Horrible wait time in pick-up drive through pharmacy. This Walgreens pharmacy has been horrible…read moresince Covid. Wait times are quite long due to, from what I can tell, due to under staffing. It looks like only one pharmacist and one pharmacy tech on at a time to handle all prescription receiving, filling and pick up. I arrived at 1053 and am third in line in the drive up window. From the time I arrived, it's been 17 minutes for the first in line to leave at 1110. It took 17 minutes for the 2nd in line to leave at 1127 and much to my surprise I was helped and revived my Rx and departed in 1 minute and departed at 1128. A total waiting time of 35 minutes with my car running and on a 30 minute lunch break.

You mean like, Macy, Nordstrom, etc...She said Yes! Lexi is their Cosmetic Consultant and assists customers with her expertise and Walgreen's product. She is invaluable!! I prefer buying my lip stuff at Walgreens than paying a fortune At Macys. Ruby, the Manager, is very helpful, she has taken me to several products to figure out my needs. Also assisted me with coupons, very friendly, approachable and available to customers. Every cashier is super friendly, one I remember her name is Kayne, she taught me about my coupon and showed me how to use it! GOLDMINE! I turned around and bought candy. Others taught me about the coupons on-line! I now order on-line and pick-up great deals same day or next day!! Lastly, if the line is long, instantly, they get another cashier or take folks to photo for check out. I have NEVER waited in line long. The staff is well trained, friendly and I love the sales!!

First, as I was in self-checkout, she applied a $5 off coupon to my purchase, since she said she needed to test it. A few minutes later, I came back through with another purchase and she offered me another coupon! I had just gotten a 40% off one with my last receipt and said I'd use that instead, but I apparently didn't know how. I fed it into the machine prematurely and Kimberly kindly opened up the machine and retrieved my coupon so we could apply it correctly, without acting at all put out by my mistake. I just had an experience with a pharmacist named Amedpreet I think her name was…read more I wanted my pain medicine filled a day earlier than the 20 because I have a back issue and recently broke 2 ribs so I used up all my meds. I asked her if she could fill it earlier than 20 days and she said NO. I have friends and relatives that go to the same pharmacy and they have allowed them to get their medication 28 days. I looked it up online and it said that it is the pharmacist discretion to refill it early but that it can be done 1 to 2 days early. This is the very first time that I have asked them to do this for me. I feel like I am being discriminated against because the other people that told me that they got theirs early or white and I am of Hispanic. I am in the apartment management industry and if we let one person do something then we have to let everybody do something. So why is it that this pharmacist can give some people 28 days and I have to wait all 30 days.

I didn't catch his name but he was able to grab the supervisor on duty and another team member to help me get my stuck debit card out of the machine. And no, it wasn't stuck inside the card reader, my debit card literally slipped into the cracks of the register near the scanner and bagging area. Both him and I saw it slip in disbelief, with our jaws dropped, it was probably a 1/100,000 chance it would happen. Immediately he alerted another staff member and his supervisor on duty. They closed up our lane, opened up the machine from the inside out and helped me grab my debit card. I was close to letting them know I would just cancel my card and order a replacement, but they really really helped me out. I really appreciate it guys. Thank you to the team and the gentleman handling the self-check out lane today 6/6/24 @ 7PM.
