For the past 3 years this is what I've had to deal with EVERY SINGLE TIME: -The 2 heavy set African American female cashiers don't care about any of the customers or their job- and have no problem telling you the customer or their boss which has been an elderly Indian gentleman or an elderly Asian woman that. -Dr will call in a prescription to be filled and they say they 'never received it' which turns into an all day affair of my doctors office having to call the pharmacy repeatedly and threaten them to fill it -They send an auto generated message saying your prescription is ready, but it's usually not because 'the truck hasn't delivered it yet and we don't know when it will arrive try again in 3 days' or 'we're busy sorry maybe tomorrow' -After being treated so rudely by staff my wife refused to deal with them anymore. Last visit she made her phone died having to complain to the doctor about their unprofessionalism. The pharmacy refused to let her use the phone to sort it out. A gentleman behind her let my wife use her phone and yelled at them on her behalf. -The pharmacist/ manager either doesn't care about all these problems or they are just completely incompetent. -The list could keep going but it's not worth my time. I've already been stripped of a month or more of my life dealing with this place. Following the advice of Walgreens corporate office/ my Dr/ my sons Dr/ my wife's Dr/ the Better Business bureau/ other Pharmacists in town/ and every other customer at Walgreens on Dual Highway I have met along this slow death march of something so simple as picking up a prescription- we will never set foot in this godforsaken train wreck that seems to be an experiment in how to ruin people's lives while denying them the medicine they pay for and need!

When I called to talk to them about it, the pharmacist put one of his techs on the phone to make excuses to cover his tracks, and, instead of doing so themselves, told me if I was concerned, I could call and verify with the doctor, which I did. Upon calling back to tell them this and vocalizing my concern, the pharmacist finally apologized for the incorrect directions but didn't offer to fix them . Fortunately, I am a pharmacy technician and caught this mistake, however someone who is not in the pharmacy industry may not have noticed it. We will not be having anything else filled here as safety and obviously integrity are both issues. Beyond that, excuse one or two techs, customer service is terrible. I have continued coming here purely for proximity to my home and after I was in the middle of explaining a situation (after an Rx reversal they did by mistake) and realized music started playing.....put on hold with no warning today that sealed the deal for me. We're a family of six and frequently need prescriptions filled and nearly every time I come I wonder what rude employee I will encounter. Fortunately, there are many more pharmacies and delivery options that are much more convenient and I don't have to deal with pharmacy techs that have zero customer service.
