This place sucks, the pharmacy is consistently understaffed, everyone who works here looks like they hate their job, since this place is so busy the line for the drive thru needs to build another line or just use the drop off line for pick ups also, i am going to transfer my prescription to the other location because even though they arent open 24 hours atleast they are quick and friendly and more attentive to their customers, also the pharmacists never seem to be available even when its just for a simple 20 second conversation. read more

We came in late at night for some needed items and were greeted by the cashier. Store was clean and organized well. When we cashed out, Carol was our cashier. She was very quick and courteous. She was pleasant and talked with us during the entire transaction. Two other people working didn't even pay any attention to us but Carol made our quick Walgreens run great! read more

While I've never had an issue inside this store, today I was on hold for over 25 minutes trying to ask a question about a prescription. The recording said there were 2 callers ahead of me for the first 15 minutes, then 1 caller in front of me for another 8 minutes, the it said they were handling other business. After 25 minutes I gave up and called back to leave a message (which they didn't return). It ended up being faster just to drive to the store to get it resolved. There were 5 people working the pharmacy, but only one person was assisting anyone. Something doesn't add up. Unfortunately, this has adversely affected my experience with this Walgreen's, so I have to take away one of their stars. It's my neighborhood Walgreen's so I will be back. Hopefully they will be able to address this issue and wow me with service so I can update my review and give them back their star. read more

The only reason I come here is to pick up photos, the have the best prices when you combine them with online coupon codes. Join their rewards program to save more and I always check out the orange tag clearance items. Other than that its usually overpriced. I brought this issue up to the shift manager but she did not seem to care or take it seriously. Every single one of the shopping carts does not have child restraint buckles. They are either missing or have been cut, on all 20 carts. This is a huge liability. I attempted to shop there today and my child stood up in the cart while I was getting an item off the bottom shelf. Luckily I caught her before she fell out. Furthermore, the store allow solicitors in their parking lot to harass their customers. I've been approached at my car numerous times in this parking lot by various people trying to sell stuff. The store has work to do I will not be shopping here until these things of been fixed. I generally only go to this location for Photos. However it's become such a pain in the butt to even get assistance in the photo department that I'll be going elsewhere because of the aforementioned issues. read more

Terrible service. Called to renew monthly prescription and woman kept putting call on hold. Then said she had to call my doctor to get authorization. This was at 8 am on the way out of town on a Friday with 2 pills left. I called at 4pm on the way back into town to see if it was ready. It was not. Why? Because the notation she left said that I had to call my doctor. They did not call me to let me know. I was able to catch my doctor before they left to get the authorization. A few months previously, they said they would give me 90 day and would call for it so I had it next time. Never happened. They didn't notate it or make the call. Tried their express pick up and prepaid. Had to go inside and there were other people in express pick up line with one worker. They waited on everyone the same instead of going in and just giving info etc, so it was a complete waste of time prepaying. I'm going to use Sams club. Cheaper than Walgreens and more pleasant. Additional info-- I had my prescription transferred to another company. Walgreens gave new pharmacy incorrect information regarding my medication. Apparently Walgreens staff were giving me generic medicine and labeling it incorrectly charging full price for name brand. read more

This pharmacy always takes hours if not days for them to fill your RX,the only reason I use it is because it is the only one open 24hrs when I take my daughter to urgent care, the drive thru takes a half hr every single time. She helped me out then left with an attitude. I sat all by myself at this pharmacy area to wait for a paper to print out. 2 hours later I was finally called to get my vaccination. I am so fed up with this pharmacy I can't even explain my frustration. I work at a vets office and my cat is on a controlled substance. Every month getting his perscription it takes them ATLEAST one week to get it filled. We always call it in way before we need to getting it filled and we always run out of medication and have to use a different seizure med. You would think it would be a higher priority because of that reason but it's not. They ALWAYS want to blame the 'prescriber' not sending back the information which is completely false because I AM the technician that has called it in and they always still give some excuse. Even if the medication has refills on it they still say they need to contact the prescriber every single time and tell me there are no refills. I called it in with refills from the doctors approval!! So it's all just a load of bull. You can't just call the hospital for 2 minutes to get approval if you need it that bad? Customer service here is horrendous. read more

Their pharmacy is the most inefficient operation the Inland Empire has ever seen. I wait in line at the Rx line 11 minutes to see the cashier. The Rx was sent over at noon, and I come to pick it up at 7:57pm, and it wasn't signed off ever, and they admit they received it at noon. So now I have to wait another 20 minutes?!? Awesome . Thay have a new bloodwork service that was very convenient. I verified online that I was covered through my insurance, and made a "SATURDAY" appointment. I was there only 5 minutes early and I was seen righ on time. The people were very friendly, I was in and our quickly. Experience #1: when dropping of my pain medication prescription inside at the counter.. the staff member tells me that she needs to check with the pharmacist first to see if they have it. No big deal. I see her talking to an Indian gentleman and him looking up at me and them speaking softly to each other. I think to myself.. ookk... odd. She comes back and says.. the pharmacist wants to know what it's for. (WHAT?) I ask.. the staff member.. like.. why I need it? She says yes. So I explained to her that I have multiple spinal disc bulges at my L3, L4, L5 and have horrible sciatica pain down my right leg because of it. She goes and tells the pharmacist and comes back and says.. we don't have it and can't fill it. (WHAT? x2). Soo. They only fill prescriptions depending on if the pharmacist feels you need it??? Is he now my new Dr.??? Experience #2: dropped off my daughters prescription for 3 epipen's. Went to pick up. Was told that they only had 2.. and to come back tomorrow and they would have the 3rd one. Next day, went to pick up 3rd one... was told by a not so pleaseant African American lady(with a big flower in her hair) that the prescription was filled and they didn't have anything for me. (WHAT?) So where did the missing 3rd epipen go?? Hmmm. Come to find out.. these epipen's are expensive!!! Like $1k each or something. After multiple visits, multiple calls with managers and regional managers, the missing epipen was magically found!! Experience #3: I could...but I wont. No wonder our healthcare system is so out of control. I have a prescription for Diclofenac Sodium Topical Gel 1% (100g tube) (Generic Voltaren from my doctor. With my insurance, Walgreens was charging me $75 for a tube of this gel. They in turn bill my insurance for $1,135. No, it's not a typo. Yet I can buy this from legitimate online pharmacies for only $32.50 without insurance. Shame on you Walgreens. You should be investigated and prosecuted. read more

Worst service ever. First off, I waited about 6 minutes in drive thru to even drop off a prescription (there was NOBODY else in front of me, I was at the wind the whole time). Then the pharmacist checks to see if he has my prescription in stock (takes another 5 minutes- I thought those things took about 30 seconds and a few computer clicks!!). Turns out my prescription isn't in stock. But the way he tells me is the best!! (Sarcasm) He tells me (word for word) "we don't have it, you might want to try next week." Umm ok? I think maybe you guys have outgrown your capabilities as far as the pharmacy is concerned. I have never (and I'm in the medical field) encountered so much ineptness as far as medications. You run out but don't tell anyone until they have to scramble and have it transferred somewhere else but fail to tell the patient that a controlled substance can't be transferred. I have been a customer with Walgreens on Ontario and Main for many years. I have been disappointed with their pharmacy. They are short staffed all the time. If I go through the drive-through I am sure to wait 20 plus minutes. If I go in, the same. Today I called in to refill a RX. Was put on hold for 12 minutes. Someone answered then disconnected. I called again, and this time it was 11 minutes and someone picked up and disconnected. I called a 3rd time, spoke with customer service and told them what happened. They said they were busy. I told them I understood but they did answer both times and disconnected the call. She transferred me over and I waited 13 minutes and 45 seconds. I was the one to hang up this time. I have thinking of going elsewhere but I like their 24 hr service at the pharmacy but this time was my limit. No more with this pharmacy read more

This place needs to work on their customer service skills. I would rather drive extra mile or two and visit CVS or Rite Aid then to step in this place again.
