This place is in the middle of nowhere. When I saw the sign along the Interstate that Sheetz was off the next exit I was happy to see an old friend. But when I got off the exit it felt like I was on the path least traveled. When I finally made it here it is clear that this place is inline for a tear down/rebuild. It is dated and small, but on a huge lot. It is a really huge lot and kind of weird that this place hasn't already been rebuilt. Even though it is a large lot and small store, they seem to manage to pack everything they can into this location. All the MTO items you have come to enjoy over the years they can provide within. And most of the convenience items sit on the shelves. One bright side, the staff are polite an helpful. read more

This is the cleanest and nicest Sheetz I've been to, the bathrooms were clean and the hot food came out fresh. I was so impressed. I've never rated a gas station, but this one surprised me. It must be brand new. Overall, I felt it was clean and had a good selection of drinks and snacks. No worries stopping here again read more

My husband and I stopped here for gasoline and refreshments while on the way to Pittsburgh; I was actually kind of excited to see a Sheetz because I've been to one before and we don't have any where we're from (yes, I know, I'm weird like that). What sticks out in my mind about Sheetz is their coffee - they have the best coffee on the planet, bar none. Unfortunately, this Sheetz location is not representative of the brand, at least in my experience. This location seems pretty busy (even though it's at least a 2 mile drive from the interstate - I don't get that, but whatever) and to be honest, it was kind of a mess. Coffee and creamer spills all over the place, disorganized lines (you never knew exactly where to wait) and harried employees. And, the previous reviewer's estimation of the restrooms is unfortunately correct - when I went in, the ladies' room was pretty dirty. Toilet paper rolls (empty and full) laying about, crumpled paper everywhere, wet floors, uncleaned stalls. I saw some kind of matting material in the corner under the sink that just looked downright like a rat's nest, to be honest. Trust me when I tell you that I stood up to do my business and I got out of there as quickly as I could. After seeing this, there was no way in hell I was going to eat anything in here. (My husband is much more brave than I am.) I only decided on a cup of coffee from this place because I made sure I saw an employee changing out the machine for fresh. I will say that, despite the problems this place apparently has, Sheetz still has the best coffee on the planet. So, two stars strictly for the coffee. But this location needs some serious work in order to get it up to the standards that I've come to expect from Sheetz. And I mean SERIOUS work. Go to another location if you can. read more

Rehabbed Sheetz in Boonsboro. New drive thru is slow, have to navigate a bad order screen. Fewer gas pumps. I don't get it.

I cried over a burrito there a few weeks ago.. I didn't realize I was pregnant and it was only 8 minutes late but it almost ruined my lunch break. I was so upset. Yet, the manager there was so kind to me. He gave me a sheetz card and apologized and said he knows we are all stressed right now. I was so ashamed for crying but he was incredibly kind and genuine and it really meant a lot. I dont know who that manager was but I just want him to know how much I appreciate his understanding over a damn burrito! It was a evening shift.. Ordered a bucket of onion rings that cost about $5. When I opened the bag, I discovered that they had only filled the bucket half full and hid it by laying the sauce packets on top. Very deceitful. I will definitely be checking my bag before I leave from now on and telling a manager that this is completely unacceptable and unethical business practice. read more

Men's and women's bathroom had no toilet paper, no soap, no paper towels and they were littered. Why would you eat here? I told a girl and her coworker asked what I said. It dirty in your bathrooms and someone should clean it. They laughed. read more

Not enough staff to streamline orders and ring you up. The store isn't very clean. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting. Not enough diesel pumps. This sheetz isn't near as nice as some of the others I have gotten accustomed to read more
