Quite possible the sketchiest Sheetz location I have ever been to. From the moment I pulled in here, I was on edge. It didn't get any better when I walked towards the door and saw that they had security posted outside. Not the most welcoming sight when you first enter a business. The inside, as well as the lot outside, is very cramped. Compound that with the fact that this is a well used location does not make for a very fun shopping experience. I opted to get cigarettes while I was stopped at this location. The line inside was odd. This isn't your typical, new Sheetz location where you have a designated space in the store for the checkout line. This is your 90s remodeled store where the line is just the counter. And it moves slowly as no one knows where to actually stand. It took a few minutes to make it through the line, but I did it and I went outside. I opted to have a cigarette outside, but maybe should have jumped in my vehicle to get out. Watching the lot was oddly entertaining, but I do not recommend people watching here. Like the line inside, the lot is odd and hard to work your way through. Pay attention to the streets, it'll make it easier to exit this spot. read more

Overall a Sheetz is a Sheetz. However, there are things that can be taken away from these different stores in terms of cleanliness, food execution, and internal attributes of the store. I regularly stop here on my way in and out of town for business, and unfortunately it isn't in the best place in the city of Hagerstown. Problem is that there is usually a police officer on site handling a call or handling a shoplifter. Plain and simple the surrounding area is very rough. In terms of the inside of the store, it's really hit or miss. The store is fairly small so if there is a crowd, you will get very up close and personal with others as there is no real room to stand and wait for your food to be made. ****USE APP TO PRE-ORDER FOOD INSTEAD**** The times I have stopped and gotten food, it has been respectable but in terms of preparation time- very slow. Sketchiest sheetz I have ever been to! Lots of homeless looking people and drug users hanging outside. Felt extremely unsafe walking to my car. Felt as though I was being watched while pumping gas. Saw a guy walk in with a handkerchief over his mouth like he was planning to rob the place and--needless to say-- I got out of there without even finishing pumping my gas. Undercooked food-- I ordered a grilled chicken snack wrap and it was not edible. Plan to complain to corporate. Sheetz should be embarrassed that this is one of their stores. Poorly managed, clearly. Bathroom is filthy and people working there were rude. Would give 0 stars if possible. AVOID. Do not stop here. read more

I went to this particular Sheetz for a quick cup of coffee and a snack. The parking lot is very small and there were homeless people sitting on the curbs so I couldn't park. I pulled up at a gas pump to park. Parking lot was a mess with trash everywhere. There were alot of people hanging outside the store and I felt uncomfortable. I never did go in. read more

Convenient gas station and convenience store in downtown Hagerstown. As is customary with the Sheetz brand, the pump area is wide, the place is well lit, the interior is clean and bright and the store is very well stocked. I love the "Made-To-Order" concept which is accessible from their smartphone app and from kiosks in the store. Subs, sandwiches, salads, all sorts of stuff. Gas was competitively priced according to Gasbuddy, the receipt printer at the pump worked and the bathroom was clean. I'm a fan. read more

Food was awful!!! Bought two hot dogs, they looked and tasted like they sat out for days. No flavor at all. The hotdog was hard and dark. They put fresh onions, chili and jalapeños on rotten stale hotdogs. They should have been thrown in the trash, I wouldn't feed them to my dog! I like the pre-made egg salad sandwiches here. I don't stop very often because I don't get a very safe vibe here. Also, the entire parking lot is very dirty. It needs a serious powerwash and it needs to be done periodiocally. read more
