Lady at the thrifty stand told me the family she was finishing helping were the last customers. Confused I asked we can't get two cones of ice cream, she stated no because I'm the only one and then everyone is going to want me to help them. I then turned around and saw one customer waiting at the main register, I then said if I can wait til she's done ringing her up and she said she couldn't. I then told her I would take my business elsewhere. We drove across town to the Coldstone owned by locally by Ricky Patel. FYI the only reason we decided to go to Rite aid was due to the fact that we were in that area already.

For SEVERAL YEARS, it was THE ONLY DUNKIN DONUTS IN CENTRAL CALIFORNIA. I believe soon they will open one in Fresno State, but just having a Dunkin Donuts gets some points. Now as a Walmart, this has got to be one of the weakest walmarts Ive been to. It seems, feels, and looks rather small. That's really it and why the bad score. Especially for being THE ONLY WALMART in Madera, IT SHOULD be way bigger than it should. I think the city of Madera deserves a bigger Walmart. I've written about this store before. Just an update. I am doing my part to help with the long wait…read moretime. I am getting a prescription filled that has a $500 co pay for the first 3 months. It gets better later. I went to the trouble and experienced the delays it takes to use an on-line pharmacy. It is a personal victory that Rite Aid will not see the $500. Just let the pharmacist know that I am taking his advise and going elsewhere.
