Every single month the pharmacy screws things up. Its never quick or easy. Every month i pick up 3 prescriptions. It seems like they have no clue how to do their job. I understand that shit happens & days that nothing goes right. I typically would never write a review abt something going wrong cuz hey it happens. But in this case its every single time! I thought ok maybe they r new. But nope its the same few people that always work at this pharmacy. Its so bad that it really has me thinking that they must all be getting HIGH on their supply. What totally convinced me of this. Is I called prior to getting my meds refilled to make sure they had this one medication in stock. (Im trying to do this to hopefully avoid there being any issues.) she said: "Yes but Im not sure how many." I said ok well Ive called other walgreens b4 to check this same thing b4 & they r able to look up how many pills they have in stock...Her response: "Yes but our count is always off, its never right. So thats why Im not sure." How this pharmacy has not been investigated & shut down I have no idea! Plus not to mention how unprofessional they are & rude! Will say they will fill on such date. Then when that date comes say no it cant be filled for 3 more days. Even tho they first told me something else entirely. These people should not be working at a pharmacy. Peoples lives r in their hands. I wonder how many people have Died because of the people thats working in this pharmacy...?? read more

This pharmacy location is literally the worst! They have the rudest, most incompetent staff that I have ever encountered! We have issues with processing our refills every single time and they act like we are stupid when they are the ones that don't know how to do their job properly. I am taking my family's business elsewhere after they were incredibly rude to myself and my daughter today! Don't waste your time trying to have a normal medication pick up at this location. this is the worst pharmacy ever. I always called to make sure it's ready to pick up. Crystal always said ready by 5:00 and never is. She is always rude, every time short of stuff is excuse, last words was " that's not how it works!! " now I have to miss medication tonight and tomorrow morning. This is second time it happened. When I call about prescription my doctor just sent she rudely said there's no refill and it's expired. A few days later I got a message from other staff that it's filled. This Walgreens is pretty standard. I was running low on a prescription while out of town and ordered my prescription to be refilled here. The quickest turn around time the app could give me was two hours, which was just a hair longer than I predicted we'd be at lunch. However, after just an hour, I got a text/call from Walgreens advising it was ready. The pharmacy cashier was helpful in updating my Walgreens account since they've made some recent changes with it. Overall, this Walgreens did what I needed it to. My script was filled quickly and the employees were friendly enough. No complaints! read more

The day I went to Walgreens. They were understaffed, and I was trying to get my passport photo taken luckily enough this was the fourth place I tried to go to to receive said passport photos and because they were understaffed they had to close the passport photo area but luckily enough after explaining my situation to one of the best employees there she took it upon herself to make sure that I was able to get said photos and her name is Thelma and she absolutely deserves to be running that store or at least give that lady raise, she must absolutely deserve it! Walgreens as a store is dependable and their people so far have been great. The Pharmacy on the other hand is from Mars as far as Walgreens is concerned. The pharmacy in my opinion is the worst I've ever encountered. From the front line service to the Pharmasist! Zero stars!!! This was the straw that broke the camels back. After many failures with the pharmacy, this one takes the cake. I'm a diabetic and my medication is life dependent, of course this is important to me. They could care less and they have this who cares attitude, it is what it is. The pharmacist today in her own words told me to take a hike, go someplace else if you don't like it. I dropped off a very detailed, very concise, typed request for Rx to be transferred on 12-31-20. I checked my account of one of the pharmacies to see if the Rx had been transferred, for 3 days and they were not? I called Walgreens and spoke to someone in the Pharmacy and was told that they did not have my request, and the phone was disconnected. I called back and talked to a different Pharmacy staff member and told that she had found my request and told that it was being saved for them to refill. Three days later!!!! This is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! A customer should not have to wait 3 days to have Rx transferred and filled!!!!!!!!!! I will not have any Rx filed at this Walgreen's in the future!!!!!!! read more

Call the store before going there and was told by pharmacy Tech Zack, appointments were not required for Flu shots get to the store and they bold face lied to me saying they are required. So mad! Waited more than half an hour in line because I was boxed in. Finally make it to the window and none of our medications that were supposed to be done were done. Both my husband and myself had called in our meds days earlier. They said it would be another fifteen minutes as they hadn't started on them. Gonna be shopping around for a new pharmacy. Dealing with pharmacies and insurance is never a fun experience, especially as I age. I have recently had a couple hiccups with my insurance covering meds and the use of those seemingly phony coupons we can get online. Most of the staff there has been unable to resolve the issues, leaving me hanging out with no meds or an extortionary cost. One great employee there, Courtney, has dug into my problem twice and saved the day. She probably has no idea how life changing her service is to a confused older person, I can't thank her enough. I can't give the place 5 stars because other than her, the service is pretty vanilla. read more

Went in to purchase facemasks. The showed me where they were. I noticed they were made in China and asked if they had any made in the USA, and she said no. I said they really should look into that, and another woman employee quickly inserted, "That's corporate!" I said that I know that I can't be the only one that feels that way and if enough people complain and pass it on you you employees and you pass it on then maybe they'll get the message. Crickets. The next 10 minutes were spent with the cashier trying to figure out how to ring it up and made two price mistakes that had to be corrected. In the meantime I'm now late for work. I came in here for a few quick need items while on my vacation. Yeah I am the one who forgot to pack her toothbrush. Store was clean and an average Walgreens to me. I got stuck at the clearance section. Leave it to me to go in for a simple toothbrush and come out with a basket full of items I didnt need while on vacation. But in my defense the prices were GREAT. Placed a next day order for photos. When I got there to pick them up there was no one in the photo center. So the only cashier had to abandon her post to help me and one other woman. I got my photos, and went to get in line to pay, and the the same cashier had an elderly lady waiting to check out, and took quite a while (not the cashiers fault.) The poor cashier immediately called for back up, and a bald man in a Grey shirt, who I am assuming is the manager, yelled back there is no one to help. He was doing absolutely nothing, walked over to the photo center, where there was no one waiting because the single cashier already helped us. The elderly lady in front of me needed assistance out to the car, and by this time there was a line from the front all the way to the photo center behind me. Since the manager was nowhere to be found by this time, nor did it seem that he gave a flying f*ck, the cashier had to go help her out, as she should because this elderly lady definitely needed assistance. I was on break from work and didn't have time for this, so I was forced to leave my pictures and come back tomorrow. MANAGERS NEED TO SUPPORT THEIR TEAM. If the can't do that they should not be managers. This poor cashier was clearly stressed and knew customers were getting frustrated. She did absolutely nothing wrong and this all could have been avoided had the manager done something about it. So either employ better managers, or make sure you have enough coverage for the night. Its not fair to expect one single employee to carry the whole store. After seeing how Walgreens treats their employees, I likely will not do any business with them in the future. read more
