If you happen to shop on a weekend, you might just run into their most disagreeable staff members, prime examples of whom seem to be holding down the registers. Take Lee F., for instance. I expected a pleasant checkout, but instead received an experience defined by sharp, deeply rude responses that left me wondering why she is stationed anywhere near the public. If management has any sense of self-preservation for their customer base, they might want to consider shifting her to the overnight crew where human interaction isn't a requirement. Until they figure out that a sour cashier can ruin an entire shopping experience just as fast as bruised fruit, I'll be taking my grocery budget elsewhere.
