Here is an optimized version of the review for Yelp:…read more "My experience at Skagit Regional Clinics was extremely disappointing. The doctors there are overworked and are expected to complete an unrealistic amount of work in a limited time frame, leading to rushed patient examinations and incomplete paperwork. It is clear that there are systemic issues within the clinic's management that need to be addressed. During my visits, I often felt hurried out of the exam room without receiving a thorough examination or proper medical advice. The doctors seemed too busy to fill out mandatory forms accurately or provide adequate treatment plans. As a result, I suffered extended recovery times and even had issues with my work injury compensation due to their negligence. Overall, I would not recommend Skagit Regional Clinics until they address these issues and provide better care for their patients." Simply go look at indeed or any job website and seek out the reviews the actual doctors who worked there are saying about the place and you will also seek out other options. If doctors are consistently overworked then they are incapable of doing a thorough complete job

Who knows their body better? The person being treated or the person who just met this person? I have called Patient Relations several times to no avail! Complete crickets! I have asked for a call from the manager of the clinic where I had my problem, and total CRICKETS! I have written 2 letters to the CEO, but he must be too busy at his villa on some Pacific Island! I guess if they make their money, they don't care about the people that they harm!

Terrible experience at billing. I wish I could put " 0 or minus star" after dealing with Billing…read moreDept. They do not want to review the bill at all. I visited this clinic in October twice since the young doc could not do I/D at first visit, I had to come back again. Tri care supposed to cover 100% for these visits as my coverage. I got billed couple hundreds dollars for one of the visits. I called Tri-care, and was told that skagit used wrong code, so they need to use correct one to submit the bill again. When I asked the lady from Tricare , she could not tell me the code, Skagit needs to call Tri-care if they have a question. I called Skagit 360-814-7575, the young lady who talked to me at 1134 am on Dec 15, 2025 told me that they did not use wrong code and I need to check my insurance for coverage, if it's wrong code, "I" need to call Tri-care and get the correct billing code to tell her because it's MY responsibility to correct the billing. I am a patient, I am not working for billing at Skagit nor Tri-care. When I asked her to call Tricare to figure out what was wrong, She said, "Skagit will not call insurance company, we already communicated with insurance company. You are responsible for this billing. " She told me to have Tricare contact Skagit or get the billing code by myself. I explained to her the staffs from Tricare cannot make outgoing call directly, but she kept saying no. I am sure they do billing hundreds everyday. Human make mistakes , but how she knows she is not wrong 100% for sure? I was refused to request for the review the bill , not willing to call insurance company. Tri-care staffs I called cannot make outgoing calls. If Skagit cannot help to solve this problem. Who would help? Basically, if they use wrong billing code, patients need to shut up and pay the whole bill?????

I had to go to urgent care for some confusing symptoms and had a really great experience. The staff…read morewere thorough and kind, without exception. I felt silly because it turned out not to be anything serious, but was treated with empathy, got good answers and left feeling reassured. Lisa Kohler was especially thoughtful, and I appreciated the quick follow up with a phone call to explain my lab results to me.

Doesn't have the entire gamet of hormones either. She will tell you pellets are not as good as her gel. She will put you on what she uses only. The problem with me was I listened to her and she completely changed what did work for me and I trusted her judgment. My mistake but she is convincing. I ended up a complete mess. For several months. I was given the wrong doses, the wrong testosterone and the wrong doses of thyroid. Please I implore you to do your research! If you need a dietary needs, great see her. But if you're going in to do your hormones, they only have what they use. Not pellets! Also, yes it's cash based. They also take many seasonal vacations. So if your a mess like I was, good luck. The entire staff leaves 10 days 4x a year, no back back up staff or on call. You are screwed. I'm still recovering from this place. Do your research. As far as the response below, Here is where my information came from. She's FACOG which is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Website says: Dr. Chinn is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, which means she was trained to take care of the person within the patient. Her approach is inherently integrative & truly holistic.  Dr. Chinn believes it is hard to treat a condition without addressing its full context, and she knows that laughter truly is the best medicine. She approaches each situation with both her refreshing sense of humor and her tremendous compassion. She has been a physician since 2001, and she has been practicing since 2005 in the greater Seattle area. In 2019, she decided to focus her practice where her true passion lies: overall women's wellness and gynecology.
