There's seldom even a wait of a minute or two. Check in is super easy and the phlebotomists are always diligent about the necessary tests checking and rechecking their information. The lab is easy to find. No one likes a blood draw but the Mount Vernon lab makes it quick, easy, efficient and they are friendly from the front desk to the back. 90% of our experiences in life begin with us. Several days before my appointment, I tried calling them five times, got their voicemail every time and I left five messages with no reply. I had to fast for this blood test so I went to my appointment anyway. When I arrived I was told to check-in and when I asked if they could tell me if they had received my physician's fax for my lab work or not I was told to wait my turn for my visit. Then I heard them tell another patient in the waiting room, who had just checked in, that Labcorp had not received their lab work from their physician and since I had already been waiting 15 minutes, I asked again if they had received MY lab work or not and a different person checked for me and said, "No, they do not have it." Seriously?!!! I was beyond frustrated! I then left and went to Quest Diagnostics where they had my lab work and I got my blood test taken care of right away... even without an appointment. I will do my best to avoid going to the Labcorp in Mount Vernon, WA ever again! What is the point of having a phone if you never answer it or at the very least, reply to your voicemail in a timely manner??? Also, what is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait in the line with the walk-in patients???

It would definitely change the way a person is treated! I will never go to this place again, even if I was dying! I told her that I expect my weight to be measured. She said that will change it without measuring and didn't do it. This effect the insurance company decision for me.

There is no way to know which locations do have tables because you can't call and speak to anyone, anywhere, nor can you find that out on their website. I took a chance on Snohomish based only on some good reviews. So glad I did. Ayanna, the only person working there, was very pleasant, kind and skillful, and very careful with the paperwork. She put me at ease as I have a major fear of needles. I didn't feel a thing. The place was also clean and private, and check in was all automatic at a kiosk. Made an appointment on their website on Friday morning for a Friday morning (same day appointment)…read more Arrived early and the place was quiet as there was no one in the waiting room. I signed in at a mobile kiosk with my driver's license and insurance card. A few minutes later I was in the back with a friendly young phlebotomist. She was super patient with me (I have difficult veins) and I have to say she is one of the best I have dealt with in recent years. What could be easier? Nothing! Very clean, nice parking lot with lots of spots. Safe area. My new go to lab yay!
