DO NOT come here for flu shots. I made an appointment online, and filled out all the required information ahead of time. I arrived at my appointment 10 mons early, waited in line for those 10 mins to check in, only to be told it will be a 45 min wait! Why even make an appointment if they're not going to uphold their commitment. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. The pharmacy here has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Avoid the drive thru at all costs. I've been here multiple times and seen the same car at the window for over 30 minutes each time. For some reason, these people don't understand how to move quickly. If someone is making a request that'll take more than a few minutes, TELL THEM TO GO INSIDE. What a joke, this place needs some serious help read more

I've been waiting for my prescription since yesterday!!! No one answers the damn phone to ask about it since it's been 24 hours!! I've been waiting for a text since yesterday but I have yet to receive anything. What is going on!!! read more

I dread going to this Walgreens. There are always a ton of people stocking shelves, but no one who wants to help actual customers. It's like pulling teeth trying to get someone to get my photos for me. Good thing there's a machine to automatically print the pictures or I doubt that would get done. It's like a ghost town behind the counter every time I come in. I have been here 10 times in the past month because I have to and I can't wait until I don't have to anymore. read more

Always have what I'm looking for and the lady working at the front is super friendly and helpful. Got my medicine and some Gatorade and a RedBox movie Ann in one stop. read more

This is such a lackluster pharmacy. Theres been multiple time they have notified my that my perscriptions are ready and then I wait in the always huge line there (because only one person is ever working) I come to find put they are actually out of the medicine and can I come back later to see if they have it. I have been in that scenario too many times there. read more

If I could give a zero I would. Granted this is the only Walgreens in GVR so it's understandable that the pharmaceutical department is busy. However this place has the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. They're very unprofessional and have zero empathy or respect. Every time I come here they're understaffed and have HORRIBLE attitudes. I recommend corporate to come and retrain every one in the pharmacy, if they don't like dealing with the public they shouldn't have a customer facing position. I am particularly writing the review from this weeks experience. I came to the drive through and dropped off my prescription at 4pm. I was informed they were backed up but my prescription would be ready before the end of business that day 9PM. I waited until 7:30 since I still didn't get a call or text and called in to check the status so I would know to wait up or to come the next day. A rude girl picked up and I asked if and when my prescription would be ready for pick up. She asked my name and I had to correct her since she didn't hear me she assumed my last name to be another common Hispanic last name. Once I said no mamm and told her the correct name she said "of course" under her breath then didn't ask me to hold and threw the phone down. I heard her complaining about customers (probably me) to her co worker then picked up the phone and rudely told me it would be ready in 5 minutes and HUNG UP on me!! Mind you I wasn't being rude to her to give her reason to be a complete Imbecile. When I arrived to the drive through I got the same rude unprofessional girl (I recognized her voice) and I asked why she hung up on me. Of course she ignored me so I asked her name. She replied "Karla the pharmacist" threw my prescription in the box and said very sarcastically "have a good night". This in unacceptable especially if you chosen a profession where you work with people that are ill. Karla the pharmacist I encourage you to understand that if you're busy and irritated customers can hear it in your tone of voice and to remember someone always has it worse off than you like the homeless people that ask for money outside of Walgreens that would love to have your job. read more

This is worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They constantly don't have my medication, they don't have my prescription ready on time, they've given me the wrong medication more than once, they're rude, they argue with me about what medication I take and have been taking for two years now, they tell me my medication doesn't nor has ever existed despite the fact that they have solely provided me that exact medication for two years. Very happy to have switched to CVS! read more

The manager is lack luster when it comes to customer importance. Customer concerns do not seem to phase or move this manager. I went to & waited for assistance at the cosmetic counter and had to wait while the saleswoman continued an obviously personal spanish conversation with a customer (or maybe a friend). They continued to talk as if I was not there, and when I cleared my throat the salesperson decided to charge the woman and take her money. The woman poured at least $2 worth of pennies on the counter so I mentioned to the saleswoman that they could have been counting those pennies instead of standing up there talking and the saleswoman just laughed and continued to count the pennies! NOT HAPPY I STARTED MY WAY TO THE FRONT COUNTER AND SAW THE MANAGER AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, HE JUST LOOKED AT ME AS THOUGH I WAS SOME DUMB STINKY NI _ G __R! I realize this a predominantly minority neighborhood, the MANAGER IS WHITE and our complaints aren't as important as those precious folks out in Highlands Ranch or whatever! My husband and I have had a previous problem with this manager in the past acting as though the customer is just some stupid complainer! THE MANAGER AT THIS STORE IS A JERK AND NEEDS TO REALIZE WHAT NEIGHBORHOOD HE WORKS IN AND ACTUALLY USE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, INTERPERSONAL AND SENSITIVITY SKILLS WHEN DEALING WITH US, OR TAKE AN INTENSE WORKSHOP ON DELIVERING PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! HATE THIS WALGREENS LOCATION!!!! WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO AVOID SHOPPING THERE JUST BECAUSE OF HIM!!! Monica Price read more

Old lady cashier was super friendly to the couple in front of me... smiling, joking and such. Soon as it was my turn, I very pleasantly said hello with a smile (as I was also interested in the red nose she had just sold the couple before with such joy). I ask her if this is where I take a return .... and.... she went 0 to 100 real quick. I felt like clouds covered the skies as she flipped that smile right into pure hatred. I felt so akward cuz I think the customer that walked up behind me could feel the wrath as well. She huffed and puffed the entire time she was doing the transaction and wouldn't speak another word to me. Basically threw the money I got from the return into my hands. I was so shocked I didn't know what to do or say so I just walked out. Never ever going to Walgreens again.... And I thought Wal-Mart was bad. read more

I have had a tough time with this pharmacy in the past, but today was the worst. I have been filling my prescription for over a year on a month to month basis. Today they filled it for three months without any communication. Since the prescription is expensive I told the worker that I only wanted a month supply as per usual and please make a note so this would not happen again. She argued that this could not happen because the pharmacist manager prefers to fill in 3 month supples. After questioning her several times she hangs up the drive through phone without communicating anything to me. I ring and ring the bell, very upset at her actions, and finally the store manager comes up and helps me with no problem saying that there shouldn't be any issues next time I refill unlike the previous worker who said my wishes were not possible. Ranika was the individual who provided the argumentative and worst customer service and Marissa easily resolved the situation by doing what I requested which was make a note in the computer to my single month preference. Not too difficult, Ranika. read more

This is any typical Walgreens in a typical ordinary neighborhood. The shop has its own departments that assisted us for all the years we had shopped here. They have a traditional make up department with tremendous prices so I stick with $1 makeup somewhere else. The pharmacy is just there. Most of the time, I honestly don't see anyone in their pharmacy, but it's there and existing. The photos department is pretty cool and handy, but the clerks there seem to not know what they're talking about, nor what they're doing. Just recently, I called about seeing if I could print out my photos from a high quality camera, and the girl in the phone, literally said they can't do that. Not with my camera, not with any camera. I thought that was ridiculous. I think her name was Jen or Jennifer. The only annoying thing about this location is they make you leave your large handbags and backpacks in the front. I'm guessing they truly think everyone is out to steal their crap. The toys are pretty cute. I've bought a lot of their Hello Kitty toys and stickers. I enjoy their holiday and seasonal merchandise and items. They tend to have specials for holidays especially when they're opened on New Years. I've gotten a Pez Dispenser Hello Kitty set for half the price once. Good store. It does have its ups and downs. read more

I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful treatment in my life. I thought a pharmacy was created to help people but when they employ an uncaring, immature, antisocial, ignorant and belligerent person who is even unable to recognize her own hateful attitude there is no longer a way to be helpful. At the counter the pharmacy worker rudely asked what I needed. As she was helping me, someone else came to the counter she turned her back on me mid sentence at which point I walked away. I called later to get the information I needed and she said she as she was telling me when I walked away... then started another conversation with someone else. I asked for a manager she lied and said there would not be one there until Monday. I called back and asked for a manager and got put on hold for 8 minutes before giving up. If people are at a pharmacy that means they are dealing with sickness either in their lives or someone that they care about that's hard enough trouble as it is. As I am transferring my prescriptions I will never again use their services. read more
