Perilla leaves, Vietnamese fresh gingers, lettuce, salad mix, cucumbers, beautiful heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, regular basil and Thai basils, etc.. are available now. they had some eggplants earlier but gone now. The store has a crisp and clean feel to it and has all the selection as their other stores. Brands like Labubu, Skullpanda, Dimoo, Hirono, Pucky, Peach Riot, Molly and more! I used to work at Alderwood Popmart for a long time. I knew the workers there, so I would visit…read morethem on my breaks as a now customer, to chat with any employee that's not busy. I would wait patiently and back away when they're helping other customers. But the managers are kicking me out for being a distraction. I am basically not allowed to come in anymore for just chatting. I was told I'm being disrespectful for not listening when being told I can't come in and chat anymore because employees will get in trouble if they specifically talk to me. But they have regulars that come in and visit weekly and all employees chat with them every time for a long period of time. I don't appreciate this disrespect and being treated differently from other customers and regulars just because I used to work there and it doesn't apply to any other customer that comes in and just chats with the employees.

This is one of my favorite annual events…read more Local shops come to the Leif Erikson Hall and put up booths selling various items, often between 25-75% off original prices! I've been attending the last few years, but I only go on the first night, and I know on that night, they offer a few beer options for around $5 so that you can "sip and shop" as you stroll through the aisles. Sometimes it's crowded, especially since the space isn't huge. However, it's a happy atmosphere, you get to support small local businesses, and the prices can't be beat. I always leave with at least one or two items. Because it's so centrally located, it's great to explore the rest of downtown Ballard afterwards!
