Pretty sure this Rite Aid is going out of business. I know the company went bankrupt, I just feel terrible for the employees. I am always in a hurry unbeknownst to them of course nowadays aren't we all in a hurry up & rush mode . Rite Aid has always been very accommodating and has delivered fast friendly service. Don't tell me when I call that you carry a particular type of medication for my Rx but then tell me when I drive back to get it, "Oh, we don't carry that type". Really? Bad service asked about a prescription that was out of stock. Before finding out what the prescription was or who I was said yeah better go find it somewhere else. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Employee Jeff told me at 7pm (open until 9pm) that no way could they fill my script until next day as they had 500 prescriptions to fill. Ok so next day I call. And told rudely on the phone that they are working on it and it will be ready in 2, hours. Go to store 2 hours later and told by Jeff not ready and I wait 45 minutes and ready finally. He seamed really put out by my single prescription. I understand being behind and it may take awhile. I wish I could give zero stars. Their pharmacy is terrible! I went to them because they're way closer to my home, but it's worth going ten miles out of my way to avoid the misinformed pharmacists and techs. Every time I fill a prescription they tell me ten minute wait. After forty minutes I leave. And then they still do t have it ready the next day! Kindness goes a long way for me and the lack of service would be forgivable if they were kind, but they're not. read more

An abomination to health care and pharmacy's. Took over three hours to fill out my prescription that I needed not only to heal from my sickness but also my medications that were to dull my symptoms so I could return to work. It Took them quadruple the time that Costco's or Fred Myers ever takes. No sure what type of flawed operation they are running but they need to fix it. I've been using this pharmacy for many years An the past 8 months each months they mess up my refills, tell me to come back , call to say they are ready then to be told that I need to come back in 20 mins; I use the same meds month after month, they dick me around at refill time An I run out of my meds having side affects that could be aviodied ! read more

If I could give Zero stars I would. Always a problem when I come here. I've come here for prescriptions a for over a year and not one single time has my prescription been ready when it said it would be, even when I go the day following the day I requested to pick up....still not ready. Why offer specific pick up times if you NEVER fill by those times. Also the staff is rude and uncooperative. They don't help and don't seem to care the least bit when things are not ready for pick up. Not so much as a sorry when things are ready for pick up. This is my last time coming. Really bad pharmacy. They didn't help me for awhile and I was the only one in line while I watched as 6 people were on shift and not acknowledging me. They are known to do buddy pack system and I was sent there for my first experience with that and they had no knowledge on the matter that all the doctors said they do. They seriously proceeded to get the prescription and do lots of stuff as I waited even longer to then not even give me the prescription cause they were confused. read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy and we will be switching our prescriptions to another pharmacy!!! The pharmacy tech is so rude and nothing is ever filled on time and when asked why something that was submitted by the Emergency Room and they've had 10 hours to fill it and it still isn't done the woman on the drive thru was so rude and unprofessional about it!! Would give zero stars if I could. This pharmacy has the most routinely rude employees that I have EVER encountered anywhere. I am a pretty mellow low key person that never asks for anything complicated, or difficult. I have had them hang up on me, throw things across the counter at me, act angry at me for picking up prescriptions, and lose or just "not receive" prescriptions. There is ALWAYS some problem with their fax, their email, their drive through window etc. The young man that works there ( I believe his name is Ruben?) is the RUDEST person that I have ever had the bad luck to communicate with. He has literally thrown my stuff across the counter, and told me to "grab your own receipt. you're capable" I have been with Rite Aid in many locations, my entire adult life, and I have had enough. read more

The pharmacy has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I tried for several years to go to this pharmacy only because of the location and the drive-thru. I had Rx filled on a regular basis and they lose the paper that that had my new Rx on it, they have a terrible, very unfriendly attitude each time i came to drop off a Rx or pick one up!!!! If I could give this pharmacy a zero I would. I pick up several prescriptions per month and they consistently say they're ready only to say they're not when I go to pick them up. Lines are long due to the slow service. No one seems able to find anything. The default is always 'come back later'. Very disappointing and frustrating. If u value ur time find another pharmacy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a few months but it's clear they don't value service or their clientele. read more

This review is for the pharmacy services - had to make 3 trips just to get my prescription. The first time I was told that my Rx had been "sent back" despite my text confirmation showing it was available until the following day. The second time I tried to get the employee to scan my GoodRx card through the drive-through and they weren't able to do so. Third time I go there I'm told it would take 20 minutes just to re-process my Rx so it could be covered by GoodRx. I would highly recommend you go to another pharmacy. read more

Be sure to double check your receipt. I bought a couple items at the Rite Aid in Marysville, and after I left I noticed the clerk added 64 cents for "Kidcents contribution." She did not ask if I wanted to contribute. The same thing happened to me at the Mount Vernon store a few months ago. This is wrong! I have worked here previously a few years ago, and have been a consistent gold member for years. So you can imagine why I wouldn't appreciate being followed through the store by a "wanna be" cop with sunglasses on. When I was checking a pull away label on makeup to see if the brand tested on animals, I was immediately approached and was told I can't open the merchandise, as if I was trying to do something wrong. He didn't hesitate to assume I was up to no good. After years of being a dedicated employee and gold customer I can confidently say I am never shopping here again, ever. read more

Yesterday after having oral surgery I stopped here to get my prescription filled as it was the closest pharmacy to my surgeons office. When asked by the pharmacy worker when we would like to pick up my prescription up and I told her we would wait as my anesthesia was wearing off and I was in a lot of pain. She said it would be ready in an hour so we sat there and waited. After an hour my husband went to see how much longer it would be as I was spitting up blood and swelling really bad. Well my prescription was done and just sitting there and no one had paged us or said anything to us. There obvious disregard for the well being of their customers is very alarming, as a pharmacy I would think they would be more concerned with the "people" that keep them in business. I will never use Rite Aid for anything and will pass the word to all of my friends. read more

Terrible. Signed up for my prescription to be auto filled every month and to recieve text alerts when it was ready. Never recieved a text when it was nearing refill time so I called and they had zero of my information on file. Ok no problem I understand that mistakes happen sometimes. I re enrolled. Fast forward a few months and I get a text that my prescription was ready, show up to get it and they have nothing for me. Im not in the system at all. Ridiculous. I'd rather pay twice as much for my Rx for quality service than for what I've been getting. read more

Make sure to check your bags before you leave. On two separate occasions, the cashier, same one each time, forgot to either bag an item or hand me one of my bags. If it hadn't happened to me twice by the same person, I wouldn't feel suspicious. This place always has a long line. read more
