Any hair item you can possibly imagine exists here. We needed some extensions for a volleyball game and I was blown away by the options! On top of that, the quality is great and the prices are less than half of what you would pay on Amazon. The staff is super helpful and the assortment and prices can't be beat. read more

The knowledgeable customer service, organized store and well stocked inventory make this my preferred beauty supply store. As a person who knows little about hair care, I truly appreciate the great customer service. The staff is diverse, so I appreciate product knowledge and personal hair care experience that employees are able to share. I've never had a bad customer service experience in the many years that I've shopped here. I also shop here because this location has the largest selection of gray (salt/pepper) hair products. My exact hair color is difficult to find at other supply stores. Like most large beauty supply stores, they carry a variety of hair, wigs, makeup, jewelry, purses, and hair products but it's the great customer service that separates them from the rest. read more

I went to this business on Saturday to purchase some items, when I walked in the employees and the owner was not very welcoming, so I proceeded to look for the items I wanted to purchase and of course no one was available to ask where the specific items were that I wanted to purchase. So I went to the hair section and I found a employee to assist me, she didn't know the answer so she directed to another employee who had the same attitude when I first walked in as I was bothering her. I wanted to purchase a specific thing and I was asking questions. The audacity to have a attitude with a customer that is looking to purchase items from your store,so finally I found what I was looking for but my spirit was still uneasy from the interaction I had when I first walked in this store. I picked up four items so my hands were full and I forgot to grab a basket when I first walked in, so I said to a employee/possible owner behind the desk "I'm going to sit these here I forgot something I will be right back, because I want to be able to shop in peace and not be followed all through the store, so I took my items to the front, so he says to me in a condescending tone, we don't like for people to put items up on the counter, the baskets are over here. Nope you got the wrong one, that tone absolutely not, attitude absolutely not. Treat people with respect and learn how to communicate properly when people come in your store to purchase your products. I WILL NOT EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE IN THE CITY OF COLUMBUS OR OUTSIDE OF IT. read more

Poor selection for serious wig wearers. This is more like costume / cosplay wigs and low quality wigs. You won't find the top quality human hair wigs here. read more

We'd seen this place a few times, and when Sweetie needed some new hair for an event- and Baby K said she wanted "yong yeyyow hair" like some cartoon character- we went. It's a big place, compared to the few others I've been to. Supplies up front, weaves and ponytails off to one side, and a separate wig area in back. Lots of staff, very helpful and friendly. We wandered, Sweetie tried to find something she wanted, Baby K insisted on long yellow hair. I talked her into a ponytail, then we distracted her with some hair bows ($1 for 5 or so) and luckily she forgot about the rest. Sweetie got a nice wig. Prices seem reasonable. Selection was very good. Good service. I'm sure we'll be back. read more

I don't recommend this store. Fire her. She literally told me "fuck me " infront of my elderly mother and a 2 yr old. And gave me a middle finger. I own a salon and an online bussiness and I come here mostly. But today was the end. It was so bad that I'm seeking legal help read more

I really love this place, so I come here a lot to buy my hair product, to bring some of my family members that have never visited the hair Depot plus. I just brought my granddaughter here today, and she totally loves this place. She tried to get me to buy Her mother a wig, her auntie wig, and her other grandmother a wig. This place is absolutely awful. I went in searching for a wig and the attendant was extremely aggressive and rude. I was looking at the wigs to see if I wanted them and she refused to let me speak, just kept talking over me even after she asked me a question. You may work here but you don't know it all. Or what exactly I need since you wouldn't let me talk. I know that there is a way in which they operate but I couldn't even shop the way I wanted to, they are afraid someone is going to steal. No one should shouldn't be in business if that's how they operate and treat clients. If I want to just LOOK at something then let me. The way in which these people operate makes you not want to spend my hard earned money there. They should be ashamed of themselves, but I'm sure they could care less. Please go anywhere else but here. read more

Great costumer service and really supportive atmosphere. Especially for a new costumer

They have a lot of great hair products. Every time I go, I'm able to find what I need, whether it is the shampoo and conditioner that I like, hair extensions, hair wraps, or oil. They're open at convenient times and will help you if you can't find what you're looking for. read more

Good selection and the girls assisting in the wig area are friendly! This is my go to shop at this point because of the selection.

I needed to find a wig for my mom last minute. I showed one of the workers a picture of my mom and they quickly found a wig that matched. Super helpful employee who was very patient with us since my family and I had no idea about wigs. Very reasonably priced. We got lucky because this particular wig was on sale for only $15 and it looked real and was a great looking hairstyle. There were SO many wigs to choose from! read more

to be honest one of worker told my 6 year old sister to not to touch one of the gel then my ask cousin ask her what did that guy say. also the to overpriced it was 101 dollars for human hair. and olaplex cost 30 dollars . and there is a us hair store aross from there better than the hair depo. read more

Everyone there was so helpful! All welcomed me the second I walked in, when I was going to look at wigs in the back there was a very nice girl that helped me pick out the best one for my skin tone, face shape, and everything! Definitely recommend going there if you haven't already. They have a lot to chose from & always stocked. read more

This place is HUGE! Wig prices are great ranging in price from $15 - $400. Everything is on sale and they have real hair wigs too starting at $30. They were busy but still found time to help us. Went for one wig but left with 2. read more

VERY poor customer service and understaffed. A product fell off the shelf and we turned it in. They made us pay for it, even though they could have been reimbursed by the manufacturer. I'm a professional hairstylist with my own salon. When I suggested going somewhere else with my business, the cashier said, "That's fine." They lost our business over $5.50. Terrible. read more

Went here 2 times to get some braiding hair. They were still in the process of getting everything in order but overall good prices

Prices are good, but the inventory and service was pretty horrible. There seriously was really no hair in there. The man that's usually friendly wasn't even as friendly like he use to be. The woman that checked me out never greeted me, also no thank you...NOTHING AT ALL! read more

If you want to shop at a place that treats you with respect and if you want to still have your dignity when you walk out of a store; then don't shop here. They need to learn some customer service protocols. The customers are fueling their lifestyle when we shop at these establishments. I don't recommend shopping here. They are very arrogant. read more
