I went to Ellen for laser hair removal, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I noticed a…read moredifference after my very first session, and now, after a few months, I'm about to go in for my 5th session. There are areas where the hair hasn't grown back at all since the first session, which is incredible. I'll admit, I was nervous at first--I'd heard stories about laser treatments not working or being a scam, especially since it can be pricey. But I'm so glad I gave it a shot because it's truly been life-changing. My hair has grown back so much slower and less thick. As someone with super thick hair that used to grow back almost overnight, going from shaving every day to maybe once a week has been a game-changer. I can't recommend it enough!

"I am in my mid 30s. I was looking to treat a scar on my nose with microneedling and was sold on the "benefits" of radio-frequency microneedling. It was performed on my entire face and not just my scar. Told that basically radio-frequency is just more "bang for your buck" than a regular micro-needling session. I do have various allergies / sensitivities that others may not have... so I expressed my concerns / issues prior to the procedure. I was told mild settings would be used. I experienced fat loss and a complete change in facial skin texture post procedure. The medical director offered to help in any way they could after the damage but unfort to get the treatment I needed to finally fix my face I had to seek treatment elsewhere. Hours of my own research, facial pain, being unable to feel okay going outside for months... it was a very dark time. The "mild" settings (which they described as mild to me in writing via text) were 2MM depth on my cheeks with 60 percent heat intensity." My healing process was smooth and Dr Donaldson called me after my surgery to check in. I'd say the only negative I had is that you really only meet Dr Donaldson the day of surgery. I was also told that there was some sort of "graduation" ceremony during your last post surgery appointment with the surgical staff but that wasn't actually a thing. I'm also a bit disappointed that I never received a follow up when I expressed concerns regarding my scar tissue.

TLDR: Kimberly is late for appointments, doesn't respect or acknowledge patients time, her…read moreassistant can't input the correct appointment time leaving you scheduled at a time you didn't request, desk associates prefer Lowe's website over letting patients know they're 6th in line and will be waiting long past appointment time. I went to see KIMBERLY RADLOFF a couple months ago for an appointment that was between 10-11am. They were over 30 minutes late for my appointment and didn't tell me when I got there that I was probably about the 6th in line. Then, from the time I was called until the time I left the room, (including time to change into the paper robe, a skin exam and biopsy) it was only 19 minutes total. So less than 15 minutes with the doctor. Then, when scheduling a follow up, I asked for the first appointment so they couldn't be late again. I just got my appointment confirmation text the day before and read the details, and the appointment is at 1pm. The assistant did NOT schedule the time I asked for, and I just saw this. I put my notes in my calendar as I'm making the appointment and it has 9AM. So now, I'll either have to pay a cancellation fee, or I'll have to waste more of my time for Kimberly to be running late without any explanation or apology. I am very aware that in the medical field, there's a lot of unexpected things that can come up, but when I sat in the waiting room hearing at least six names it felt like come before me for my doctor, I felt like I was very misled and uninformed when I checked in ahead of my appointment time expecting things to be on time. Not to mention the desk ladies were on Lowe's website looking at weed defense products, all while I'm missing work for their late doctor without any communication from them. So shout out to Kimberly for not being a true professional and not respecting her patients time or apologizing for being late, and shout out to her less than competent assistant who can't input a correct appointment time. I will be discontinuing services here. It's sad because everyone talked so highly of Kimberly and I received a recommendation for DOCS from a friend, but I've seen and experienced enough. Not to mention they didn't reply to my last text with feedback that said it would be "forwarded to the team". Shout out! They only care about positive experiences and it's obvious based on how they've treated me.

After years of struggling to breathe, I finally saw Dr. Bapna--and I'm so grateful I did. He…read moreperformed a phenomenal surgery that has completely changed my quality of life. I can breathe clearly for the first time in years - and I'm happy to say that I've been running again, which was impossible with the breathing issues. What really sets him apart, though, is his honesty and compassion. He has never pushed unnecessary aesthetic procedures and has even advised me not to pursue surgeries he didn't feel were needed. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated. His bedside manner is warm, kind, and reassuring, and his postoperative care has been even more impressive than the surgery itself, which I wouldn't believe possible since the surgery was flawless. He has been attentive, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire healing process. If you're looking for a surgeon with outstanding skill, a thoughtful aesthetic eye, and genuine care for his patients, I cannot recommend Dr. Bapna enough.

I was gearing up to the big 5-0 and I said let's do a facelift. He said, yeah, no. You don't need one. Ok. Eyebrow lift? Nope. You don't need that. He did say that's because my hair was thinning. But I will leave that alone. I was stunned. In Las Vegas, the doctor would have said sounds good enough for me. Let's get her scheduled for surgery. Eye lift, facelift, scrub me in. Not Dr. Bapna. The patience, the bedside manner, and just his kindness is off the charts. This doctor has the credentials, he has worked for the best of the best. But Dr. Bapna has a unique gift that simply says, just because another doctor says you need this, doesn't mean you do.. I'm sorry, what? I will likely kick myself for writing this because I will have to book two years in advance. This doctor walks the walk. He talks the talk. But in my opinion, there is no one better.
