I've been going to this pharmacy for years and their service had been average, however lately their staff in the pharmacy have been rude and extremely poor in customer service. Dont ask any questions about your scripts, they get annoyed and condescending that you're asking. Leeann, a tech, has zero active listening skills and repeats the same words no matter your clarifying questions and gets extremely rude about it. I am not making an order at McDonald's, I am asking about my medical prescription ordering and instructions. If this pharmacy wants to talk to people like they are ordering at a fast food restaurant, they should work across the street at McDonald's. AND it was 7:45 in the morning. No one should start their day off at an establishment that is rude to their customers. Life is hard enough, we just want our medical prescriptions, provided by our physicians, and just a little bit of kindness. That must be too much to ask at this Walgreens. read more

Pharmacy is really really bad. I called for my son's prescription and I got transferred 5times between different people for 20mins being put on hold every time. And when I was able to talk to the pharmacist or tech they didn't even answer my question and hung up the phone before I was finished. Very bad customer service and I will never go this pharmacy again. The only reason I went there in first place was because it is 24hrs pharmacy and I needed prescription filled for my son over weekend. read more

Fill your prescriptions at another pharmacy, unless you are ok with waiting 20 minutes in line with one car in front of you. It is absolutely ridiculous. Understandable they may be understaffed, but for it taking that long to grab your prescriptions (if they haven't lost them, can't find it etc) is totally unacceptable. read more

I would give less stars if I could. I have a really bad cold and wanted to talk to a pharmacist for over the counter suggestions and they left me on hold for an hour and that was after a disconnect and calling back again! I would suggest to anyone in this area to go to the Walgreens at Dobson and chandler Blvd instead. Much better customer service and no blah blah blah excuses. Issues with medication nearly every time. I've had the wrong meds given altogether and this most recent time I was given 6 pills more than my medication was filled for. This could be dangerous for those who aren't paying attention or those that need special care. The front, non-pharmaceutical employees are nice though and the store seems stocked. There's a brown haired lady that works in the cosmetics section that goes above and beyond and she's the reason for any stars at all. read more

The two girls working in the pharmacy (one of them Sara) are terrible! During the hour that I was waiting I heard them talking about numerous customers after they left. I hope their management reminds them that many of their customers are sick or caring for someone sick and deserve patience, not to be ridiculed loud enough for everyone in the waiting area to hear. read more

I would definitely not recommend this pharmacy. It's unfortunate that it is the only 24 hour location in Chandler area. I waited in drive through for 30 min, for the pharmacist to tell me that they cannot give over the counter Sudafed for my little girl who is sick. My best advice would be to find another pharmacy. They were short staffed, you would think given the busiest time of the year when everyone is getting sick they would be better prepared. read more

This is mainly about the photo center service. 5/5 stars for the rest of the store. Got an email that my business card order was ready for pickup, showed up an hour later, and the girl said they weren't ready. She told me they wouldn't be for ~45 more minutes so I decided to go home. 10 minutes later as I was pulling up to my house, she called to tell me they were ready. She also didn't put it in the right place so when I went back later, the next shift worker had to search the whole area before finding them. Two stars instead of one because the business cards were great and really easy to make online. We also got a few in store items and the cashier was very friendly. Driving in traffic for 40 minutes because of such avoidable miscommunication was just a very frustrating experience. read more

I just got released from the hospital for brain surgery. The staff was very rude on the phone and made it almost impossible to switch my medications from there non-24 hour location to this one. Get it together people, last I checked it was the same company. I was barely acknowledged by the tech, and I had to pay out of pocket for my pain pills! Really!?! I have stage IV breast cancer and just had brain surgery for a tumor met. There service is terrible. Compassion training is needed badly here. read more

I have been calling to check on mine and my daughters perception since 5 p.m. It is now 8:40 and have yet to have anyone answer. My husband has dealt with the same problem when calling to get info about my stepson's perception. They call and say they need more info about our insurance and then NEVER answer when you do what they ask. read more

I am a regular Walgreens user the benefit of the shared computer data makes the medicine pick up easy. This time was not so pleasant. I was scheduled for oral surgery and sent my good friend to drop off scripts to be ready 2 hours later: seemed like plenty of time, right? Well, they were not ready and required thirty minute wait in the drive through. They did not run the insurance and my dear friend had to fork out a bunch of money. So, feeling very sore I headed to the store to straighten it out. The process Took two personnel and they seemingly had no remorse for my return. I am sticking with the Guadalupe/ McClintock Walgreens locale. Might not be Trent four hours but when open they are attentive and have good service. read more

Waited 55 minutes in store for Rx from 11:10-12:05. Checked back with pharmacy. Very nice tech said they were out and found med at different location. At this time tech mentioned co-pay was $82. Decided after waiting all that time, and without knowing cost that I couldn't afford the medication. Left store at 12:08 and came back at 12:11 to pick up script I'd left behind. At 13:06 pharmacy called to say there was a delay and "we're working on it." Why don't they just say "we're out"? Is it that they don't want to lose the business? After 30 years with this location, a very frustrating experience. Will find another pharmacy. read more

Lately I have been coming back to this store but not sure why. Their service sucks. Pharmacy giving wrong info, putting rx reward points on some other card when they have my phone #, not knowing what they have in stock when I can clearly see it, also pointing me to "out there" for a sudafed product. Then there's the photo lab that works banker's hours (no offense to the banking profession, we all know you actually don't work bankers hours, but that's the saying). Don't try n come before or after work to get your passport pix. No one can help you. I had to find a 24 hour pharmacy and this was the only one open in a Sunday morning at 5AM. Greg (the pharmacist) was friendly, very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I just got back from a trip to Georgia, and realized that I had left my daughter's medication there. Frantically, I called this store and the guy that answered on 7/7/17 at 10pm wss very friendly and helpful. He gave me an emergency fill to get us time to get with the doctor's. The fall that came to the window was friendly and smiled genuinely add she handed me the medication and told mee there would be no charge this time! I have called this store before and I think there is a crotchety older guy that works there, but while his personal skills aren't great, he always helped me top the best of his ability and even went out of his way one time. If I could give zero stars I would. I use to love Walgreens been going for years so has my family. The Walgreens near my house was shut down and I had to go to this one. I call the lady on the phone off the bat had an attitude for no reason. I got frustrated hung up and called the manger. The manger was very nice not sure if it was the pharmacist but he assured me my prescription would be ready by 12. 12 comes around on my Walgreens app it said it was delayed. I called the pharmacy asked to speak to manger through the robot lady brought me to pharmacist, which I would assume is the manger. I'm not sure if it was the same guy I spoke to in morning. I don't think so. Well as I was explaining what had gone on it put me on hold again then hung up on me. I've called 5 times now to be put on hold and then it hangs up on me... I'm not sure if it's the phones or what. I'm just over Walgreens, I requested a transfer for CVS to have my prescriptions be sent at CVS but it will take a couple days and I'm still out on my prescription. As I'm writing this review I'm still on hold listening to this music lol. Even the CVS guy said it's ridiculous how unorganized they are and understaffed. I mean it's not their fault who ever works there because I'm not sure their work environment is like, I understand it's hard times but damn I'm disappointed. It's like if you hung up on why not try to call back? Especially if you know I'm having prescription problems and I need it filled because I'm out. Pray for me hopefully I get ahold of someone to get this prescription. Can't wait to be with CVS. Walgreens you are a mess. It's been 2 hours!! Come on Walgreens!! There was a blond women in the pharmacy (not wearing her mask properly). She seemed very annoyed at my questions. All we would say was "We don't know... These guys are not very smart. I called on a Monday to refill a prescription. They said it would be ready on Tuesday. I went there Tuesday to pick it up. They said they didn't fill it and that they had to order it for Thursday. I called Thursday and they still did not fill the prescription. I finally gave up and went to CVS instead. Seriously. I don't understand why it's so difficult. They are lucky that that my prescription is not for a critical condition. read more

Online photos print out fast, so they do honor their 1 hour same day pick up. However, I'm not sure why they give you different options for picture sizes if it is not true/inconvenient. For example: a standard size may be 5x7. You have an option for other sizes, such a 4x6, however your photo will print out with an extra white space that you'll have to cut off. I'm confused why that happens... or why it isn't cut to size for when customers come to pick up. read more

My local Walgreens. The staff has been fine during the times I've interacted with them. The pharmacy techs are pleasant. They usually have what I'm looking for when I go there. My only complaint would be for Walgreens Corporate. Back in late spring Walgreens was the exclusive retail partner for Save The Children and their "Red Nose day" campaign. I checked multiple, over 7, Walgreens WAY in advance of the May 21st Red Nose Day and not one had any Red Noses left. A lot of them, including this location, told me they didn't get many in and they were sold out quickly. BOOO on you Walgreens. While I realize there were plenty of other ways to donate to Save The Children, which we did, running out of Red Noses way before the official campaign day was uncool. Oh, and I also found it interested that I did not see ONE red nose that day. And I was out and about ALL day. Not one person in a car, not one person at C's school, not one person out shopping. NO ONE was wearing a red nose. HMMM. Decent service, decent selection, decent staff. 3 Stars. read more

I hate going to this pharmacy late at night, since there is never anyone working at the front they have this incredibly loud and annoying buzzer go off whenever someone comes into the store. This location has a liquor dept, and the other chick is right - FUNNY older guy there often. Totally talked me into buying whip cream vodka when I just went to the counter to buy a wine opener! The pharmacy staff is absolutely terrible. On top of being LAZY, they are ignorant. Especially the male pharmacist that works nights. They are a 24 hour pharmacy for a reason, however, they pick and choose if they want to fill your prescription or not. I went in around midnight to fill a prescription because I was leaving town for a couple days and it was a necessity to have for the trip. Not only was the pharmacist rude, he acted as if I was an interruption to his work. News flash, the customer is your work. The customers well being is clearly not very high on his priority list. This surely does not fall in line with Walgreens mission statement and the companies visions. He told me that he will not fill it and his job is to fill prescriptions from people who have visited an urgent care. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
