The pharmacy pick up system that they have is absolutely horrible. Medicines they should have in stock take a week. You go there to pick up a prescription. I am a regular Walgreen's customer. I have my Rx filled there and there's usually a line to check out - be prepared to wait. My issue is that I spent half an hour putting together an online order for shipping my supplements ($200). I have it shipped because the store never has all the supplements I want. At checkout, I tried to apply my OTC benefit card. I get a pop-up that says they don't accept OTC benefit cards online - only in person. It'd be nice if they'd tell you up front that they don't accept online orders using the card. What a waste of time. read more

My experience at your store today was unpleasant Your cashier Daisy acted as if I was a bother for her doing her job I came to the counter with 3 items I specifically told her I only needed 2 of the items. I was not paying attention but when I got to the car I saw she did not follow my instructions and indeed charged me for the item I did not need and I told her I didn't need. She then preceded to give me the refund and then says "here" and hands me the receipt with an attitude as if I was ruining her day because she messed up and I didn't catch it. If she doesn't want to have a job that's all she had to say but being rude is not part of customer service So Daisy sorry for you having a bad day because you didn't wanna be at work and you are actually not good at customer service. They have this new kiosk system to pick up a prescription or talk to someone in the pharmacy. So you put in your phone number and sit down. Seems like this was a way to not have so many employees on... You can count for 15-30 minute wait. Will not continue with Walgreens pharmacy moving forward suggest you do the same read more

I frequent a couple of locations in Dallas and they are both the same, organised and clean every time I go inside. The clerk greets me with hello or welcome to Walgreens. It's a little pricy but not much more than CVS. read more

This is hands down the worst pharmacy. Staff is so poorly trained and just don't give a damn. When you need a med that is time sensitive and they fail to call or inform you that they don't carry the prescription until you call 6 hours later, that's just unacceptable. The pharmacist didn't seem to concerned when I voiced my complaint to him. When you are in the business of providing essential items to people in need, at least be professional. I've noticed several elderly neighbors be treated poorly here. It's just a horrible operation. read more

I would definitely not recommend this pharmacy. They did not honor a GoodRX coupon and were trying to sell me $130 epipens expiring in 4 months without even mentioning the expiration date to me. Thank goodness I have had that happen before so I ripped open the bag to check before leaving. The box had clearly had a label removed so apparently they had already tried foisting these off on someone else before me. Today was the second time in a months that the pharmacy's computers were down. Both times i was asked to pay cash. ok, I get that. The way the cashiers spoke to the lady in front of me was so terrible. She was very disrespectful and condescending! Then it was my turn. they found my 3 prescriptions and one of them would not read into their register ( yes, I thought the computers were down). The first lady went to print a new something and the other cashier asked me to step aside. I did only for the first lady to come back and ask the lady in front of me to step aside. When she handed me my prescriptions, she asked if i had any questions. i began to look at my prescriptions and she asked me to step aside again. I did not as I was looking at my prescriptions. She then told me to move along as she had lunch break. I moved along and will go straight to CVS! read more

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this location. Not all Walgreens are the same and this one is below sub par. In fact, if there was a commission or governing body that focused on pharmacy retail execution, this one would be closed. I moved to this location a year ago because we changed areas in the city. I refill prescriptions monthly for my family. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of Covid but there is literally an issue EVERY TIME I go to refill and it's not the same issue every time. Got a flu shot from the pharmacist here recently. She donned gloves, opened the bandaid, peeled off one side, and stuck it to the non-sterile gloves. The sterile bandage was in contact with non-sterile gloves. This is not good technique. I had to interrupt her to request good aseptic technique. Don't remove the tapes covering the adhesive until actually applying bandage. Don't contaminate sterile dressings. The print on the disclosure you have to sign is smaller than the 6 point type required for contracts. You have to ask for them to print it bigger if you actually want to read it. read more

This Walgreens is my favorite and mostly because of Kaitlyn the Pharmacy Manager. She always takes care of everything and really values her customers. She was so helpful to me during a very complicated pregnancy and has a lot of knowledge about which medicines are pregnancy safe. She remembers our names and always greets us very warmly. You can tell she has a very busy job, but she always takes the time to answer a question or help find an OTC medicine. Highly recommend! read more

My doctor called 2 times for my prescription and I came twise to pick up my medicine and it was not ready. Third time I came was not ready ether. I talked to the manager Flinn Tran and he was very mean and rude ' and refuse to talk to the doctor and find my medication , I called my doctor and made him fax it again and I had to wait 30 min to get it. Service was unacceptable at this location. Nothing worse than employees being rude to customers because they hate their job. I placed my items on the checkout counter, and handed the girl cash. She huffed at me and said "I don't think I have enough change in my drawer to take cash." And stood there looking at me as if I needed to magically come up with another form of payment. After a moment I asked if she would like me to take my business across the way to CVS and she rolled her eyes at me. I'd been to four pharmacies, trying to get a medication from a generic manufacturer that I can use. This pharmacy, both Pharmicist and tec. were helpful, kind, had heard of my difficulty with meds before. Best of all they helped me by suggesting a Walgreens membership to reduce my cost. It's good for one year at any of their stores. Saved me $50. I would never have known if they had not suggested. read more

This pharmacy has stressed me out repeatedly over the two years I have worked with them. I am unsure of who "Kaitlyn" the pharmacy manager mentioned in the other reviews is -- I've never met her. They are understaffed. 80% of the time there is not an express checkout line or drop off line. The pharmacists and staff are not helpful in directing the line, and frequently take people out of order. I am generally in line with 8-10 people. The line is not fast. Most of the staff will not look you in the face, and in spite of the fact that I have to come in frequently for regular prescriptions and came in for a number of things when I had two surgeries last year -- they have never learned my name or face. The consults are a joke. I hate to write terrible reviews, but I wouldn't wish this place on anyone. Maybe it was better when "Kaitlyn" was there. read more

Great local pharmacy for the north Dallas area. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and get to know your family if you are a regular customer. Pharmacy staff are friendly. The hours between 5 and 7 pm can be a little hectic, so try to go during off peak times. I appreciate the text and phone notifications letting me know when my scripts are ready. read more

Everyone I know has never had a problem taking back something at Walgreens. But I did. It was a nightmare, asked to see the manager and she or he never did come out because "she was counting. " Ok. Was treated very poorly overall, waited too long for a no-show manager, so I transferred all my prescriptions. Explained my plight to the girl at the pharmacy and she apologized and tried to make me feel better. I have always had good service at the pharmacy but up front has always been marginal. read more
