Worst pharmacy to go to in the high desert. The store it self is good dont go to pharmacy

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Call the pharmacy 6x's before I tried customer service 3x's. The person on the phone asked the pharmacy my question and she explained to me. This place has gone down hill, it's so dirty in here, and they don't let customers use the public restrooms during the weekend, I asked the employee why and couldn't give me a answer, I thought she was joking so I asked another employee and gave me the same response, that the public restrooms are closed on the weekends, I guess they're not so public. read more

No public restroom. Advise customers to go to Starbucks. Staff criticized drive through customer while I was standing there, and called out it would be a minute while I was standing at line with no indication that the comment was directed at me. Fed up with poor customer service and companies that want you to buy their products, but send you to neighboring business to use restroom. read more

This pharmacy can get busy but the pharmacy staff are absolutely amazing! I had insurance issues and medi-cal issues for medication I needed and they were able to straighten out the issues I couldn't. Absolutely amazing! read more

The lines for the pharmacy are plain ridiculous. Once in a blue moon I will get lucky and see only one car but that's is definitely not the norm. Inside or outside, LONG LINES. They need to hire more pharmacy techs or something. One person to attend to the drive thru, one to attend to the in-store customers. Not that complicated. I only go here because of the 24/7 convenience but I am highly considering going to any other pharmacy read more

There job is seriously not that hard. Waited in line for 20mins , waited another what she said 30 min for my covid shot which no one was in line for a shot but me! I think they need to realize most people standing in line are elders!!!!! That have back problems etc. They should not have to wait 30 mins or more. Get your s*** together walgreens. read more

Been going there for years brought my electric scooter and was told i couldn't bring it in the store after waiting 5min in line for "Safety". Will not be going back no other store has had a problem with me bringing my scooter in especially if they use shopping carts because i usually grab one of the baskets and just use my scooter as a cart. No i was not riding my scooter in store and no they don't offer a proper place to lock up bikes/scooters and i have seen at least 10+ rascals/mobility scooters in store and mine is just standing scooter takes up much less room. Also if there "Safety" issue is dirty tires i guarantee my tires are cleaner than any of there shopping carts tires or most peoples shoes because i clean them every night. read more

Wish I could give a 0 star , DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS the staff is horrible I sat inside for an hour waiting and waiting , my doctor was suppose to call the pharmacist but everytime she tried to call them I watched them decline the calls . The phone rang for like an hour straight and none of the staff answered the calls or they would answer and just put people on hold . I heard the phone ring at least 15 mins and none of them seem to answer it . I watched them just ignore the ringing . So I mentioned it to the pharmacist KELLY is her name and she ignored me and looked away and proceeded to talk about me to one of the other pharmacy techs . And they all talked and laughed about me. Horrible Walgreens will be calling corporate. The only nice person here was the store manager her name is Krystal . She corrected the situation and is a top notch manager and cares a lot about the customers. read more

If I could give a zero I would. Worst wait and customer service ever! Took them 2 hours to give me my pick up prescription. Second there was 7 cars in the drive thru with one car being at the window 35 min. After that I told the rep I was unsatisfied with the wait and the pharmacist said well you should have arrived earlier. Worst location ever! read more

This is where my Walgreens Obsession began. Access to seasonal candies, As Seen on TV merchandise, and buy one get one free mascara 24 hours a day? Count me in! I've been shopping at this Walgreens since I was a teenager, and nothing much has changed. With the exception of one guy, none of the employees seem to like their job. Its not really a big deal though because that allows me to spend excessive amounts of time wandering the aisles and no one, not anyone ever asks me if I need any help :) The photo lab is pretty great, I can order prints online and then pick them up at crackhead hours, and the pharmacy is pretty good as well. Worse pharmacy in the entire desert. Every time you go in there, they have a problem and it a total disaster. The employees of the pharmacy are unhelpful, rude and down right nasty. That push their own agendas, wants and needs ahead of any customer that walks in the door. Really sad in this day and age that it's all about them and the customer doesn't matter. Customer service is terrible in the pharmacy. We stood there first in line for 10 minutes. There were three employees, one on the phone, one was on the computer, and one was filling bottles. Nobody ever greeted us or acknowledged us. The one on the phone continued to answer call after call. We finally just left. This is not my first bad experience here either. They are rude. read more

If I could give them -3 stars I would. I waited for six hours only to be told that they were still waiting for my insurance to call them back to tell them if they would pay for my flu medication. Can't they just look it up in the system? They do this every day. They had like five people when I got there and towards the end there was only two and they kept chitchatting in the back or standing around. The line was the longest line I have ever seen at any pharmacy and the drive-through was no better, at least like 10 cars just parked waiting and waiting. Listening to some of the other people that were waiting, this is apparently a daily occurrence. They should get shut down if they can't get their act together. They have a new pharmacist (I didn't get her name) and when a lady asked her if she could give some medication to her two-year-old the pharmacist said she wasn't confident enough to say yes or no and that he was up to the mom to give the meds to her baby or not because she had just graduated from pharmacy school four months ago. It's great to have a 24 hour walgreens. It is not great to deal with long wait times and to be treated unprofessionally because of your frustration with those wait times and lazy staff. Pharmacists and their associates work with mentally unhealthy individuals all day, and for one of the staff, Alex, to cross a line and try to relate my frustration to "every time I come in, I have a problem," is outrageous. And to ask me if I'm a friend of one of your friends to make me feel embarrassed? How unprofessional can you be when you deal with another person's medical information. I am appalled at this guy's behavior and hope he isn't the same way with people he DOESN'T think he knows. The elderly and mentally unstable have to deal with these people often and I can't imagine how they would react to this treatment. read more

Thank god for a 24 hour Walgreens in the High Desert, on Valentine's Day I had to rush my newborn to ER and it was very late at night when I got out around 12:45AM. I was very exhausted and thought I would have to wait for another 30mins for the prescription. Luckily the tech I believe he said his name was Alejandro, said to just wait at the counter and he would have it rdy for me in 5mins. He went to fill it and before I knew it the Asian Pharmacist was alrdy consulting me and ringing me out for the prescription, they had ran out of baby syringes to give the medicine which I wish they would have had because the spoon was hard to give the medicine to my baby boy! Nevertheless I was happy to be in and out so quickly and get home and take care of my boy! read more

While the staff in the store isn't always helpful (or plentiful for that matter at times past midnight), they get 5 stars for their pharmacist, Larry. This guy is pretty old school, knows his stuff, super helpful, and stopped what he was doing to help me with general medication questions... for my dog! Plus they're open 24 hours. Not sure about Walmart's pharmacy, but I honestly wouldn't even consider going there, because it's Walmart. read more

I hate this place. You have overflow from all the hesperia apartments and the victorville section 8 housing and the employees are lame, boring and have no personality. BUT, they're open 24 hours a day, convenient parking and have a drive thru pharmacy. read more

Worst walgreens ever, not even gonna go into my previous complaints with how disorganized they are. Waiting in line an hr with 20 ppl in front of me, only one register for pick up and drop off. Then I get up there they tell me my script isn't ready, so they call dr and said oh drs on lunch and even though dr answered they said they would call back. Then they told me dr had 2 orders for me same med one 5mg one 10 mg. When I called doctor they said there is only 1 and it was predisone 5mg. Meantime I have been taking the 10. No phone call my meds were ready or what was up. They try to blame everything on dr. My coworker said they did same thing with her friends baby and over prescribed a med. I will be transferring to Rite Aid. read more

I just moved to the area less than a week ago! but my Dr. is sill in Temecula (till I can find a Dr. Here). So today after spending several hours going to a Dr. appointment I had a prescription to fill. I went in to Walgreens and told them I am new to the area and the guy behind the counter asked me for my ID. I gladly handed it over. He then rudely handed me back my prescription and said they can't fill it because my address on my ID isn't the new address and the Dr. is not local in Hespeira. If I wanted to fill my prescription I had to do it in Temecula! That's ridiculous! I never had any problems with Walgreens before till now. So I went across the street to CVS and had no problems at all and their staff was pleasant. I think for now on CVS is going to be my neighborhood pharmacy, even after my ID and Dr is changed! read more

Be aware that if you use the western union in any Walgreens, you may wire a large amount, but can only receive $300.00. This is quite inconvenient, also the manager who takes care of wires is quite rude. read more

Assistant manager Lama & cashier Gisela needs to be fired. I went in to buy cigarettes with my uncle. He doesn't speak English so I translated for him. I told them he wanted Marlboro and camel. They said they needed my ID. I didn't have, I told them I was translating. So they didn't sell it to me, I told my brother to come in, he was in the car. I told him to buy it for our uncle. They said my uncle and brother were trying to buy cigarettes for me. My uncle even took out his pack of cigarettes from his pocket and said its for him. I even showed them a picture of my ID in my phone, just so they can get a clue on how old I was. So I told them I'm going to go home and get my ID, just so I can put it in their face. I went home and get my ID, I came back and they locked the doors on me and said they couldn't help me. Very very rude. I will never come back and give them business, unless if they don't work there anymore. I called in to complaint about them to Walgreens customer service. If I could I would give them negative stars. I went to a lot of Walgreens and this was the only one with this issue. No Walgreens ever asked for my ID when I'm with my uncle. It's obvious my uncles buying it cause once I get there he points to show me which ones he want and tells me how much he wants. However I'm not even underage for alcohol either. read more

This Walgreens is Terrible! This is my first review on yelp but I need to vent! They are very busy and the pharmacist was beyond rude to me. My Doctor's office called 3 times to call in a new prescription and every time I called and waited on hold for 20 minutes I was told no one had called them. When they finally got my Rx they said over the phone it was ready. I waited for 30 minutes in line to be told they didn't have anything. Then they found it and said I had to wait in line again while they got it ready. Another 40 minutes later the pharmacist comes and says do I have any questions when I say no she says good. Then says she is only giving me 20 days supply of test steps instead of a month cause they only have boxes of 100. When I say I have had diabetes 10 years and never had trouble getting a full month supply she literally starts yelling at me and slams the speaker down and walk away. Then they say my copay is twice as much as I have ever paid and they say call your insurance we don't know why! They kept changing people helping me and I couldn't get any questions answered. They were all rude and the worse experience EVER. Avoid using this pharmacy and never go to them!!! They obviously have more business then they can handle and the worse customer service I have ever dealt with!!!! read more

If you like waiting in the pharmacy drive through for 30 minutes for each vehicle in front of you, well then this is your place to go! And don't bother trying to call in or your call will get disconnected once you get put on hold. Other than that, the place is 24hr & the inside store has a decent selection of products available. But seriously, since you'll be wasting a great % of your life if you are in the drive through, this place should at least have the courtesy to offer wifi for the hassle. read more
