I call, wait about 15 mins on hold, get in contact with a woman who tells me they will be here tomorrow, they don't have it. I told her I can't wait until tomorrow as I am already out. I will go through withdrawal without it for two whole days. I asked if there was a way to expedite. She looks at some things, and now it's magically there and they have it? It's probably been there all this time. I am so frustrated.

This is covered by Medicare Part B (not part D). Now it seems corporate has replaced their staff with incompetent idiots that file for part D coverage despite being told specifically not to do that. So the refill is constantly delayed (by a month so far) as part D insurance declines it. Walgreens has become a joke and is no longer a preferred pharmacy. (Look up their ridiculous reason for only doing 28 day fills of Ozempic too.)

This was an emergency so that wasn't going to work. I called Xpress and a lady took my information down and said she would fill it ASAP. Within the hour my prescription was ready for pickup. I was so relieved! I plan on transferring all my prescriptions to this pharmacy as soon as we are moved down here. I would rather support a small "mom & pop" pharmacy than the big chains. Then you get there and are mad at them because it's not ready. People do your part and things run smoothly. I absolutely LOVE CVS on 280 N Avondale Blvd, I wait for my texts and follow their instructions. Bam whata you know my script is ready because I followed their procedures. If you don't know ask: Cedar and Kari are two of the most caring people I've met. The rest of the staff is really supportive as well. Please people CVS in Avondale Blvd is the best most prompt Pharmacy I've ever used. And I've used pharmacies for 28 years. The store is clean, people are nice, store is stocked. Our flight leaves at 11. I asked for a rush as I don't want my daughters ear to rupture. Stephanie said she was sorry. I went back and asked for a manager. She finally said she will work it, but the pharmacist said another 25-30 minutes to fulfill the drops. We couldn't wait. I had to buy over the counter drops and hope that nothing happens.
