Worst pharmacy in the United States. I have an auto immune disease and a special needs child so I unfortunately deal with a lot of medications and pharmacists. For the past 3 years this is what I've had to deal with EVERY SINGLE TIME: -The 2 heavy set African American female cashiers don't care about any of the customers or their job- and have no problem telling you the customer or their boss which has been an elderly Indian gentleman or an elderly Asian woman that. -Dr will call in a prescription to be filled and they say they 'never received it' which turns into an all day affair of my doctors office having to call the pharmacy repeatedly and threaten them to fill it -They send an auto generated message saying your prescription is ready, but it's usually not because 'the truck hasn't delivered it yet and we don't know when it will arrive try again in 3 days' or 'we're busy sorry maybe tomorrow' -After being treated so rudely by staff my wife refused to deal with them anymore. Last visit she made her phone died having to complain to the doctor about their unprofessionalism. The pharmacy refused to let her use the phone to sort it out. A gentleman behind her let my wife use her phone and yelled at them on her behalf. -The pharmacist/ manager either doesn't care about all these problems or they are just completely incompetent. -The list could keep going but it's not worth my time. I've already been stripped of a month or more of my life dealing with this place. Following the advice of Walgreens corporate office/ my Dr/ my sons Dr/ my wife's Dr/ the Better Business bureau/ other Pharmacists in town/ and every other customer at Walgreens on Dual Highway I have met along this slow death march of something so simple as picking up a prescription- we will never set foot in this godforsaken train wreck that seems to be an experiment in how to ruin people's lives while denying them the medicine they pay for and need! read more

Great place to grab needed items if you're staying at the Hampton Inn. I really needed bug spray, and this Walgreens had plenty of it. While I was there, I also got some snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. In and out in no time. read more

The Pharmacist/Mgr that helped me today was Wonderful! Heather G. had to deal with me forgetting to bring my Medicare Number again, she cleared up all of the challenges that I had on the SSN side and she helped to get me a good price on my Meds. Worst service ever. No one in the pharmacy will answer the phone and if you speak to another person in the store they transfer you to the pharmacy knowing they wont answer. They've canceled my prescription several times. They tell me I need a preauthorization when I already have one. I wouldnt get so upset but the last woman who waited on me was the icing on the cake. Rolling her eyes and sighing like I was bothering her. Once, I'd like to get a message that my meds were available for pick up and not have a problem when I arrive at the store. read more

Really nice Walgreens that was amazingly tidy and organized. This one has a slightly smaller footprint and so it's a little bit more compact despite having pretty much the same merchandise and a pharmacy. read more

The isles are wide enough that you can move around and is very well lit inside by both lighting & outside lighting. Been with rite aid for years never had a problem my insurance switch to Walgreens and now ever time I come here ( every 3 months ) they never have my meds or they have a Partial and then I need to make several trips to get all my medication worst place ever read more

Horrible service. Horrible staff. I will never bring my prescriptions to this pharmacy again. Dropped off my paper prescription on Monday 11/19/2018 , was told it would be about an hour to fill however I was on my lunch break and told them I would be back on Tuesday on my lunch break (providing them additional time), then on Tuesday I was unable to leave work to pick up my prescription as planned therefore I visited the drive-up window Wednesday morning. After waiting several minutes at the window, a very unprofessional and rude female asked for my name and then advised that they have only been open for 11 minutes and it would be 30 minutes for them to fill it. I explained that it was dropped off on Monday and was told it would be ready by Tuesday. She advised I previously picked my prescription up on 10/22/2018 therefore they were unable to fill it until today 11/21/2018. What?! This is not a reoccurring prescription nor is this a Opioid or painkiller or narcotic. This was a paper prescription from the doctor with a 11/19/2018 start date. I trust my doctor's opinion on what to prescribe me and when to prescribe it much more than a glorified cashier with pink hair and an attitude. read more

Please question the cost of your prescription if you think it's excessive. I picked up 2 prescriptions today, one was brand new, the other a refill of one I've taken most of this year. The total came to $127.00. I questioned which one of the two was the most expensive. The brand new one was $3.00. The one that I've used all year was $124.00. I advised the young lady that I had never paid that amount. She said she would "run it back through". When she did, it came to $1.00. Seems they were having "system problems" and it had been "timing out", putting some type of "cash" code or something like that on the prescription. Had $124.00 been the cost of the brand new one, I may have just accepted that that was the cost and paid it. I was lucky that it was on one I use most of the time. They would have been more than happy to let me walk out paying $123.00 more than I should just because their system "times out". This is not the first time this has happened to me at this store. I caught another excessive cost several months ago which is why I questioned today's transaction. I consider this as fleecing the public. So, please, please question the cost of your prescriptions. read more
