For the most part the location serves its purpose. Be very carful when you order photos online though. 3 orders, 4 calls to corporate and 2 days later I finally get my photos that were supposed to be done in an hour. Employees and friendly and courteous, typical drug store. Since this location is so close to my home I will most likely be back. The pharmacy staff is absolutely terrible. On top of being LAZY, they are ignorant. Especially the male pharmacist that works nights. They are a 24 hour pharmacy for a reason, however, they pick and choose if they want to fill your prescription or not. I went in around midnight to fill a prescription because I was leaving town for a couple days and it was a necessity to have for the trip. Not only was the pharmacist rude, he acted as if I was an interruption to his work. News flash, the customer is your work. The customers well being is clearly not very high on his priority list. This surely does not fall in line with Walgreens mission statement and the companies visions. He told me that he will not fill it and his job is to fill prescriptions from people who have visited an urgent care. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I generally like to give 2 to four-star reviews. But in this case this Walgreens it was amazing. It was 1230 in the morning and my daughter needed pain medication. So I went to this pharmacy and was able to get the prescription filled. The pharmacist was super nice and he did a very thorough job. He explained how to use the medication and how to best avoid complications with using the medication. Much like normal pharmacist. But what separated this from any other visit was it was in the morning when most pharmacies were closed. The prescription was filled in very quick order and we were able to get the medication to my daughter. Thank you Walgreens pharmacy and thank you to the pharmacist for the quickly filling my prescription, Being open 24 hours, and for the very nice demeanor of the pharmacist. read more

This is WORST pharmacy I have ever used. I have been using them for several years, because they are the only pharmacy around that is open 24 hours. I have a lot of prescriptions, and usually have to pick up prescriptions 2-4 times a month. At one point years ago I could get all my prescriptions at one time. But due to serious incompetence by their staff, things got all mixed up. Prescriptions were delayed, and some just disappeared from the list. Almost every single time they manage to mess something up. They call you and leave a long message saying your prescription order is ready, when it is not complete. They are rude and condescending. I am disabled and have to get a ride to the store. Even when it shows everything is ready on their website, many times it hasn't been, resulting in a wasted trip. I am finally finished with this circus. I will never set foot in this place again. I have found another pharmacy. I don't know how well they will do, but they can't possibly be as bad as the Walgreens at 1919 N Dobson in Chandler. I honestly don't know how they survive with such bungling incompetence. read more

Needed pictures by 7am - went online and Walgreens online gave different times at different stores for pickup - selected this store for 6:50am pickup - called to confirm order about a half hour later only to be told there is no one in photo until 8am. I asked why the system would provide me with a pickup time earlier than that and the employee said, "our system does not know, it is a corporate thing I can't change - it has been that way for 2-3 years". I said,"don't you think it is something that you need to pursue fixing?" And he said he can't do anything. Interestingly enough while I was on hold the system told me ALL services are available 24 hours a day, stop by anytime. The employee said, "yea, except photo." I said I was going to place a complaint and all he said was "ok". No one was concerned with solving the problem. read more

The days of a friendly staff there ended years ago. Ive been shopping at this location for over a decade and it's sad how it's gone down hill. The only friendly staff is Debbie, Jeff and Priti. Iv"e had a older lady named I think Mimi accuse my child of stealing while with me, she has refused to do my return acting as she didn't know how to do it. After the manager did my return he said he was very sorry and he was confused on why she treated the return that way since in his words shew has been working there over 20yrs. I believe she is put off by my extreme amount of tattoos. Today when I walked in the store she saw me and about ran the other way and the other three staff on the sales floor didn't speak to me. The lady at the register was awsome though. I had one staff member who is a very large older woman at the register (always sitting down on a chair) refuse to sell me ciggs until my daughter showed her ID??? I talked to the staff and that isn't even a thing. So by that logic if I have my minor child with me I cant purchase cigarettes ever? Even if I am getting other items like candy for my kids? I stood in line a couple nights ago (2 lanes open) when it was my turn at the 2nd register the cashier didn't even look at me and just told the one at the 1st register (who had a customer) that she was going to clean the bathrooms and walked off leaving me there. The worst is when I have witnessed the managers scolding a cashier while there is a line of people. I could go on and on with stories of rude staff from the last few years, these are just the last month.....I worked 10 yrs for the same retail store as a cashier, then sales expert and eventually a manager and I have never treated customers like this. If a customer complained about my staff, it was a conversation and a training opportunity for sure. I don't believe they take it serious when told because it keeps happening. The ONLY place in that entire store that never fails my family is the pharmacy staff. Train your staff on customer service and hire people who act like they want to be there..... read more

Super convenient - used the photo center many of times! Easy to use the website to upload photos or you can take a flash drive into the store to order prints.....I can't believe how quickly they are able to print the pictures! read more

Their pharmacy service is horrible. They gave my credit card to another drive and the driver took off. I had to get a new card becasue of walgreens. They have been careless with my card a few times before too. I dont recommend walgreens to anyone! I sure do miss OSCO! read more
