My sick husband needed his ID checked to buy Sudafed..the cashiers stood there all talking to each other and she left him waiting for 5 minutes after acknowledging he was there. (No other customers around) It took me coming in to literally stare at them for her to rudely come over and scan her little card and hurry back to hear the story. Freaking ridiculous man. read more

I go here all the time to pick up my meds. During the day, drive-thru is quick, 2-3 minutes. After 5pm, it's a long wait. The staff at the pharmacy and the store register are very helpful and nice. I enjoy going to this location. read more

Today was the 2nd and last day making a purchase. Amazon card had to wait for the cashier (a young rude 20 something) constantly texting, I literally had to wait, never looks up to greet or say a word to address me. No thank you, no hello, while texting in-between. Both visits. I needed the $100 gift card today, or I would have left. I have never given a bad review, ever! He acts like he's doing me a favor. COVID-19 phase: Great store! Clean! Workers are masked and masks are required. It is very organized too! Workers were very nice and asked if I needed help with anything from the time I walked in. I bought a birthday card for my mother and 2 "to go" cereals. Raisin Brand and Apple Jacks! Yum! I checked out with a nice and welcoming worker Troy. They have a great rewards program. I didn't have the greatest experience today. There were two ladies doing a Revlon makeup reset. One of the ladies was pretty rude to the gentleman that asked her a question before me and then when I asked a question she said "this is our business right here. You have to go to the counter and ask for help". I thought when you work somewhere good customer service is extended to all customers and throughout the whole store. I started using this particular CVS after leaving Kaiser. From the start staff were very helpful and accommodating to RX's brought over by Kaiser and continued to work between previous drs of the HMO and new physicians. Having been a longtime LONGS DRUGS customer and recognizing a couple employees from other stores I appreciated the personal touches to their service. I have many complicated prescriptions and have had a painful condition since childhood that has caused me to have multiple surgeries and changes in my prescriptions. Sami has always helped while I was dealing with serious medical conditions and adjusting to medications. Whenever I've had questions he takes the time to help. And when it comes time for immunizations he always reminds me and keeps me up to date. Unfortunately when Sami was away for a few months, or not on shift, things are far from easy. In fact I've commented to Bushra that it doesn't feel like some staff are our health advocates like they once were. And since Aetna and CVS have become one, more often than not I've had my health jeopardized and my dr made to jump through unnecessary hoops where they contradict one another causing confusion and further decline of my health. Amir makes snap judgements without ever trying to know what may be going on. For example, after having a heart attack then two weeks later getting a cancer diagnosis, he arbitrarily refused to fill a new Rx for five days that my dr instructed filled on that day. I'd like to think had he communicated with me he would have understood and issue would have been resolved. But to date there are few examples of caring. I keep hoping that this adjustment phase will end and this pharmacy can get back to enjoying the reputation they had when Sami was manager. Furthermore, it should be said that I pass at least five other pharmacies just to go this store. The people are friendly and I love the new layout. But honestly, if not for Sami and a couple other clerks, I wouldn't go out of my way. And if rating store on Sami alone I'd give a five star rating. But when acknowledging the other pharmacists I have to go with a three. read more

This review is solely for the pharmacy and pharmacy staff. They are very friendly, attentive and prompt. Sami the head pharmacist is always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations. After my baby was on a two week course of antibiotics, he suffered severe diaper rash and I was in desperate need to find relief. I tried every rash cream possible and Sami recommended a mix of OTC creams that worked miracles! I've filled rX in various pharmacies around Clovis - Walgreens, Scripps, Walmart and Costco and nothing can compare to the amazing service I get from CVS Willow and Nees. read more

There are at least 6 other CVS locations between my house and this one, but I make the longer drive because the pharmacy is great. I was prescribed a med that no other locations near me had on hand (or could figure out how to get it in a timely manner) a couple years ago so it was suggested that I try this location. They filled my prescription that I was beginning to think was almost impossible immediately with no confusion, excuses or waiting for it to come in. I literally told the pharmacy tech that I loved her once I had it in my hands because I was so happy and relieved to not have to deal with the runaround I got from my usual location. I continued to come here and have gotten great service from most of the other techs too over the years. But Sami....I don't even know where to start. He is the kindest, gentlest, most helpful person ever. Never in my life have I had a pharmacist who even had a clue who I was. He knows me by name and even remembers the medicines I take and conversations he's had with my doctors from months ago. I got all my COVID and flu shots from him and just being able to talk to him for a few minutes literally makes getting jabbed a pleasant experience. I'm sure he is extremely busy and under a lot of pressure just like the other locations seem to be, but he doesn't let that stop him from treating his customers with the care and respect they deserve. I switched my prescriptions from Walgreen's to CVS Willow/Nees. Just love Sami the pharmacist. He is always so pleasant and knowledgeable and truly wants to help people. His compassion shows and I really appreciate it. I recently went in for my flu shot and he took the time to chit chat with me regarding the Covid 19 vaccines. So glad he's back. I went into CVS on Herndon and Willow yesterday. I grabbed some items I regularly buy and upon check out I did not receive my 20% CVS Care Pass discount on CVS Items. I asked the woman ringing me up and she looked at me oddly I'm So I asked to see a manager. She said she was the manager and asked me how she was supposed to know why it did not come up. I left all of my items in the counter and walked out. I stopped at another CVS and the discount was automatically applied easily. I will not shop at a store where the "manager" does not know how to nor care to help customers. Sad because I used to shop there all the time. read more

We were at the pharmacy dept on June 28th 2021 to get our second dose for the covid unfortunately we were declined to get it due without any appt even though I suggested to give to my caregiver that she is 85 years old but the answer was NO. They were so rude that the pharmacy manager Amir did not even acknowledge us when we were talking to him(not even eye contact) I can't imagine he's that busy to look up. If you call or go on line they say no appt are welcome. I am sorry to say that even though the technician was rude talking to us as well . Sad that there is no customer service in this world any more particularly this location CVS . They need to know without us they would not have job. read more

This company sent me 3 texts over the weekend updating the status of 4 new prescriptions called in by my physician, and still could not get it right! The pharmacist in charge, (long scraggly hair) doubles down and defends the incorrect/misleading information sent to me by the automated CVS app. He further defended his rude Pharm. Tech. who basically called me a liar for telling her I received a Sunday text stating the meds being available. AND FINALLY, beware this company putting medication on auto refill when I NEVER authorized it! This ALL could have been avoided had AMIR been open enough to listen and acknowledge the MUTIPLE failures in this experience... instead AMiR is condescending, rude and has ZERO customer service skills. From what I have read I am not the only customer that has experienced him. BTW, this is the pharmacy we have used since it was a Long's Drugs and I have received nothing but kindness and informed help from SAMI, for this reason I will continue to shop with CVS but will not deal with AMIR again! read more

Pharmacy claimed to have everything we need and it would be ready within the hour. We are now at 2 hours, nothing is ready, and it turns out they do not have a drug which was guaranteed. I'm still sitting here waiting. This is the norm for this location. They are slow and uniformed. read more

Sami was the most helpful Pharmacist ever. You just don't know what you don't know! He approached me and asked if he could answer any questions or help me find something and I had not actually intended to ask for help but I decided to ask him about sinus congestion. I have been dealing with it on and off for over twenty five years and have never had much comfort from the medications or treatments. As it turns out I was really doing it all wrong all along. It's way too complex to get into in a review so I will just say he totally straightened me out on how, when, why, how much and for how long to use medications and taught me the right way to do the treatments. In less than twenty minutes I received the knowledge I had been pursuing for over twenty five years and my mind was just blown! I was not even looking for help he came up to me and offered and the way he explained stuff I now have a unique understanding and it's literally life changing. I have never seen customer service like this in my 45 years of life, most places have someone who is willing to answer your questions or point you in the right direction but Sami actually went out of his way to make sure I really, really understood what he was explaining and now I am getting some relief and I am getting much more relief from my allergy congestion. I am so grateful to have been the beneficiary of his kind willingness to share his knowledge and I can't thank him enough. I used to love this store and would give it 5 stars but most of the pharmacy staff is new and somewhat rude. Youssi is still the Pharmacy Manager so that saves the store. There is one pharmacist(asian woman) and some Pharmacy technicians who are very rude and unprofessional. I really loathe having to deal with these staff members, but we have come here for years, even before they changed to CVS. The customer service has slipped a great deal, and I actually have taken some of our prescriptions down the street to Walgreens. I really hope this problem gets fixed. read more

Great experience at this pharmacy today! The young woman that took my RX was friendly, and found coupons to discount my RX. The pharmacist reviewed my 3 Rx's with me. She was kind and made sure I understood how and when to take my meds. I was not feeling well, so to have this type of excellent service was greatly appreciated! The whole process took 10 min. I have gone to the CVS pharmacy for years, and my experience this last weekend left me pretty upset, specifically with their PHOTO department. I had ordered a photo collage online and it was supposed to be completed by 9:00am, on Father's Day morning. It was a gift for my dad that I was going to give him at dinner that evening. I didn't receive an email, text, phone call telling me it was ready or wasn't... so finally by 2 pm I decided to call them. I was informed that they were out of paper and could not print my photo. The lady at photo then transferred me to the manager as if she didn't want to deal with it and the manager told me the same thing. I informed the manager that I was told that my photo was to be ready at 9 am that morning and needed it for a gift that evening. She again told me they couldn't do it because they were out of photo paper. I asked her if they could get photo paper from another location or send my order to another location to be made and she told me no. As the customer, I should have received a phone call when they received my photo order to tell me they were out of paper and couldn't do it... I should not have had call them hours after it should have been completed. Bottom line, I will no longer go to them for my photo needs. read more

Great staff and pharmacy... They always are very busy but appear to do their best to accommodate everyone. Cannot fault them for occasionally running out of something; only takes a day to get it. Only happened once to me and I have about 12 prescriptions they fill for me every 90 days. read more
