I have been struggling with hair loss, and the decision to invest in a wig has been emotionally difficult. I called asking for an appointment. I was curtly told, "No. Walk-ins only." That should have been the tip-off. I arrived Saturday shortly after opening and one person was already there. I was treated as if I was a leftover. When I said I needed something short and low-volume - which I didn't see - I was told, "That's something a boy would have." Will never go near this place again. I can't say enough about this place, Beyond amazing service, they helped us in the most difficult time. They were so kind and patient beyond words, they were very skilled in their knowledge of various fashions, they spent time with us and did not rush us, there is absolutely no pressure, and even after making the perfect purchase they came outside and asked us if we wanted some water. When I went it I didn't feel like I could try on wigs. They just showed them to me. If I tried a wig on I had to pay for that service. I ended up with a wig that I paid a lot for and never wear. read more

Hurts me to say it, but no. No second chances. It was a real buzz kill. Recommended to me and really wanted this to work. I won't say the D word for selective treatment but they wanted nothing to do with me. Never ran into that before. Maybe I have been fortunate that way and if so I am grateful. Very expensive store. In an emergency (had to have a wig the next day), I paid them $165 for a $65 wig. They have minimum stock on hand. Will not order for you unless you prepay and are committed to taking the wig sight unseen. However, the better on-line companies let you order several from which to choose. They let you return whatever you do not want: tlcdirect, paulayoung, the wig company. Tried to charge me about $700 for a wig in the wrong color, but my beautician said she would not fool around trying to change the color at that price. read more

Went here because I wanted a real wig I could wear for more than just one occasion for the comic-cons I attend but most of the ladies who were in here were getting wigs because they needed them for health or medical reasons. Very nice selection of wigs but the best workers in here when it comes to helping you find what you need. They will be oh so patient with you in helping you choose a wig, style it for you, show you how to put it on and take care of it; they will even trim the wig you purchase for you to get it to fall the way you want it to. Wigs in here are not cheap but they appear to be (hey! I don't know wig quality) of a very good quality from synthetic to real hair. Very nice people. read more

Loved Kim. Her expertise was much appreciated. She was so patient. She must have tried a dozen or more wigs on me... Helped me find one that was just right. It's true her shop is more expensive than buying online, but her expert help is worth the additional cost. I don't know what I would have ended up with if I had bought online. I stopped in here last month, researching for my 88year old mom, who has thinning hair. Betty was ever so kind, informative, and encouraging. So when I brought my mom in, Betty and Kim both spent 2 1/2 hrs assisting her with choosing the right wig, size, color, accessories, how to care for it, etc. Such magnificent personal service! My daughter and I stopped in to purchase a wig for me. Kim was wonderful to us. She spent lot of time trying to find styles and colors I would like. My daughter was a former hair stylist so Kim even encouraged my daughter to work with her and style the wigs I tried on. They then encouraged me to work with it myself to see how easy or difficult it might be for me to style it on my own. It was a team effort. Kim was gracious, kind, and helpful. She has a good sense of humor and we had a lot of fun laughs. We were in no way pressured to buy anything. I'm so glad I gave her shop a try.
