Worst photo center. I ordered holiday cards and all of the cards came out blurry, even the text. I called them and they told me I had to bring the cards back to receive a refund. When I got there, they wanted to try reprinting, and sure enough it came out blurry again. Shouldn't they have someone double checking the photos before putting them in the envelope? These were so blurry that it hurt my eyes to even look at them. Ended up using Costco and my cards came out clear! read more

I usually go to Walgreens in Fresno cause it's near my house, but this ones right by my work. I gave 5 stars because the young lady in the cosmetic area was friendly, greeted me promptly. I felt like she was a solid employee. She asked if I was a part of the beauty enthusiast group through the app, which I am. But I just felt like this young lady made me want to come back to this location! Good job Walgreens on hiring good staff. read more

Seems like every time I come here which is only for convenience their stupid policies change always in the store's favor & to the detriment of the customer. I saved up $30 in rewards then they changed the policy and said I could only use $5 at a time. But since I could only use $5 per visit, $15 expired so I lost $15. Then when I only had $5 left, they changed the policy back to be able to save and use more than $5 at a time. Then on another visit, the cashier said I couldn't use my rewards with my coupons. Turns out the coupon was only $1.50 and my rewards were $10. She should've just asked if I wanted her to take the coupon off so I could use my rewards for $10 off - common sense, come on. This time I was told I couldn't use my rewards at all because I was already using a coupon, which I've done before. I asked what type it was and the cashier said it was from the manufacturer. I said that didn't make any sense, I've used plenty of manufacturer coupons and my rewards in one transaction before. I'm sick of all this BS at Walgreens when I go to check out and pay. I think I'll start going to Rite Aid instead. read more

So Walgreen's is constantly advertising their immunization service. I made an appointment for an immunization at 10 am, I received three email and text notifications reminding me of my appointment. I arrived at 10 am as scheduled, no one in pharmacy knew anything about it, they weren't sure they even had the specific vaccine and it's now after 10:30 and I'm still waiting to receive my immunization. Worst prescription service EVER! I have given them a MILLION chances. Every time it is the same! I have had an employee ask me LOUDLY, in front of many other customers, "what is this prescription for"? Are you kidding me?? I have had them tell me my coverage was terminated on a monthly prescription that I have had for years! Then they call me after I left to say, oops, our mistake! I could go on and on. I was not surprised to see the negative reviews that this pharmacy has received. Every experience that I have had has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. Every month getting my medication had turned into a huge ordeal that would require me to take time out of my busy schedule to try to get their staff to refill my prescriptions. The staff was borderline incompetent at times it seemed, and were extremely unpleasant and rude to me. Worst customer service I have experienced. If there was an option to choose zero stars, I would. I have since taken my business to CVS down the street and have been satisfied with the night and day difference between the two. Denied having my photos despite proving they did with a reciept. They even attempted to argue and deny that it was their responsibilty. After calling customer service at the store, they still denied having the order. I will not be using this Walgreens again. read more

I've never had an issue getting my prescriptions here. When I've waited, it's usually about twenty minutes. When they are called in, they are ready in a couple hours and they have always notified me when they are ready. read more

My husband and I went to this pharmacy waited in line at the drive thru FOREVER...I have always dropped and been advised it will be x amount time but this time was different. We along with several other cars waited, as I guess they completed an order. I actually got out of the car and went to savemart to do my ahopping. Told my husband that I had 1 prescription for me and 2 for him that were filled and just need to be picked up. Girl, Savannah or hannah or something like at window sucked she said no prescriptions and sent my husband on his way. I went into the location and lone and behold my prescriptions were there and ready. This employee needs training. read more

This store's computer crashed sometime this afternoon, I got my text at 3:18 that my prescription was ready and arrived about 4:00 to find their computer crashed and a sign indicating to return later. Returned at 7:30 and they had a note to go to other Walgreens locations to fill my prescription. Problem is because they already filled and billed my insurance, the other locations cannot bring it up. So back to the original site and they have no answers - did not see any "tech" person there to fix their computers. So why do business with a national chain if you cannot access your prescription at another location? Why is it locked at the original site rather than sitting on a national accessible system? My insurance company says I have to come here. The pharmacist is the most unprofessional I too saw her leg up on counter filling scripts she must have a double jointed hip (yuck) her filthy shoes up on counter where she's filling scripts I saw here coming in from outside after walking on sidewalk oh by the way where people in general fill the need to spit on same sidewalk. My scripts are on auto fill yet she claims they are out of drug and have to order and it always takes 3 days. These are the same drug I take to kept me from having stroke and blood clots. She just shrugs and walks off. Making it look like it is your fault. They have shorted me pills I count them each time. 3 times I have been shorted and have gone back now I count them at register and 2 of the 3 times was at register. She just shrugs and walks off every time. Walgreens needs to hold this freak accountable for her unprofessional Insurance says I have to go to this Walgreens and it Is the closest to my home I am disabled and do not Drive, came in for refills pharmacist (tall stick shaped blonde women who puts leg up on counter as she fills scripts) continues to be insulting, rude and tall guy that is her assistant seems to feel the need to be extra rude and since you have complained he and her delay scripts. can't believe Walgreens doesn't read yelp or listen when costumer service is called. I called trying to ask if they had a particular item in stock and was hung up on, thinking it was on accident I called back and was hung up on again an additional 3 times. Their customer service associates are absolutely freaking terrible and it's ridiculous that it takes 2 mins to get through their "deals" in order to get to the menu to speak to someone. When I went into the store to see if they had the item i tried calling about I couldn't find anyone, there was 1 cashier who couldn't leave his station and absolutely no one else. What is wrong with you as person to personally attack the way that someone looks? Saying that this pharmacist is double jointed (yuck), really? I am appalled that someone would treat someone else like that by making such rude remarks. Long lines, recalls on medication, broken drive thru windows, do you honestly think that that is because the pharmacist is not doing his or her or his job? As far as the shoes she is wearing in this picture, do you expect that she should change her shoes when she comes in from outside? Pharmacists are DOCTORS, Pharm D. They go to school for years and are professionals providing you with medication that sometimes your life depends on. It is the pharmacist responsibility to make sure that your medications do not interact with each other. It is the pharmacist responsibility to be sure that your doctor is aware of any possible side effects, recalls, etc. It is the pharmacist's responsibility to help you to understand the medication that you are taking and what it will or won't do. I have been to this pharmacy and everyone there is respectful, helpful and they go out of there way and I will continue to visit this pharmacy. Came to get Sudafed on my lunch break and after waiting in line for about ten minutes (because the main window is broken so they're using the consultation window), I got to the counter for them to tell me they can't sell me Sudafed because I can't sign electronically for it. I understand you have laws you have to follow, but could you at least put a sign up next to your "broken window" sign stating that you cannot sell anything behind the counter that isn't prescription?? Very sick and very frustrated. Wasted my whole lunch on them telling me they weren't able to sell it to me when they could've just avoided an upset customer by putting a damn sign up stating so. read more

Late in filling two prescriptions they said would be ready an hour ago. said to come back in 15min and they would be ready. 20 min later I'm back.. Not ready. Waited another 15 min... finally gave me my bag. Got home to find only one of the two prescriptions... went back. Now waiting another 15 min and still waiting. Who manages this place? read more

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. This was the second time this happened to me here so I have to write this. First about 8 months ago my dr faxed in a prescription for me and when I got there to pick it up they claimed they never received it. So I called the dr office again and they were going back and forth until finally I was able to go get it. This happened again last week with my baby's medication. Her pediatrician called in some meds. When I get there to pick them up they only had one of them and said they only got prescription for one. I had to call back and forth again to straighten things out. Worst part was when I went to pick her antibiotics up they charged me full price! I was in a hurry so I just asked the guy at the drive through if the price was after insurance (18.95) he said yes. And I drove off. Next day I called my insurance just to make sure bc that didn't sound right to me and my copay is $10. Well turns out that medication was only supposed to cost me 4.95! And they never ran it through my insurance! I was so mad but didn't want to go through the hassle of submitting a claim plus I threw away the receipt. All I know is I will never use this pharmacy again. read more

I'm a combat veteran, who now suffers from kidney stones and this place reminds me of the VA or DMV. Horrible staff and almost seem to resent the customer.
