Truly the worst pharmacy service. Lines are a mile long. You get put on perpetual hold if you try calling. It's just horrible.

I was amazed when I walked by the store, I was greeted by staff. When I looked inside the store it…read morelooked inviting. The store had clear signage for safety expectations. When entering the store there are a variety of hand sanitizers, sprays,gels and something else. The store had many sells. The store had many clearance items on sale, many were actually 70% off! During covid, sometimes it can hard to find help inside some stores. There was plenty of staff present to help and answer questions. I even had time to chat with a store rep for a couple of minutes-from a safe distance of course. I didnt realize until, I left the store it, has been awhile since I have said more than a few words to an employee. Usually , I have a question and / or thank them for keeping the store running . But the icing on the cake, there was not a line of customers needing help from the same employee. There was enough employees to accommodate shoppers. Simple pleasures.

Bath and Body Works' return policy has gotten much worse over the past few years. They used to…read morehave the best return policy is the business: if you had your original receipt, they'd issue a full refund no matter when or in what condition you return it. Now their return policy is much stricter: you have 90 days to return an item and the item must be in new or "gently used" condition, where "gently used" is defined by the clerk. If their products were of consistently great quality, the policy change would be acceptable, if disappointing. But their products aren't consistently great. Many people can't smell some of the lighter scent body products or are overwhelmed by the heavier scent body products. Many of their candles have self-extinguishing wicks, where the wicks burn down faster than the wax. And their Wallflowers stop functioning at the slightest hint of a power surge. Think twice before buying anything you aren't sure you or your gift recipient will start using within 90 days.

I briefly had the membership a few years ago and did 3 treatments with her but when I consulted with her instead of her advising me on what would be the best treatments - she was like it's up to you which treatments you want to do..which yes it's up to me but it's up to you the Professional to suggest what are the best treatments for me. After the fact, she was like laser genesis is great for acne - I was like that would have been good to know and maybe for you to say from the beginning. I didn't renew my membership because I wasn't going to go back to her.
