Stopped by Walgreens to get passport photos taken, and the whole process took less than 20 minutes from start to finish! Everything was quick and efficient, and the employees were helpful and friendly. Definitely appreciated how easy and hassle-free the experience was. read more

A quick late stop because this Walgreens has an ATM that is in my network. A quick pass through the store, which is in good condition and seems well stocked, I was in and out with what I needed from the "travel" aisle and my cash from the ATM. The parking lot is tidy, there were two cashiers working the register and the aisles were clear. [Review 12745 overall, 57 of 2020.] read more

I almost never shop in places like Walgreens but on this occasion we'd been looking for an item to help with ear wax. The doctor specifically said to use a product and we have been able to find it anywhere around. While out and about I was searching apps for different companies that carry these products and looking at local stores and nobody else had anything available Walgreens didn't have the specific product but they did have their brand available. We decided to go ahead and give it a chance so we went to the store to check it out. I found it without a problem and my youngest found a pair of Squishmallows that someone we know wanted along with a couple of Hot Wheels. We had a short wait at the checkout and we were satisfied with our purchase. read more

Walgreens - Proof they can't spell - Drugstores Near Me - Kissimmee, Florida

Most of our visits to this location is to the pharmacy and it feels like we are visiting an old hometown pharmacist. I absolutely love that when we either walk up to the counter or we pull up to the drive-thru the pharmacist recognizes us and calls us by name. They ask how we are doing if we have been sick, it's just a very personal experience. The rest of the store is nice as well but the pharmacy is what keeps us coming back and what gives it the 5 star rating. read more

Got to Orlando and realized I had left one of my prescription medications at home. Luckily, I had a new prescription for the medication in my backpack that I'd never gotten filled. I needed this medication badly, to say the least. We spent several hours driving around to different pharmacies and had no luck at finding my prescription at any of them. They were simply all out. Sigh. After going to about 5 different pharmacies, I finally started called and asking because the driving all over the place just to be told, "No" was getting to me. The problem is, when you suffer with chronic pain and need a narcotic, the pharmacies don't like to tell you over the phone whether they have the medication or not. Sigh. This is what I kept getting told over the phone until I called this pharmacy. The pharmacist got on the phone and took all my information... name, address, date of birth, phone number, etc. before he would tell me if they had the prescription or not. I currently use Publix as my pharmacy, but I use to use Walgreens, so I was in their system. He actually told me they had my medication and he'd be happy to fill it. WhooHooo! 10 minutes later I showed up and he was just so nice. I think he could tell I was in a considerable amount of pain. He had my medicine filled for me within about 10 minutes. I'm pretty sure he put me in front of some other people. Super nice pharmacist! I honestly can't recall the last time I had a good experience at a Walgreens, which is why I switched over all my prescriptions to Publix. Even though I just went straight back to the pharmacy area and waited there for my medicine, I did notice the store was clean and organized. Had a lot of Disney things for purchase everywhere. Nice, large, well-paved parking lot that is well-lit with plenty of spaces. The only unfortunate thing is this pharmacy is not open 24/7. read more

I wouldn't recommend anyone go to there pharmacy they're literally scamming people and over charging for Medicine also if you do decide to go there make sure you have insurance that's "contracted" with them because they'll let you know quick and are basically saying well you're sh*t out of luck. the people working there are not there to help they're just there to do a job collect a paycheck and go home. that wal greens needs to be replaced with anything ill even take a hookah lounge and I don't even smoke or care for hookah lounges read more

This is a pretty brand new Walgreens off of Poinciana and 192. I went here with my friend this evening to "shop." The store was very clean and when we first walked in, all the carts were lined up neatly by the front entrance, right next to the weekly ad and monthly coupon book. It's set up just like any other Walgreens but feels so much more classy than some other ones I've been to. Granted, it's very new and also in a more touristy side of 192. Everything was labeled well, not too much of the merchandise scattered around the store like some other ones I've been to. All the employees there had smiles on their faces despite the horrific cold air that kept blowing in every time someone came through the doors. Everyone was friendly throughout the store. Now, no one asked if they could assist us, but that is ok. They really wouldn't have been able to help anyway. We strode through the aisles, especailly wanting to see the 50% off Valentine stuff. I was careful not to go overboard with that, just opting for I heart U and double heart peeps. Yum. =) I've noticed that Walgreens does have some great coupons and pretty decent items...now the question becomes is it something you need or something you want? And everything I got - SPAM for 1.99/can, chips, and peeps were all stuff I really don't need.. read more

Pretty good at filling RX but once you go for pick up they act like a fast food resturant and mess up ! My daughter was so sick and the one medication we needed we didn't get ,why, not quite sure. So, mad and worried for my baby I called to see if it was ready. Assuming the Pharmacist answered the phone a young man he said oh it's here not really sure why you didn't recieved it. Now. I am ill and called in to see if RX were sent in as well I went to drive thru the other day and to me if you cannot be happy at all tome then this is NOT the right field for you. Attitude .Attitude. Attitude. I will start going to the other Walgreens . read more

Clean and everything you may need when traveling away from the crazy prices of the parks. We've been running into this location for years for essentials we may need at reasonable prices. Also, cute Disney souvenirs and not crazy priced. read more

The pharmacy at this location is terribly slow and all of its associates including pharmacists look and act like their dog was just killed. My wife is sick and as we were crossing the state line our doctor called in a prescription for us to pick up. Four hours later when we arrived at the location they haven't even started filling the prescription. Extremely poor customer service, shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Only one register open with. Numerous people in line, on associate checking those people out while another just wandered aimlessly behind the counter. read more

The lady at the register kept giving me dirty looks and looking me up and down as if she was judging what i was wearing. I wanted two simple things and the store seemed to be more focused on their Disney Merchandise than stocking up on drinks and things people need. Terrible service. A woman was in front of a customer and myself with a long transaction and with multiple coupons. The cashier called for back up but noonne came. He called again and the cashier helped a guy that I noticed had came in when we were in line. Two other employees showed up but they did not attend us. They instead started to work on a end cap. It is not so frustrating to wait in line, it is frustrating though to not be acknowledged or have the cashier who called for help be ignored. I put my stuff down and walked out. Not worth my money if I'm not worth your time. read more
