Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner completely exploded on her in front of the entire store. Yelling, screaming about "wasting money," humiliating her publicly, and escalating a one-dollar issue into a scene that never should have happened. It was honestly shocking to watch an adult business owner behave that aggressively toward a customer over such a small and understandable request. To make things even worse, they called the cops on her and permanently banned her from the store, all because she asked for a clean replacement cup after another stranger touched her drink. There was absolutely no compassion, no professionalism, and no basic customer service. People deserve to feel safe and respected when they walk into a business, especially over something this minor. If this is how customers are treated for politely asking for help, I would seriously reconsider supporting this establishment.
