The latest and recent trip to this Walgreens was just A-OK. This is the ONLY Walgreens in this Neighborhood that sell what we need. That recent visit was on July 6th 2013. Time was about 11:30hrs. Unfortunately, that day they do not have the Deals we are looking for. *Sad Face* Hubs wanted some candy and we purchased those (S) Nice! aka Walgreens Brand. Those Nice! aka Walgreens Brand Gummy Bears and Sour Neon Bears, was $0.99 each. Unfortunately when I tasted one of the Candy from this Nice! aka Walgreens Brand, it just tasted weird. But to Hubs it was just "cheap" Candy. May return when needed. Walgreens Store #07253 18550 Green Valley Ranch Blvd Denver, CO 80249 Tel : (720)-214-1030 @150/2013 read more

Understaffed and always unkempt. Never have had a smooth experience getting a prescription filled here

Waited an hour and a half in pharmacy line and when I was next they blocked the window with black cardboard and wouldn't answer the phone and it was atleast 10minutes before closing time read more

I had a prescription approved by insurance and when I went to pick it up, they said it was missing information and I needed to contact my doctor. I has the doctor resubmit the prescription to find out they have a micro prescription policy so they RETURNED my prescription to their warehouse and not able to fill the prescription until the following week. Couldn't even provide an ETA. What a crappy service they give... moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy... don't get fooled by this unprofessional location!!! read more

-1000000 stars. This place is absolutely horrible. Avoid using them for your pharmacy or printing needs. They will neglect to give you all the photos you paid for. And they will tell you they need 20 minutes to fill a prescription that was sent in 4 days ago and then you'll come back 4 hours later and they will tell you they need another 20 to fill it. Honestly, the most incompetent people I've ever met in my life. I can't believe that they are in charge of peoples prescription drugs. Do better Walgreens because this is seriously embarrassing for you. Will never be coming back here again. read more

NEVER opened, never have your prescription ready at the promised time. Don't waste your time.

So frustrated with this location. Stayed on hold with this location over 45 minutes manyyyyyyy many times. Have never been able to just have a prescription sent here, filled, and dispersed to me in a reasonable amount of time. I have run out of medication two months in a row now (after submitting refills giving them plenty of days or WEEKS to fill it before I need it) because they do not answer the phone or they answer, put you on hold, and hang up. Also, give yourself at least an hour just to come pick up a prescription that is "ready" because you will wait that long in store or in the drive thru. Ridiculous & wish I had another option in the area. read more

Absolutely awful. I have been waiting for my prescription for 4 days. I finally got a text that it was ready. The drive thru was closed when I showed up. So I went inside and proceeded to wait 2 HOURS. The line was long but not that long. They just took forever. When I got to the counter I was informed they had made a mistake and it wasn't ready. When I asked what was taking so long the lady screamed at me and told me to call another Walgreens if I need my prescription sooner than "the next few days". I have never experienced anything like this. I am still without my prescription. read more

Walgreens - This line took 2 hours - Drugstores Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Never had my prescription available. They referred me to further away store. The pharmacy techs were rude and would rather gossip versus helping people. I ended up switching pharmacies all together. read more

After waiting in line for 90 minutes in the Drive-Thru for Walgreens it got me to thinking has management ever been to Chick-fil-A? In addition someone from the Walgreens staff just said I might not make it in line because they're closing for lunch at 2:00. How about you put a cone behind the last car and don't allow anybody else in until 2:00 and once you have that last car through you go to lunch. Management fail. Mail order here I come read more

Issues every time. - Pharmacy closes without notice while prescriptions are still sent by doctors who are unaware...last time, I sat in the drive thru for 50 minutes with screaming foster children with pink eye only for the drive thru to close one car ahead no notice with just a sign in the window - and had to bring them inside to start over and stand in the back of the line for another 45 minutes screaming their eyes out...never again. - Photo is hit or miss. I have had them cancel twice now after the order "processed" online. This time I requested 3 adoption announcement posters for an adoption party. Got an email the next day (an hour after they were supposed to be ready) that the store cancelled the order. Clearly no one processed them until they were due. I was glad I had ordered them a week early, knowing there would likely be issues - fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... And so we're done. Another customer off to anywhere else. read more

I dread coming to this Walgreens to pickup a prescription. Prepare for at the very least 45min. I'm going to switch to another place to get prescriptions after seeing this is the norm here. read more

Walgreens - Long line as usual - Drugstores Near Me - Denver, Colorado

The pharmacy is so miss managed where they set prescriptions to in progress and I had to call in 30 hours later to find out why it hasn't been filled. After waiting on hold for 17 minutes and getting hung up on without talking to anyone I had to call in a second time and after 13 minutes all they did was apologize and promise it would be taken care of in 15 minutes. Well that didn't happen either. They need new management and to clean house of all the inept dredges they call tech. read more

This is the only Walgreens in GVR, so I would usually cut it in some slack. However, seeing as nothing has changed the past FOUR YEARS, I think I need to make a review (something I don't do often.) I had placed an order for curbside pick up hours ago, and when I arrived, I eventually had to go in because everyone was "too busy". When I went in to ask about my order, they had no clue what I was even talking about; it took another 30 for them to figure out why I was there , even though they sent out a confirmation email saying my order was ready. Lastly, most of the things in my order were missing. When I called them, they said there was nothing they could do. (Maybe a refund or allow me to get my products???). I understand that customer service can be difficult, but don't hire children to do easy work. read more

Several visits to this location. There is always a long line, and slow service. The first few visit I chalked it up to being short staffed, but following several visits of waiting over 30 minutes (after being told my prescription was ready) it's clear they are unorganized and need a system overhaul. A few times I understand, but every time... tells me there are problems . Even though it's convenient to my work, I won't be going back. read more

They do not even deserve a one star . Um helpful expect me to do their job . Is this self check out ? Gave them all the information and they still couldn't figure it out ! Even the manager Sonja couldn't get it right. They even had the phone number to call directly. They were to lazy to even call . Waisted my tint and gas money go some where else read more

I had an appointment for a flu vaccine. I have been waiting for well over an hour. Very unorganized and no flow. I will not be coming here again for any reason! read more

Pharmacy is very unprofessional. while I was waiting in line I noticed a representative sucking on a sucker and training someone at the same time! And instead of the trainee watching her for the first time and taking notes so she's courtesy of the time she has a wait line. Instead she is sucking on the sucker and giving her instructions. Let along put a mask on! Sick your sucker during lunch time not in front of ppl! Don't work in customer service if you don't want to be around ppl! read more

Absolutely the worst place to need a prescription from the pharmacy. The lines are ALWAYS long. Drive up? Gas up first! It's SO obvious they could double the pharmacy staff and still not have enough people. But the budget in this Walgreens is cut to bare bones. Forget the pharmacy, check out the dirty and neglected store. WHO manages messes like this?? This PARTICULAR Walgreens could be THE poster child for the "bottom feeder class" of American chain drug stores. read more

What a joke. Tried to use online pickup services and even though the payment was supposed to be processed online when I got there, I had to go in because the payment wasn't processed and then their system wouldn't process any payments on the order no matter how many different payments we tried so I had to cancel my order. I think it's because they cancelled items on my order and then no longer wanted me to be able to use my promo code bc the order didn't meet the requirements. It's not my fault the order didn't meet the requirements when you are the ones who cancelled the items off my order. read more

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Maybe 1-2 employees and the pharmacy is awful! I never write reviews but I have been let down numerous times with this location. My prescription is almost always 1-2 days late. Don't come here, definitely look for another pharmacy nearby. read more

Went to get allergy meds at 8pm on a Saturday and store is closed! Change your freaking hours online to reflect your "short staffed" excuse. Terrible way to run a business! read more

i've been coming to this walgreens for a year now and I can honestly say that this location is in dire need of corporate attention. one staff member is well trained but everyone is working soooo slowly. no organization. the line's literally go around the corner and down the aisle. one car has been sitting in the drive thru window for over 20 minutes. this is the closest walgreens in the area sadly. will definitely be switching to another pharmacy after this. and not to bash the pharmacy the rest of the store is also a disaster. they take so long to check people out and only have one register open at all times of the day. this is the most disorganized walgreens i've ever been to in my life. I just don't get it. if you're in a pinch for time simply go elsewhere. it's for sure worth the drive to get YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

Sat on the phone for 20 minutes to fix "a delay" in my prescription after being told by the system they were closed, on a Monday... Then they said "the pharmacy opened late today", mmmmm, I didn't know that's how pharmacies worked. read more

The pharmacy is extremely slow, and it seems like the drive thru gets quicker service than people that actually come in the store. I have been waiting for over 45 min to get my prescription (this includes the wait time in line) this is ridiculous! I think I'll have my Dr send my prescriptions somewhere else. read more

Pharmacy is NEVER OPEN!! Drive thru is never open!! 2 pickup orders canceled because they weren't in stock and both times I went in to see the items I ordered were there on the shelf! read more

Probably the slowest Walgreens store I have ever been to. We don't have all day to wait in line for our medications!

This place is hell on earth. Always long lines, rude staff, empty shelves, and no logic to how they run their pharmacy. Why do they allow you to make an appointment for a flu shot if they are going to make you wait in a line of 10 people or more to even let someone know you're there for an appointment. I hate this place so much. read more

Worlds longest line ever. Everyday it's the same outcome. I don't understand why the wait is so long

Very poor customer service! I was looking for a certain product and decided to ask the tall African decent employee that was restocking the next isle. Me: Excuse me! Hi! Do you guys carry Sundown Vitamins? Employee: No. Me: Okay, thank you! Is this the kind of customer service you provide in this location? All I got was a "No." with a straight face. No smile, no "Hello", no "I'm sorry we don't carry that". She made me feel like I was bothering her. read more

I'm in a hotel room right now, stranded for more than a day by airline troubles. No vehicle available, sick kid, and out of cough syrup (because our luggage flew home without us). Went through the Walgreens app and ordered cough syrup and a couple other items. Apparently Walgreens does their deliveries through Door Dash, and the driver marked the particular cough syrup as out of stock without seeing that I put down to do a substitution if needed, so I got an email that we wouldn't be getting the most important thing in the order. I was on the phone with a Walgreens lead to get it added into the order before the driver picked up the rest, when a manager, unaware of the situation, gave the driver the order. As soon as she realized what happened, the manager immediately got on the phone, apologized sincerely for the confusion, and when I explained I had no way to come pick up the cough syrup, she immediately asked the lead if he could deliver it here, or if she should. He arrived within ten minutes at the exact same time as the Door Dash person. The Walgreens lead wouldn't take the tip I really, really tried to give him for going so above and beyond for us. Especially after the last 32 stressful hours, this truly makes me feel a little more hopeful for humanity. Thank you, thank you, thank you! read more

By far the worst pharmacy ever! Line is always long and this is the 2nd time they mess up my prescription! I'm still currently waiting on it from my original call in 2 weeks ago! read more

Caution, there are always a lot of jerks that drive in this area. The entrance to the store makes it fun maneuvering my Tundra in to the area. It does get hectic during rush hour. In addition to that, people and the store has been robbed several times, take caution . The elderly lady that works at the front is very friendly and courteous. This seems to be a smaller Walgreens, or I'm just angry at the fact that they're always out of the candy I usually want. read more

Your drive thru is driving me nuts. Have to wait for an hour just to get our medicine. Yall need to do better. Stop messing around. Your drive thru sucks. Garbage read more

I'd give them 0 stars if possible. I know they're a huge company...and quite obviously, based on the many, many horrible reviews, they don't care about those who come in to this location. Only the money they're getting from you. So please, if you're reading this, DON'T give them your money. Take the advice of many and go somewhere that values you as a person. read more

Dirty. Incompetent. Been in line at the pharmacy for 30 minutes and they've only helped 2 people. Very sad and pathetic. I've seen at least 5 of them back there. There's even a spider standing in line with us. DONT come here. read more

Update: lived in this area over 4 years. Worst pharmacy ever. Staff is mediocre at best, sometimes rude. Literally out of stock of meds at least 50% of time (name your med...they don't know how to order stock appropriately). Long waits, insurance snafus, coupons that are always screwed up (then eventually corrected but ALWAYS after a fuss). Wow. Just, wow.
