I thought ok maybe they r new. But nope its the same few people that always work at this pharmacy. Its so bad that it really has me thinking that they must all be getting HIGH on their supply. What totally convinced me of this. Is I called prior to getting my meds refilled to make sure they had this one medication in stock. (Im trying to do this to hopefully avoid there being any issues.) she said: "Yes but Im not sure how many." I said ok well Ive called other walgreens b4 to check this same thing b4 & they r able to look up how many pills they have in stock...Her response: "Yes but our count is always off, its never right. So thats why Im not sure." How this pharmacy has not been investigated & shut down I have no idea! Plus not to mention how unprofessional they are & rude! Will say they will fill on such date. Then when that date comes say no it cant be filled for 3 more days. Even tho they first told me something else entirely. These people should not be working at a pharmacy. All the other trips I've bought multiple items and was over charged anywhere from a few dollars to over $80. I'm not the only one, each time there are more than 2 customers in line for refunds from being overcharged at check out. The check stand staff don't ensure you're getting your savings. You have to memorize the prices on the shelves and advocate for those prices at check out. Oh, and the app-if it's working, is practically worthless. It's like it's designed for you to give up on your savings. Thankfully, the refund process is reasonably easy after waiting in the customer service line for however long once you've already gone through the checkout line.

The blonde cashier was very nice and even got me a lower price of one of my meds with Fred Meyer's discount card program. Then she offered to set up auto refill so now my med just fills by itself before I need it. Super helpful and I will be coming back for any med needs!

This is exactly why I specifically ask the pharm tech if my prescription can be filled BEFORE I give them my prescription. On Sunday 11/26/2023, I was told my medication was in stock and would be filled that day. When I came to pick it up, four days later I was told it hadn't been filled and could not be filled. The pharmacist then began screaming at me from behind two rows of cabinets in a VERY rude and curt tone. She was 100% out of line and completely unprofessional. I work in customer service all day and I know when to stand my ground and be firm. I was NOT raising my voice, I was not accusing anyone, I just told them that I was informed my medication WAS in stock and my prescription should've been ready on 11/26/2023 for pick up. Had it NOT been in stock, then I would've kept my prescription and went elsewhere like I have previously in the past. For the actual pharmacist to speak to guest in this way is not good mannerism. She wasn't even a part of the conversation I was having with the pharmacist tech. Someone needs to have a chat with her and ask her if this position is something she should continue pursuing or if another career choice may benefit her attitude accordingly. I've already had it with Fred meyers Lakeway location, now your Bakerview location is treating their guests horribly too? Y'all need to step your game up fredmeyers. So disappointing.
