They were talking about her nasal spray, and continued to overdwell, and overdwell and overdwell for 7-8 minutes. Not only was the conversation long, it was also not confidential for her to carry on like that with a line full of people. I think that's an appropriate for both reasons. She went on and on about one medication that the doctor had prescribed and said was okay with the patients medical history. She went on to discuss inconsequential topics with this customer. It's as if she locked in on this customer and got a kick out of sharing things that a doctor would be sharing so as to position herself as an authority on the subject. (Yes, I sincerely and truly got that air about her). She didn't even look up to let the rest of us in line know that she "would be with us in a moment." There's a fine line between being caring for a patient, and talking ad nauseam casually while others are in line. This is a strange way to do business (no social skills), and it's certainly not efficient. It's a good way to lose the business of others as well. Again, she saw that there were other people in line. didn't even look up to say "I'll be with you in a moment." (Poor customer service). Phone Calling This Place: Not to mention, when you call them the whole music goes on for such a long time (nobody answers). By default, you almost have to walk in there, only to wait some more. It's beyond me why they don't have more staffing. I honestly would only recommend this pharmacy to lonely individuals who want to talk all day long, but not individuals who are trying to pick up medicine expediently for a sick loved one at home, or for somebody who has other errands to run.

Also, I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about, this place is not that terrible compared to the ones I've been to down south. Only thing that might be wrong and different with this place is that they lock all the camping gear up, but they probably have to do that since we are in Washington State and people camp often. It was a pretty standard super center. Everything was pretty much located in the same position as other supercenters.

All the other trips I've bought multiple items and was over charged anywhere from a few dollars to over $80. I'm not the only one, each time there are more than 2 customers in line for refunds from being overcharged at check out. The check stand staff don't ensure you're getting your savings. You have to memorize the prices on the shelves and advocate for those prices at check out. Oh, and the app-if it's working, is practically worthless. It's like it's designed for you to give up on your savings. Thankfully, the refund process is reasonably easy after waiting in the customer service line for however long once you've already gone through the checkout line.

The blonde cashier was very nice and even got me a lower price of one of my meds with Fred Meyer's discount card program. Then she offered to set up auto refill so now my med just fills by itself before I need it. Super helpful and I will be coming back for any med needs!

This is exactly why I specifically ask the pharm tech if my prescription can be filled BEFORE I give them my prescription. On Sunday 11/26/2023, I was told my medication was in stock and would be filled that day. When I came to pick it up, four days later I was told it hadn't been filled and could not be filled. The pharmacist then began screaming at me from behind two rows of cabinets in a VERY rude and curt tone. She was 100% out of line and completely unprofessional. I work in customer service all day and I know when to stand my ground and be firm. I was NOT raising my voice, I was not accusing anyone, I just told them that I was informed my medication WAS in stock and my prescription should've been ready on 11/26/2023 for pick up. Had it NOT been in stock, then I would've kept my prescription and went elsewhere like I have previously in the past. For the actual pharmacist to speak to guest in this way is not good mannerism. She wasn't even a part of the conversation I was having with the pharmacist tech. Someone needs to have a chat with her and ask her if this position is something she should continue pursuing or if another career choice may benefit her attitude accordingly.
