Wemt to get the remake and they refused to do it. Have observed employees eating food with fingers and then serving food without washing hands or using gloves. Changes to the menu aren't in the big menu and limited to the printed menu-- Store Manager didn't care. On a busy day of pre-orders, the kitchen manager refused to sell fried chicken. Sides are taken out of the hot box and placed in bag as the grill food cooks-- cooling the food. When asked for hot food, I get attitude from the kitchen manager and another employee.

Some rude lady that worked there said you have to call in. She kept cutting me off the whole time. I explained that I ordered it on the website so why would I need to call. She said they do not see that when they get the order. She kept trying to make it out like it was my fault. I told her maybe you should update your website and ordering system. So I get home and find out the order is jacked up. So I call AC&T and talk to the manager. This person also kept cutting me off. She tells me you have to call when you get there so they know you are there. I said no where does it say that on the website where I ordered it. She rudely said "everyone else figures it out". She was rude and accepted NO responsibility for their jacked up ordering system. She also offered no solutions. The food tasted like crap, it used to be good, we will not be back.

Part truck stop, part convenience store, and part liquor store (!!) this place is a respite from the cookie cutter travel centers anchored along I-81. Perfect place to pick up staples like bread and milk - and alcohol if you're not subject to DOT regulations. They were running a rum tasting yesterday that looked quite lovely but we demurred for obvious reasons. One thing about me: Ima stay in compliance. I was blocked in for 20 minutes a few days ago By Truckers that pulled in fueled up then went inside ordered their lunch hung out and chew the fat with the employees that do not care to ask the drivers to please move their vehicles from the pumps so other vehicles can get fuel or be able to leave. And don't dare say anything to them about it because you will get an attitude back and the drivers think because they have to keep a log and are under DOT restrictions that it's okay to act this way. I drive past this station every day and rarely stop because there's no way to get in the parking lot. The food is mediocre you get a better quality of food at 7:11 Going 8 Miles up the road to Taneytown or down to Woodsboro is a better bet then dealing with this station.
