    My wife needed a new pharmacy after changing doctors for convenience. She made certain to have all…read morethe information readily available prior to having the prescription electronically sent, as the medication is quite a delicate one. From the beginning, she felt they were very prejudicial about it, even saying "the insurance needed preauthorization" for a medication she had been taking for over a dozen years. When she called to ask what the issue was, they ran it again and it was just fine. Today, they called to say they couldn't fill the medication because the prescriber wasn't in the immediate area and they could only fill those from the immediate area. Mind you, they've filled it several times but they just "couldn't believe it hadn't been flagged before". It's from less than 3 hours away and insurance is perfectly fine-filled perfectly on time. Then it was a "Good luck finding another pharmacy!" This has been a terrible experience for my wife, who had been so happy to have the ease of a hometown pharmacy. I would suggest you avoid this pharmacy if you aren't a local or have a medication they may not agree with (Even if they don't know why you take it or your health history). It often concerns me that pharmacists have the power to make medical decisions that should be between a patient and their physician. I understand abuse of medications happens, but utilizing common sense happens, as well.

I…read moreshared with her that several other pharmacies in town had difficulty getting the prescription charged correctly because of my situation where I have coverage both under Medicare D and also Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She assured me that would not be an issue for her, and it wasn't. The employee at the pick-up desk was also very professional and and I couldn't be happier with my experience filling my prescriptions at this location, which will now be my pharmacy of choice in the Hagerstown, MD area.

For three months in a row they have written it wrong, by miscalculating the earliest refill date at +75 days, rather than the correct 30 days! We explained to them twice how to do it right and they fixed it, so there is no doubt of their mistakes. They miscalculated the same way a third time. On or about 9/22/2020 we contacted the CVS "feedback" number, 800-746-7287 and B---- said that someone from the district "leadership team" would contact us. As of this morning, 10/8/2020, nobody had contacted us. Today, at CVS #3166, they haven't answered their phone, 301-791-2852 in ten minutes. We called the feedback # again, today, 10/8/2020 circa 2:10 PM. C----- said he would contact district leadership. "J------" called us at 3:45, when we were in a PT session. We called back at 4:40 and left a message. According to *69, "J------" called again at 5:12 PM. I returned her call, immediately. No response. This is a message to her. Telephone tag! Must I sent certified mail to the corporate chair?

The…read morestore is new, well lit and easy on the eyes; pleasant shopping area with courteous enough employees. Cons: I don't recommend their photograph printing service. The paper that they use is thin and--thus far, their printer has malfunctioned every time I've requested service! The first time, I waited 40 minutes for them to sort out the problem and they were unable to print my cards without ink smears. The second time, I waited around 20 minutes and finally got the product I was waiting for. The third time, I left without my prints. I try to be understanding when there is a problem, however, my visits were weeks apart and still the employees had not accommodated for what is clearly a consistent problem. Prices are little high in the store, but if you need something that day it'll do.

Went home and got valid Passport and return. Next excuses was had to verify with Doctors office No problem . however that would take one or two days. So I drove back to doctors office and explained to nurse at doctors office what was going on. They also told me this happens all the time at this location. Long story a little shorter they wouldn't fill it. really. If they had any issues they should have just said that from the beginning. No they run me and my wife around while she should be resting in bed. They had our history from NC when we lived there. We have used Walgreens for years. We will not be usingWalgreens again.

    I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of customer service I experienced at the CVS pharmacy…read morein Waynesboro. In the past, I received horrible service at other CVS locations. I only returned because CVS prices for my prescriptions are much less expensive than other pharmacies and they're open 7 days a week. To contact the pharmacy, I had to leave a voicemail, which was concerning. I assumed that the pharmacy must be understaffed and overrun with customers. But I received a call-back promptly, and the staff member was very pleasant and helpful. On occasions when I went inside to pick up my prescriptions, the lines moved quickly. I was really touched by how several pharmacy staff members interacted with patients who clearly had emotional and physical challenges. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful and sincere, going above and beyond to treat each person with respect and dignity. Based on my positive customer experience, I plan to transfer all my prescriptions to this CVS.

After not being able to…read morefind my account or my home CVS (claimed there was no store there because he couldn't find it on his system), the manager told me he would call my usual CVS to get a prescription transferred. I waited for 45 minutes for a call back. Finally I called to see what the update was; the manager said he was put on hold for 20 minutes, before essentially giving up because "the store hours aren't posted", (the store hours are posted) When I called my home CVS, I was told "The pharmacy is closed" and the operator hung up, so that made me question if the manager ever called my home CVS in the first place. When I asked why I didn't get a call back, the manager blamed me saying "you never gave a number" which coming from someone who has worked in telemarketing; If you need a callback number you ask. Usually the phone number of the caller comes up onscreen when on call, and you can go into call history if you didn't write it down. In the long run, don't waste your time dealing with this pharmacy, go down the road to the Walmart Pharmacy for better luck
