We have been using Lab Corp on Division St for 3+ years for blood draws, etc and I've always found them to be very courteous and friendly, not to mention helpful. I make an appointment online, check in by phone from parking lot, and rarely have to wait beyond my appointment time. Results are quick to MyChart. My only complaint is the tiny parking lot, but now I usually plan to park on the street, as the lot fills up quickly. Otherwise as a lab they're the best! read more

My wife had labs drawn that are needed by her care team to make decisions on her care. When she was in the hospital they were done and reported out in 2 - 3 hours. After 3 days they were still not reported to her doctor and when she called Labcorp she got an excuse that "some labs take longer. None of the same labs took more than 3 hours when she was hospitalized. And they had them and just hadn't sent them. read more

I've been tested at the Mount Vernon Labcorp every 3 months for the last 3 1/2 years. I've found them to be friendly, quick, responsive and very efficient. There's seldom even a wait of a minute or two. Check in is super easy and the phlebotomists are always diligent about the necessary tests checking and rechecking their information. The lab is easy to find. No one likes a blood draw but the Mount Vernon lab makes it quick, easy, efficient and they are friendly from the front desk to the back. 90% of our experiences in life begin with us. My physician told me that they faxed my lab work to the Labcorp in Mount Vernon, WA and I was also told to call them to make sure they got it. Several days before my appointment, I tried calling them five times, got their voicemail every time and I left five messages with no reply. I had to fast for this blood test so I went to my appointment anyway. When I arrived I was told to check-in and when I asked if they could tell me if they had received my physician's fax for my lab work or not I was told to wait my turn for my visit. Then I heard them tell another patient in the waiting room, who had just checked in, that Labcorp had not received their lab work from their physician and since I had already been waiting 15 minutes, I asked again if they had received MY lab work or not and a different person checked for me and said, "No, they do not have it." Seriously?!!! I was beyond frustrated! I then left and went to Quest Diagnostics where they had my lab work and I got my blood test taken care of right away... even without an appointment. I will do my best to avoid going to the Labcorp in Mount Vernon, WA ever again! What is the point of having a phone if you never answer it or at the very least, reply to your voicemail in a timely manner??? Also, what is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait in the line with the walk-in patients??? read more

Front desk staff are rude and dismissive, very slow service. No direction or help while getting you checked in. They send you to a kiosk before just talking to you first. You have to individually check in for all your appointment types. I didn't know this and they made me get back in line and wait twice so was there for an hour and 30 min. Back staff lost my license and then blamed me for it being no where to be found. It had fallen in between a crack and I had to go back and look for it myself. read more

I wish I could zero. Do not go here. They only had one person working when I came to do a drug test. The person working failed to complete her job, and resulted in an unnecessary alert on my test, which they didn't even test. 3 weeks later the job I have been waiting all month for gave me an opportunity to retest thankfully. I visited this lab today and was SO impressed! First, the automated check in was easy to use and eliminated the need to wait for someone to be available to manually take and input my ID and insurance info. Keelah was cheerful and efficient! I waited 6 minutes for my "turn" and was greeted by Deb and Niki, the phlebotomists. Niki was thorough in confirming my identity and labeling the blood samples as I observed. The blood draw she performed was painless and smooth. When I questioned the number of tubes of blood drawn, she and Deb reviewed the orders and assured me the correct amount was drawn. They were patient in explaining why the number differed this time from the last time when a more extensive assay was ordered. Top notch professionals all around!! read more

I have been here several times during the pandemic due to the fact I can't wear a mask but do wear a face shield. They have great lab tech's who are good at what they do. Only negative is their limited parking. read more

Yesterday morning, July 24, 2020, I had a blood draw at LabCorp Mount Vernon. Carrie is one of the most efficient, exemplary provider of superior customer service, professional, friendly, courteous, multi tasker and probably provided me with one of the absolutely smooth seamless blood draw processes I have ever experienced. In addition, Carrie was friendly, courteous and kind to each and every person whom entered the office and asked practically the same question prior clients asked. She never once had an attitude nor lost patience. She met each client with a greeting and a warm smile and upon exit she wished each person a "nice day". Every single time I go to this lab, they cannot find my name in their files!! EVERY TIME!!!! They eventually find it but the receptionist, and I only describe her by ethnicity because I don't know her name, (she was Asian and very petite) got annoyed because I was giving her various ways my name may have been entered into their system BECAUSE THEY HAVE FOUND MY FILE ON THE PAST VISITS!!! So I KNOW it is there!!!). Then when another customer/patient came in and asked them "How are you", they acted very surprised and said "oh that's not asked of us very often, we get yelled at all day by some people" and I know very well she meant me and I did NOT yell at her! Anyway, I'm tired of their i Incompetence at this Labcorp office!!! I left a message on their corporate office number as well, as I felt whether or not the comment was directed at me, it was INAPPROPRIATE and PETTY!!!! I think is bogus how an employee can make faces at a customer. Who is there for a Pre employment drug screening to throw her hands in the air and make faces, when this person asked if there was an idea on how long it might take. Great place to have an employee acting like that. Childish read more
