Disappointing customer service and lack of follow-through…read more I have been trying to resolve an issue with an item from one of my orders since 2025. I contacted Ulta at that time and was told that they were working on resolving the issue. In 2026, I contacted Ulta again, and a representative accessed my order and confirmed that the item had never been shipped. She apologized for the situation and told me that I would receive either a refund or a reshipment, along with a follow-up email. However, I never received that email. I contacted Guest Services again, and the issue was escalated. Despite the previous confirmation that the item had never been shipped, I was ultimately told that neither a refund nor a reshipment could be provided. What frustrates me most is not the item itself, but the lack of follow-through, the conflicting information, and the amount of time I have spent trying to resolve an issue that I originally reported in 2025. I expected better communication and customer service from Ulta. After multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I am disappointed with how it was handled. I hope Ulta takes this feedback seriously and reviews how situations like this are handled.

Example, the pharmacy calls the doctor and says you aren't filling your prescriptions. Doctor checks in with you to see what's going on. You need to order them, but THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. Not in the morning, not in the afternoon, not in the evening. Can't get through. And if you have a disability, or can't drive, or some other reason you can't get in there easily for in person (to stand in a ridiculously long line), then it's even worse. So, you start having most of your regular meds go through one of the mail order pharmacies, and only use Walgreens for emergency meds, like antibiotics, etc. And interestingly, they advertise constantly, come in, get your shots from us, use our services.... how? you don't have anyone there with time to provide the service. Honestly, I wish they would stop the advertisements. they are just disingenuous.

Our first meeting was very informative and he sat with us until all of our questions were answered. His staff were really friendly, used appropriate pronouns, (even though I'm not passing), and they made me feel like I had been going there for years. I was skeptical about his work that I had seen because his pictures were old. But he walked me through the process and explained what he had learned over the years. It was refreshing to know that a surgeon had kept up on the technology and adapted his process. That impressed me. I'm post op, retained my grafts, have no dog ears and my scar lines are tiny, which was amazing because I was huge. I've seen other surgeons work and you won't be able to convince me that Dr. M isn't one of the best. I'm not only a fan, but I'm going to advertise for him for free. He's great guys. No need to go to Florida or CA. We have a high class surgeon right here in Seattle.
