I only come here for major holidays to buy cards, candies and small gifts. Some pharmacy staff are nice others are not. One time the technician could not find a pain killer with other medications. I could see him looking , looking until he gave up and he had to fill it up again. He gave me the bag and then at home I saw I had two painkillers. I had to go back and tell them. Another time I was trying to drop a prescription but the technician or pharmacist's English was hard to understand. I did not understand anything. I was afraid she may do a mistake filling in my prescription because of her English. I felt sad because she was nice but I did not trust her skills. I politely told her I will come back later. I changed my pharmacy to this one and had a chance to pick up my medication through drive through. I didn't face much delay for picking my medication. There was only 1 customer in drive through line before me and it took me less then 5 mins including the wait time to get my medication. read more

I'm very annoyed and disappointed in this store! I waited 15 min for the pharmacist to finish with his drive through client and some old guy goes to another window and he gave him a service first before even asking who was first. He was arrogant and told me to just wait as he dismissed me and let other people to continue to be first before me. I left there upset and the left full cart of products! So mad! I guess Rite Aid and Bartells get my business now! This was the worst treatment ever. I already waited 15 minutes and the another 15! 30 minutes to be acknowledged! This is the closest Walgreen's to where I work. They are open 24 hours - it's always busy no matter what time of the day I go in. The staff tends to be helpful. They usually have the coupon items available (maybe not marked but they always honor the price). For what it is, a Walgreen's, I like this location. read more

I used to go to Bartell's Drug for my meds but there is always a long wait for my medication because "someone forgot" to process the refill (So they say). Now I go to this Walgreens because its closer to my work. They have great service. They have an automated calling system that tells you, your prescriptions need to be refilled or if they are ready. They have filled my meds pretty quickly since switching to this place 3 months ago. They also have a drive-thru, which is a plus when im in a hurry! read more

This pharmacy is understaffed. On two separate occasions , different days of the week, different times: there is one technician trying to staff the drive through and the front; there is one pharmacist also trying to staff the front while also filling prescriptions. Both appeared very rushed and could NOT manage to listen to what I was telling them. They put ME on hold with the insurance company so they could keep working. They did not listen to me telling them I had new insurance--instead they insisted they had access to my plan thru the computer (which of course was an old plan). In the end, they simply told me "the Rx is in the mail already from the mail order pharmacy" This was not true. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I blame management for understaffing. This Walgreens has deteriorated steadily over the years. It usually takes at least 20-30 minutes to pick up a simple prescription, and often much longer if there is a line. I usually end up driving off without getting anything once I realize it's going to take too long. It is in a convenient location from where I live so I end up going from time to time, only to regret it later and vow to myself never to go again. This Walgreens I depended on because it was 24 hours. It no longer is 24 hours and when I tried to call the sister store in Kirkland they wouldn't refill my prescription until they talked to the Bellevue Walgreens. Kind of tough to do when the other office is closed. I guess they are not with the modern times where stores share data so a client in need can go to the other store that is 24 hours. I guess because they are failing as a corporation and having to let go of employees because of shoddy customer service bad practices as a business that they can further treat clients like they are just a piece of meat. Tried to call the store manager at Bellevue and the store is still open just not the pharmacy. Not sure what the point of that is. The guy laughed in my face who answered the phone because he doesn't give a rip about a paying customer for the last 10 years. My days with Walgreens are numbered as I wont be using thier crappy store anytime soon. Run away from this place and go to some other place that cares about people. Don't let the paid reviews fool you. Their drive through service is slow, they will always tell you "come back in 10 minutes" when you come back it's still not ready. "come back in 10 minutes" why bother coming back to this hole at all. They lie to you and tell you "we wait for your fax from doctor" when my doctor's office has called them repeatedly to tell them the prescription is valid. I know it's not my doctor because the same thing doesn't happen to your doctor, your other doctor and your dentist. It's the same story every time with Walgreens and refills. Why bother and their prices are bloated. I bought an item here it was $5 less at another store and the item was only $16.00 that is how much corporate greed and bloat is at Walgreen's now. Run away!!! Stay away!!! This company is going down with a bad stench!! Corporate earnings are down and now it is starting to show. Management doesn't care. Their corporate office doesn't care. This in the only 24hr Walgreens in our area, so we tend to use it on a regular basis. The pharmacy is always packed and the drive through you'll end up waiting forever in. As of recent I thought amazing things about the pharmacy department however that is now not the case. Last month they didn't have the full quantity of my prescription and due to holiday travel I asked for the remainder. They indeed gave my remainder but mistakenly on the bottle label listed the full quantity. After speaking with the pharmacy staff they told me not to worry about it and they could not take the bottle back as I'd already left the store. The initial bottle label was correct in listing a partial fill, but the second was not as again it was a partial fill. They pharmacy staff is less than pleasant to deal with, often refusing to transfer prescriptions to another location. read more

This company doesn't take care of there employees. They let go people and leave only a few to work long hours hardly days off and no lunches. They won't even let others transfer when they move and they make you drive 2 hours away every day. The people here are amazing and lovable but the company is not. read more

I love to shop at drugstores to find things i need. Makeup, snacks, hair care, medicine, you name it. This store is a store i continue to shop at which is conveniently down the road. First off, the location is bad. That is probably one of the biggest things i don't like about this store. They put it onto a busy corner with the most annoying entry ways possible! I've had cars crash into each other in front of my eyes while trying to get in and out of this location. So many accidents thanks to this stupid design for a parking lot! Worst Ever, Hate with all of my being! Selection here is decent. I find more medicine here than i do at my local grocery store. (Probably why they call it a drugstore, haha). When there is a holiday, the holiday isle is filled with things i need. Christmas, Halloween, valentines day, Easter! Its a good place for parents to shop for kids. The food section is ok as well. I don't normally buy food here but drinks and snacks like jerky or nuts is great to snack on! Makeup is so-so and they dont have a big selection of items, especially items in my skin tone. I like how the website tells you if something is in stock or not but half of the time something online says its in stock, i come into the store 5 minutes later and its out or they dont carry it! So the problem i face alot of the times is "out of stock" and that is frustrating. Sale items and issues with sale items! Most of the time, you will find things to be on sale. Mainly its the makeup hair or skin products. But whenever there is a sale, its mainly makeup. Warning, the sale tags have been known to lie! They say one thing but turns out they aren't on sale at all! That means someone messed up when they were placing the tags on the different items. i've been charged 5 times now for paying full price for a item when it said it was on sale. I've been only refunded 1 time. The other 4 times i was not offered a refund so i returned the item. Sad. Now this leads me over to customer service. Its not the best. Its mainly the same people that have been there for years. The only person i enjoy talking to is the nice lady in the makeup department. She loves chatting with me. She isn't there most of the time but when she is and you happen to get her, its nice. The person who works there almost 100% of the time is this guy in the front of the store. He doesn't seem to like young adults much since he gives me this very unfriendly greeting. Last time i went which was yesterday, he waited on me, said nothing, stared at me and then after me was a old man and he just started talking friendly to him. "Hey there sir, how was your day". I turned around in shock. I was really upset by what just happened! I felt discriminated. I've been waited on this guy for 4+ years and he never hardly spoke anything friendly to me and when i finally here him being all cheerful, its to another customer. Next time i'll just give him this grumpy face or say nothing. I'm just so done with him. Terrible service! Prices here are good and reasonable so there's nothing much to say about it besides how inexpensive they are. So this is a OK store. I'm not happy with it but i'll continue to shop here! read more

Nice layout and the staff here is very nice. This location is open 24 hours a day and drive thru pharmacy. Plus, you can but some groceries if needed. Well, they have a little of everything here. Great spot for last minute forgets. Knowledgeable staff and private parking. read more

I was so happy when thus pharmacy first opened. They were amazing. I was so glad to have an alternative to Bartells for drive through Rx. I usually have my small kids with me so drive thrus are the easiest option. Lately Walgreens is becoming more like Bartells & taking forever, losing Rx's, and not sticking with the times that are quoted at drop off. Time to find a new pharmacy :/ read more

The employee and manager who works here have worst customer service ever. When I was there to buy cigs even though im 20 mad me wait like 5 mins to check with manager if it is ok to buy this much. Which doesn't make sense at all. she did not even explained to me whats going on or apologized. When I told her that her service is terrible, she replied "I don't give a shit" when I told the manger about that incident, the manager didn't apologized and was defending her that that there is some policy, which I believe its bullshit. read more

I ordered photo's from Walgreen's on July 1st. I also paid $12.99 for on a $19 order to have them delivered to my house in two days. It is now, July 8th and I still do not have the photo's. I spoke with a representative over the phone and she says that they didn't finish processing it until July 5 and I would have them on July 7. Not only is that a bs excuse, I didn't even get them on her "promised" date of July 7. If this is the case they need to state that b/c their website said I would have them on the 5th with the 2 day shipping... I finally spoke to a man over the phone who refunded my $12.99 that I paid for the shipping... I'm just wondering when the heck this order will arrive. I will never use Walgreen's photo services. For medical supply, I think Wallgreens is the best. You can pretty much can find anything. We had a quick questions to one of the Pharmacists and he literally made wait for good 10 minutes. Obviously he was busy with something but thought he could check to see if the question was a quick one. On other occasion there were other staff was very helpful showed me couple of options etc. read more

Terrible return experience. I purchased a razor online and they mention I can return in store. But when I returned it in this store, the manager insisted getting the receipt number which was not in the box. I called CSR and they said receipt was not needed. And even they cannot find the receipt number. Terrible terrible online shopping return experience. Will avoid walgreens at all cost later. Does not worth the time hassling with them. read more

The pharmacy drive through staff tonight were so rude. They have a sign that says they offer children's Tylenol and ibuprofen from the drive through pharmacy window. We were on the way home from an event and my daughter had a fever. I went to the drive through window and asked to buy the children's ibuprofen and the pharmacy staff asked if I could see it on her shelf. It's a clear shelf with nothing on it. I asked her what she meant, and she said that if its not on her shelf I can't buy it. I need to come in to the store. I didn't want to bring my sick kid into the store, so I asked if the pharmacy tech could get the medicine since it was offered on the drive through sign and she got really angry with me.
