring, rude, terrible customer service, this is the Walgreen's for you. This location has been gradually going down hill and we now have moved all our prescriptions to a different Walgreen's. We understand that this location is for "training" so they have a high turnover and slow response times. But, the pharmacist and all assistants are so rude and they know I am disabled and in pain. I end up upset and with no meds. They are disorganized, give incorrect meds, mismanaged, and the worst customer service. When you don't feel well, you don't want the run around, to be lied to, and to be treated with disrespect. When in pain, you don't want to have to wait until the next day to get your pain meds because they have too many scrips in front of yours. They couldn't get to mine until the Next day! They are also the only walgreen's that makes us give our Balanced Reward card to earn points. Every other Wallgreen's has our number on file and adds it automatically. There are many other places, near by, to take our business and who care about our well being. There is no reason to give this location any buisness. read more
