This review is more about the unnamed self car wash behind the Sunoco than the Sunoco itself, but…read moresince it's unnamed, and thus can't be reviewed, this is the only way I can review it The station itself is fine for the most part (hence the 3 stars), except for the fact that (as I was told), they don't offer cash back when checking out with a debit card The car wash (as you can tell by it's signage), is really old, probably built around the 50's (kind of looks like the Cave Johnson era of Aperture Science signage in Portal 2), and thus the power washer and brush is coin operated (obviously), now they do have a change machine, which accepts ones and (old) fives, insert a new five, and it will just spit it back out Now imagine you come with only your debit/credit card, and maybe a few singles, and no quarters, so you go to the change machine and get $2 worth of quarters (yes, it costs $2 in quarters for 5mins), start your wash and go to grab the brush (which the foam they use smells like rotten eggs BTW), wash half your car, and your 5 mins run out, only to realize you're out of singles and old $5's, crap! Oh wait, you still have your debit/credit card, now to find an ATM... Or at the very least buy a pack of gum or something at the Sunoco to get cash back, right? So you go into the Sunoco and go to the ATM, only to find out you can't make a withdraw, for whatever reason, great, just great, so you grab a pack of gum and go to the cashier, you're asked debit or credit and (if debit) you say debit, then you find out you can't get cash back because their systems don't offer it During this time, the stinky soap you did apply to your car is starting to dry, leaving stains you now need to, ugh, RE-wash, now you have to cross the road and go to the Kroger, not so bad, right? It's Kroger, don't most Kroger locations have a Chase? NOPE, not this one (Okay, true, there is a PNC right there, but I bank at Chase, meaning I would have to pay an out-of-bank ATM fee, more expensive than a pack of gum), so you go into Kroger, grab a pack of gum, check out, and you scan your debit card, FINALLY! The option for cash back, but in your haste, you don't see the option for "other amount", aaaaand you hit $20, and the change machine doesn't accept $20's, so you go to break the $20 into $5's, and they give you all new $5's (which is pretty common anyway), so now you have four $5's, awesome, now back to the change machine You stick the $5 in, and it spits it right back out, maybe it's just a mistake, try again, and it spits it right out, maybe it's wrinkled? Smooth it out, try again, spits it back out, maybe it's just that bill, try another, spits it right back out... What's the problem? Well the change machine is so old it doesn't recognize the new $5's, guess it can't be, or they are just to lazy to update it to read new $5's So now back to the Sunoco to break your $5's into quarters (luckily, yes they will do that for you), and after you dump a bucketful of quarters into the power washer, you FINALLY get your car fully washed (and smelling like rotten eggs), and depending on how fast out can wash your car, you have to spend anywhere from $4 to $8 to SELF wash your car, another $1 to vacuum (not to mention the $2 ~ $3 worth of gum you had to buy), what's the point when there are automatic car washes, that actually smell better, have FREE vacuums actually support credit and debit cards, and you can get a full service wash for $10, and a regular wash for as low as $5, and I am pretty sure there are more modern self wash car washes that are probably easier to deal with So you may be wondering, if I prefer automatic car washes so much, why did I even bother going to a self wash? Well, this has to do with my car, and for some reason while the front, top and sides of my car get nice and clean, it seems to completely forgo the back

This has to be one of the nicest places I have been to. Not only do they have the cheapest prices…read morefor gas, but these guys know their customers - and care. They have everything you could want, and it's convenient. When the road was being worked on, they carried full cases of water for the road crew. They keep energy drinks up front so they are easy to grab on the go. They have a full service Vape shop with prices that rival any store around - and Connor knows his game. I really recommend this shop...it's convenient, and they will make sure you are happy. What more can you ask. :)

As I arrived…read moreand actually filled my car up with gas I decided to go in and buy a five hour energy for the trip and some food as I was absolutely starving. It's the first time I've been to a GetGo gas station and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. There aren't any gimmicks here, no super fancy diner, no real restaurants attached to it. There is absolutely nothing making this Gas Station any better than most standard Gas Stations out there, only there is. When you can excel in customer service, you've absolutely won the game. Two of the nicest, and quickest staff members I've ever come across at gas station. I can't remember the exact name of the gentleman that rung me out, but he was a baller. He sparked a conversation with me and made me feel welcome, like he wanted me there. Wasn't in a hurry to get me out of there, the feeling I typically arrive to when I'm at any gas station. He was more than willing to treat me like a person, bravo. On another bright side, they were very well stocked, and I think that goes still with the two employees I saw working there. They had the Deli food stocked to a tee and I felt like I had some real choice in what to eat, which is great. I wont highlight the food too much, it was decent but the overall experience and the people they have working there make this a 5 star experience. I'm here to highlight those great customer oriented employees I come across. Keep up the work, don't lose the magic.
