I don't want to type out everything that occurred over the course of 3 days I tried to get a medicine I really need, but on day 3 , I finally asked what I can do to ensure I get the medicine by tomorrow. I got the reply of "I t's been ordered .. I don't know what else to tell you" to which I said, ok so it'll be there tomorrow. The pharmacist laughed and said "just because it's been ordered doesn't mean it'll arrive" This is my health and NOT a joke. Appalling . This place absolutely sucks. I have been dealing with a terrible sinus infection for weeks and needed to pick up my prescription there. When I asked they said it wasn't there and that I needed to call my urgent care which in doing so they said it was there. After going back they realized it was there. Keep in mind I was in the worst pain of my life and a college kid trying to figure out how to get my meds without my insurance because I didn't have my card on file. They were super rude, unhelpful, and overall terrible. My mother had to come up to take me to the ER and when she tried to pick up my prescription she had to wait an hour after them telling her it would be 10 minutes. One of the ladies at the front desk was super rude to both trips we made and made it overly difficult for me to get the medications I needed. Do not recommend at all. read more

I hate this place so much due to the pharmacy and how poorly it's managed. EVERY time we try to get a vaccine or a prescription it's messed up. I order the prescription to be delivered, and it says something funky like "waiting for FedEx" for 5 days before I call and they tell me to cancel and reorder. Well, once you cancel, their app won't let you reorder. Today was the last straw. We knew we'd be in for a wait for our flu shots but 40 minutes later we finally walked out. YES we had an appointment. FORTY minutes is BS! I am done. I don't know where I will get my prescription filled now but it will not be at a Walgreens that much I know for sure. I'm furious! The pharmacy has short pilled a controlled medication for our family dog that has seizures TWICE. We have brought this to their attention and they implied that the pills were stolen from our home. The meds are locked and under camera at our home this simply did not happen. I just got jaw surgery and this is my main Walgreens pick up for prescriptions. I have the same insurance. These people literally delayed everything till AFTER my surgery. Then I get a new prescription they called for it yesterday. I'm in a lot of pain right so I was like I'll come tmrw. THEY LOST IT!!!! The worst! Lost passport photos! I was told 20 minutes and waited 40 minutes before checking back in. Told they weren't ready and to come back later. Returned 2 days later and they are lost! They stole a controlled substance life saving timed medication from my dogs prescription and then claimed someone must've broke into my house and stole the missing portion of the prescription. By far & away the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. My doctor called in my insulin prescription to this location, and after 10 days there was still no movement on it being filled. I called my doctor & asked them to send the prescription again as I was getting very low on insulin, so they sent the prescription again. After no movement all morning, I tried to call the pharmacy in the afternoon to figure out what was going on & when I could expect my insulin. After waiting on hold for 50 minutes, someone picked up the phone & then immediately hung up. After that, I immediately drove to the pharmacy to speak with someone in person. The woman I spoke to was rude & offered no solutions. I expressed that I was frustrated because this was the second time I had my doctor call this prescription in & that nothing had happened. She stated "well, I have 50 prescriptions to type in so you'll just have to wait." I asked, then, why nothing had happened with the prescription from 10 days ago, and she shrugged her shoulders. I told her I need the insulin today, and asked if she could offer any solution & she said "nope, you should probably just have them send it somewhere else." People rely on you all for the medications they need to survive. A nonchalant attitude & an unwillingness to help isn't acceptable when you're the middlemen between a person & the medication(s) they need in order to survive. Staffing shortages are a good reason for limiting hours (which this location has done). They are not, however, an excuse for not entering a prescription when you receive it; nor are they an acceptable reason for being rude to someone who is frustrated by the delays when trying to get the insulin he needs to survive. My suggestion: find a new pharmacy. read more

The pharmacy is the worst I've ever dealt with. They've had my prescription for 2 days but just realized it this morning after I called them and they told me they'd fill it. This is only after saying they didn't have it, and after my insistence they found it. I tried to ask when it would be ready and I got hung up on, great. So I drive there a few hours later and am told it'll be ready after _____ time. No one seemed to want to give me more than 10 seconds even though no one else was in line. Usually have to go inside to pick up because there's never a freakin' pharmacist on duty, so they have the drive through closed most of the time. It takes them hours and often times days to fill prescriptions, if they don't loose it. Never been treated so rudely in my life. I scheduled a vaccine appointment and showed up early. Was told "we don't take same day vaccination appts" even though appt was scheduled on line. After "checking with the pharmacist" was told that they would see me. There was literally no one in the entire store. But after fighting to be seen, they DIDN'T have the vaccine that I needed! No apology, no thought to call me and let me know that they had ran out of vaccine, so wasted an hour driving back and forth. They take forever, the line is always thru the store, the drive up is usually closed for "Covid testing only" (is that even needed anymore?!!! It's 2023 people!!!), so you have to go inside & wait in a long line for 1 simple prescription! They are ALWAYS short staffed & don't seem to care about it. With competition just across the street, I suggest to go there. This Walgreens is only okay. The pharmacy never quite meets your expectations. For the pharmacy in particular:There's always a huge wait, they never have your prescriptions ready, so you end up waiting 20 or 30 minutes anyway -----so why bother with their convenient online prescription filling program or having your doctor calling in your prescription? I think it is their protocol to actually wait until you're standing there to fill your prescription. All that online, smart phone app technology right down the drain. The store: Everything you could possibly ever need. You will overpay for it and there's just Safeway right across the street, but everything you ever could need in health and beauty, convenience, film processing, sweatshirts, socks, candlles, Halloween Candy, Christmas decorations -----always here at your convenience. Went to pick up a prescription for the third time, and was rebuffed yet again. Time to start using the Safeway across the street.

So all Walgreens are pretty horrible, but this one takes the cake. Several times I've been in and found items with sale stickers. When I bring said item to the register, it never rings on sale and they refuse to honor the sale. The last time I was told well the sale sticker says it ended on January 31st. It almost the end of March, why do you still have sale stickers up that ended 6 weeks ago? Learn to merchandise your store properly and quit screwing your customers. Not to mention if you need to go to the pharmacy here, better block out 2 hours of wait time. The staff could clearly care less, which I don't blame them for that, since obviously Walgreens doesn't care to train or support them properly. As I said before, all Walgreens suck and don't really need to be open anymore.
